No help is to be had at this location. My package was left on my stairs in the rain. This is the second time. I have a nice covered porch 1 step above where the package was left in the rain. I am a fall risk. Disabled senior citizen. Leaving the package where the current delivery person is leaving it, creates a fall risk for me.

My package was not available for pick up after they assured me it would be available for pick up today. Their drivers dont seem to know how to follow instructions for package delivery which has caused many delays in me receiving my package. The supervisor seems to have a problem resolving this issue. Not courteous and very unhelpful!

Guy a counter was friendly and helpful. He gave me shipping supplies that I needed. Would definitely use them again.

I had a package that was supposed to arrive on Saturday 4/10. I could see on the tracking website the package was out for delivery since 9am. I had a family member waiting on it. When I checked the status of the package at 4:16pm, they said an attempt was made and they will try again on Monday 4/12. So a boldface lie was told regarding the attempt to deliver my package and probably others in the area. This location doesn’t have great reviews, so I will assume the drivers and probably the management are less than competent. It was probably the end of someone’s shift and they decided to call it a day. Also you cannot contact UPS on the weekends as the phone menu keeps sending you into a loop. I will use the regular postal service from now on when sending packages to this area in NJ and save some money too. What a disappointment to have to wait until the following week for a delivery that you should have gotten today.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! The man was so rude! I wish I got his name but the worker made me cry so badly I rushed out and did not get a chance. My boyfriend sent me a gift and because it was under his name I could not be handed the package...I understand the policy but the worker was SO RUDE TO ME about it. He went ahead to call me sweetie and continuously was yelling at me that I was in the wrong. Would NEVER recommend going here unless you are looking to get a head ache and cry.

Simply horrible. I scheduled a pick up for Monday. The package was never pocked up. I called on Tuesday and was told they would communicate withthe driver to pick it up. The driver never showed up. I then went online AGAIN to schedule the pickup for Wednesday. I called UPS at 1 pm EST and they could not locate my pickup confirmation number. As of today, this is my eleventh call to UPS to try to get this package picked up. I could have driven the package to the destination faster than it UPS

I worked here from August 2017 to January 2018. About 5 months, sunrise shift, preload. My direct supervisor was...awful to say the least and HR/Trainer wasnt the nicest person around but she cut me a lot of slack. If you work the sunrise shift heres what to expect:•Get on Marions good side (shes favors people she likes and treats others like s#it)• Peak season means lots of OT, and one ten minute break a couple hours into the shift and working your butt off the rest of the time (I once worked from 12:05A to 9:45A with only one 10 minute break• Supervisors getting pissy when you take a bathroom break, they hate that• Confusing layout (Whether you work in primary or in a boxline)• Dont be late at all, youll end up doing grunt work•VERY high turnoverAnd countless more. Sunrise gets $11.00 per hour to start with, $10.20 during orientation week and other shifts make $10.00 per hour. Most people only last a couple of months of that. This is a place that you work, moonlighting or otherwise, when you need a couple extra bucks. Its not something that you want to do for an extended period of time. They will hire anyone as long as youre 18 or over, clean background and willing to do heavy labor.

Employed 6 years overall decent polite guys on all walks in fun chatty coworkers, management once you get to talk with them see how their mind works, sadly the downside too was alot of out of touch personalities alarming favortism bullying, damage in hirings and seeing troublemaker employees get away with alot..... how hasnt legal action happened yet baffles me, its not the inmates running the asylum especially in a warehouse logistics atmosphere

This UPS CUSTOMER CENTER must be permanently closed. It is evident that management at this location has no control over his corrupt delivery drivers. Basically, customers make purchases for the drivers to steal. I wont be surprised if management is also getting his share of packages. I will personally start a petition to close these F***ERS DOWN.

Company lies about delivering packages or they state the packages were lost. If I could give zero stars I would. Delivery driver wrote that he/she delivered the package but not once did my surveillance camera show a UPS driver. Two days later I am tracking a second package and it just vanishes after missing the delivery date. Awful service, avoid UPS in this area at all cost.

They consistently lie to you about where your package is. They don’t know any of the facilities. Had a customer service rep tell me Edison has no customer care center when I in fact worked there. Anytime I get a package through ups I can just assume it will show up days after their expected delivery date because they don’t care. They don’t prioritize packages that didn’t get shipped out the day before. Then when you call them on all this you get hit with oh it was beyond our control. BS!!!! I would rather have someone chop off my arms and legs and have me roll to get my package then choose ups to ship it. The past 5 months getting stuff from you guys has been the equivalence of sticking my hand in a blender....MISERABLE

Don’t understand how a package can be “Out For Delivery” at 9:15 then 10:00 it’s being held. Called being lazy. If you don’t like your job then quit. I know times are hard due to the current pandemic. But in all reality it makes zero sense to boast “FrEe NeXt DaY sHiPpInG” and it’s been 4 days already. For all of that I would’ve picked Fedex. I live in senior bldg in Elizabeth I wait for pkg that are never delved to me driver never buzzes door and leaves pkg at pickup site last time he left pkg over 2 miles away and there is a pickup site across street from me! Very very poor experience. I am a tourist in USA and in a span of less than 1 month I have suffered more than my share. First time the birthday gift never reached on time and reached 10 days late! Chasing my package since 12:30 p.m. 11/27/15 delivery drivers try to deliver packages when people are at work. trying to get customer service to locate my package to see when is the best to pick up at one of the locations after they confirm that my package was ready to go pick up i went to pick up my package at this location opening hours 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. No one ever opened the door lights were on inside 25 people outside in the cold including myself after an hour and 15 minute wait I never got my package.

Tracking # 1ZW29853YW93628474. Ordered from company in Lyndhurst. Tracking shows package in Lawnside, NJ on Dec 10. Next track shows departure scan Monroe NJ where I am. Next scan shows it was sent to Edison so I wont get it on the day it was promised. Second straight time they screwed up sorting. Last time it was my heart meds from Novartis. Novartis paid for second day air. Took six days to deliver. Same deal. Edison sorted incorrectly. Impossible to get anything but a real answer from person on the phone who just gives scripted bs answers.

I would give them a 0 if I could. A package was delivered to me but it doesn’t belong to me and was delivered to the wrong address. I tried to do the right thing and report it to them after 6 phone calls and promises that someone would be out to come get it to re-deliver no one has still picked it up over a week later. One rep even told me I had to bring it to the correct address myself. Terrible service and communication between the 877# and this center. UPS made the mistake and should be jumping through hoops to fix their error. Not make someone who shouldn’t even be involved have to do your work for you.

Had a package of medicine being delivered. Saw the UPS truck outside and by the time I got downstairs he was gone. No doorbell. No knock. No package. I checked every one of my neighbors doors - no package. I called UPS immediately and simultaneously chatted on their website. They couldnt contact the driver. They had to contact local dispatch who would get back to me within an hour. DID I SAY THIS WAS MEDICINE? Two hours later and no call from dispatch. I call back and after reeming out customer service rep he thinks it best to transfer me to a supervisor. She puts me on hold to call the local dispatch. Ive been on hold for 15 minutes. THIS IS LOGISTICS? Hey, UPS, everyone of your drivers has a cell phone. When they scan a package theyre supposed to do it at my door so GPS can see where they left the package. Of course they are claiming they do not have that information. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE ANY LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES TO CONTACT A DRIVER!!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! Id say that until we moved to Parlin, 99.9% of the time UPS used to deliver when they they said they would, or leave a notice otherwise. This city has THE WORST UPS DRIVER EVER!Today makes THE 3RD TIME in 6 months that my high value signature required package shows as on vehicle for delivery, and then NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT and NO NOTICE. My cameras footage confirms that no one ever approached the property. This typically happens with ONLY HIGH VALUE PACKAGES! Neighbors confirmed they had similar problems.This stinks! I take off of work to receive these packages. UPS says theyre delivering on a specific date, and then no delivery! This is exactly the worst thing any carrier can be: unreliable -- even if its due to one dishonest/unreliable/irresponsible driver.

My package was Out For Delivery the whole day on Thursday, and I stayed home to make sure I did not miss it. Of course, it ended up not being delivered although it was scanned onto a truck and headed out for delivery. I called UPS and they told me that the package was in a locked room due to it being a high priced item and that the person who has the key comes in at 5:30 so theyd call me when he comes and opens the door so i can receive my package myself. Of course, i did not get a call and how is someone going to come in at 5:30 but they close and 6:30? Now i have to wait until my next day off to get my package since theyre closed on weekends. I dont understand why my package was scanned onto a truck and not delivered and then theyre saying its in a locked room due to it being a high priced item. I was unable to get into the parking lot, the line was out the door not to mention I signed a waiver to have my product left at my home and they decided not deliver my item anyway. Oh by the way its pointless to wait in line that was 30 deep because no one knows what they are doing here and they are just calling people at random. Actual question from the one of the two workers behind the desk Do you know how to work this device? (In reference to a scanner). Reply from worker I have no idea. I wish I could give 0 star. UPS scheduled to deliver on Friday and it required signature. I arranged to have someone at home to pick it up. The status says truck is out for delivery and will be delivered by end of the day. I have been waiting and then at night 11:00 PM I find that it has been updated that it will be delivered on the following Monday. There is no way I could have picked it up on Saturday from UPS location and had to wait for 3 days. I needed this package so urgently for Sunday and now I dont have it until Monday. U called them even to hold your package so u can pick it up urself u drive for over 35 mins only to be told its on their delivery truck. When u callled to let them know your displeasure they hang up on you. Very rude people and poor customer service

I have worked here for a temp job...never againnnnnnn.they are lazy...they make you clock out for lunch an then take 30 more mins out for lunch an will try to keep you quite if you find out....if you order anything good luck..people break stuff mislabel it an they will still ship it out an oo yea people do steal..so if you are missing a order its either mislabeld or someone took it...they dont care

They always miss my package or delivery it at the wrong place. Every package I get, I have to call and complain about it. I am so don from UPS in Edison.
