This was the worst service I have ever experienced. Driver made our party get out of the car and walk over two bridges. He was not friendly or pleasant at all. When I called the office to let them know, they were defensive and unprofessional. Although not a lot of options in Hunterdon County, book early so that you do not end up walking with this company!

My husband, sister, brother-in-law and myself had the pleasure of being driven into NYC Saturday evening by Cornell. It was a very relaxing trip and Cornell was extremely skilled at handling the rather long limo. I dont know how he could maneuver so many difficult, narrow turns so smoothly. Traffic was difficult for him, especially at the Lincoln Tunnel but he was great and being so relaxed added to the evening for all of us.Many thanks to Cornell and Blue Limousine Service.

We were very pleased with the service. The pick up time was 4:30 a.m. to the airport and our driver arrived earlier. We found him to be very friendly and helpful with our luggage. Our flight was delayed coming home but the driver, again, extremely friendly and very accomodating. I would use this service again and highly recommend them.

I have been using Blue Limousine for years and Ive never once thought of using another service.Theyre always on top of their game and eager to be of assistance. Whether its a town car taking me to the airport by myself, or a stretch limo taking me and a posse of pals into NYC for a concert, they are always dependable, courteous and competent. Are they are expensive? Only if youre willing to pay less and instead have to pray that your driver shows up. I recommend them to everyone who asks.

Our first experience was in mid-July. We arranged for car service to take us to a restaurant in north Jersey, wait through dinner, and drive us back. Martin was our driver. Everything about the trip (texts/emails beforehand letting me know his arrival time, punctuality, immaculate condition and appearance of the vehicle, the drivers care and professionalism) were exceptional. Blue Limo was just the thing! We needed to move 14 family members from central NJ to Brooklyn for a memorial service. We made it safely, on time, with no drama. Our driver waited for the service and activities to finish (5+ hours) and he took us back, again with no issues. I would TOTALLY do this again.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our flight was changed from Newark Airport to JKF. One problem, our car was at Newark Airport. We called Blue Limo just before our flight left Paris, they gave us a reasonable quote and an invoice within seconds. When we arrived at JFK, my friends cell had no service and the driver would not be able to reach us. I called Blue Limo at 10:00 pm to give them my cell # and there was a real live person there to take my info. Their driver Andy was there on time, he was pleasant and had water and snacks for us. My husband and I decided to use a car service to travel from our home in Piscataway to Newark airport because we had 4 adults and 2 toddlers to get to the airport. I choose Blue Limousine because my department at Rutgers University routinely uses them, and I always heard good reports. Our experience was perfect. Both drivers were on time, friendly, and helpful. They had good senses of humor while being entertained by our extremely vocal 2 year old boys. Our return flight was delayed 3 hours and when I emailed the office to let them know, they told me that the driver was tracking the flight and gave me his number to call when we received our luggage. The cost is about the same as parking a car in an off-site lot, but not dealing with the hassle of shuttles is totally worth it. We will definitely use them again.
