I have used them for 10 years. every time I go to airport I use them JFK Newark . A1 taxi drivers are so friendly and helpful and even help with loading and unloading bags. They never charge for waiting. Rates are reasonable. I even call them from out of country to ask them to come and pick me up from airport coming back to my home and they do not change me for waiting. Really nice drivers and owners.

My flight was cancelled and I gave him notice as soon as I found out. He said I should have told him earlier and he wanted me to pay him. He also told me the night before it’s no problem I’m only 5 minutes away from him, but this morning he’s suddenly driving an hour and a half to get to me?Cancelled flights are a part of the business, and a cost of the business, no need to curse out your customers — I even apologized and told him I’ll let him know as soon as it’s rescheduled, and he remained insistent that I pay him not only for the flight to the airport but for an additional hour of travel time.

We have a Great experience with this cab service. We got picked up from the airport in a Toyota Minivan, the Driver Gajjana helped us put all our luggage in the Van. Our flight was an hour late, and they had already known that. We got picked up at 12.15 AM after Midnight from JFK Airport to Harrison Apartsment on Easton Ave Somersetr. Toyota Sienna was extremely nice. We had a nice conversation on the whole trip. When we arrived to the house he helped up take our luggage to the 7th floor.. It was also very easy to pay with a card. We will definitely be using this service again.We Recommed to try.
