Raymond is very knowledgeable and professional. He will not set a price for your home or make an offer on your behalf based on a gut feeling. He is very analytical and all his prices are backed by real numbers which are based on the market and nearby comps. This is very important for the appraisal process, getting your home sold and sold quickly for the best price. Our home had every thing you could think of to stop a sale. We had an oil tank that we were unaware of and that took a year to get it remediated and Raymond helped us with the whole process. Once we finally had another buyer they backed out on the day of closing. He quickly got the house back on the market and got it sold. We finally closed in December. One last thing to note is that Raymond is very punctual and responsive which is very important to us as this will help move things along as quick as possible. Honestly? I picked Raymond Lee by just looking on line. His office was close to the house that I needed to sell. I was not from the area and needed to sell my fathers home after he passed away. Wow! Was I lucky. Ray is the absolute best Realtor Ive ever had. He was sharp, knew the market, knew exactly what needed to be done to the house to have it show well and handled everything for me while I was living several states away. He stayed in constant contact with me, alerting me to anything that was happening with the listing. (BTW, we had an offer in just over 24 hours when the listing went live! And, I got about $20k more than I expected for the home.) I cant imagine anyone using any other Real Estate professional.

Worst realty company around! Any positive reviews are lies! I made appointments, rearranged my schedule and they stiffed me! I never got to actually even speak to the landlords, she had me send my personal information to her personal email before i could see the rental and then after wasting my time she called me with a NO and when i asked for an explanation she didnt have one and that was all. I feel like something illegal is going on.
