Completely unprofessional, while in a meeting with Melissa Whitehead she took multiple phone calls from her personal cell phone, even stating she knew some were spam. At a later date while discussing our meeting she became agitated at my questions stating she was with a client at the time and didnt have time to answer my concerns. It seems like a pattern of behavior for her. I also recieved multiple second and third opinions from the state and it seems instead of answering the phone while attempting to do her job, she should actually take some classes on how to do her job since licensed state workers are concerned for her lack of knowledge on the subjects she is trying to counsel. Poor marks from all involved, would give a 0 star if possible.

This facility dont even deserve any stars!!!The Compliance Officer is absolutely rude and disgusting!Such a disgrace.

The worst place. I wouldnt give it any stars. They dont help at all. If you have a chronic medical condition they dont want anything to do with you. You need documentation for every little thing you do. The food is horrible. 5 people have had food poisoning. The so called people running the place, said it was the flue. The doctors say food poisoning. You take your life and health in your hands when dealing with them. Dont expect help there ever.

Catholic Charities is always a great resource for people in their time of need. The employees are awesome!

Inexperienced people pretending to be lawyers giving faulty legal advise. Do not recommend. In a 1 hour consult with an attorney we received more information that 12 years with them.

Catholic charities Is a great place that helps children teens and adults with various problems. They also help the community and individuals who are in need. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are also a great place if your looking to donate clothes, household items, etc. As they give it to those in need.
