Extremely disappointed! It has already taken more than two weeks to deliver a package
Its a pathetic excuse of a delivery company. The delivery man took my product out of the box and gave it to me with out one to save space in his car.The company refuses to take any responsibility
The absolute worst. They lost my package, but prior in an attempt to find out as several days without an update I sent an email and they confirmed all was fine. Couple of days later, still nothing. Emailed again. Got word for word almost the same reply. Afterwards they ignored all my emails until I sent a nasty email and finally got a reply. Being polite gets you nowhere. Thanks for losing my package. Hopefully Amazon refunds my money. If not, Ill file a lawsuit
I-Parcel tried to deliver my package from ASOS, but did not leave a delivery ticket or any additional information when I wasnt home. Their site doesnt allow you to schedule a re-delivery, give you any additional information, or tell you where they are holding your package. In addition, their tracking numbers dont correlate to UPSs tracking system - so dont expect help from UPS. You have to call I-Parcel or contact their customer service to even figure out where your things are. I ended up having to go to the local US post office (without a valid tracking number) and luckily it was being held there. I would never use I-Parcel again if given the choice.
This shipping company is horrible. I never received my package and it’s been about three weeks. I can’t even get a hold of the actual business because there is a constant busy tone. If you have a choice please do not use their service. This company was contracted out by Amazon and I’m now waiting to get my money back.
Waiting and waiting for their delivery. Very slow. Kerry and EMS are much faster.

Awful service, unfortuanlty everything is branded with UPS, however when you call UPS they have no idea who i-Parcel is... fraud of a shipping company... Amazon and UPS not happy with the situation at the moment.

Sent my package to California (where Im located), took it by 1-day air to NY, then spent 6 days bringing it back to California before turning it over to the post office.
Infuriating. Inadequate. Inept. iParcel is the worst shipping company I have had the displeasure of working with on all levels.
