Did an appraisal for someone in the family that passed away year ago. After talking with several appraisers, we decided to go ahead with this company because the appraiser seemed to understand what he was doing. He explained what type of appraisal we need, suggested we confirm with the estate attorney and accountant if that is what we need, had no clue prior to that, I only knew that I need an appraisal, not that the appraisal needed to be as of the date when the owner passed away. The day of the appointment he texted me to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. Which I greatly appreciated.
