They have replaced the dated machines with new ones, so Im very happy. Convenient with reasonable pricing. Gets crowded at times but its not all day. Ive visited this business for years now. It gets the job done, and Im happy with it!

This is my second time using the top loading washers and 1. Both times they were dirty and I needed to wipe them out with a disinfectant wipe before use 2. The top lid washer does not produce HOT water even when you chose it. The first time I used this type of washer I thought it was a fluke and dismissed it but the second time I made one of the employees aware. She seemed clueless. I think this is done on purpose and the machines don’t have hot water probably to save on the water bill. There’s no way of knowing for sure if hot water is produced in the automatic machines because they lock but in the top loading washer you can stick your hand in and check. This is sketchy to me and this will be my last time coming here. Machines are not clean and don’t produce hot water. I’m tired of spending my money in places that are sub par.

This was the first time I visited the location. I came here and used a card my parents gave me. I brought change with me just in case it wasn’t enough. After starting a load I realized that I wouldn’t have enough. I asked the lady with the mid length, brown ponytail if she could switch the change for bill. She said yes. A few minutes later I got everything switched. However, she decided to tell me that next time she won’t exchange anything for me and that this would be the last time. I work in customer service and I would never talk to anyone who asked for assistance. Let alone something simple as exchanging money. If that’s the case signs need to be displaced. Her attitude was very unwelcoming and wash and dry express will not receive another penny from me

They say they close at 11pm but realistically its 9pm, or maybe 10pm who knows its whatever this lady wants to do. What they dont want to do is fix the payment machines to accept card...

Machines are being upgraded to Huebsch brand and laundry cards (instead of coins) are available. Location is clean and orderly, and staff is always helpful. Haven’t tried the drop off service but the cost of a washer and dryer are very fair. Started going here because my washer broke and it’s taking forever to get a new one. Absolutely NO regrets about finding this place. Definitely recommending!

Wash & Dry Express is a good place I am glad to recommend. Lots of space and machines to wash/dry laundry. And the best part, all machines are working. And working great. Not perfect, but recommended.

This place is dirty, dryers do not work, clothes come out cold, wash machines smell like bad water, trash on the floor. If you want to waste your time and hard earned money sure give it a try. There is a laundromat across the street next to edison pizza, more cleaner, new machines dryers/washers i would definitely give them a chance i know I will next time.

The wash and fold service seemed to have a fair price which drew me to give it a try; as well as seeing how the establishment is clean and well maintained... The service is fast and I appreciate how neat and orderly my clothes were, but as for being clean, couldnt disagree more. They looked, felt, and smelt no better than they did when I dropped them off. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Not what I expected!

On 10/21!2020 at 8.45 pm I put 50 cent for dryer machine no 47 and message say Error. I tried to push button to get my money back but not working. I push again and error message gone but I made report to the lady to get my money and she said I put my money in other machine so she dont help anything. Bad attitude employee. At least say sorry please

A lot of people wash their clothes put them in the dryer an left them there we were there three hours doing laundry

I used the washer and dryer on this facility on 15th August. I used the biggest machine among them which cost $5.50 to wash my blankets. It turned out so clean and nice once I walked out of the laundromat/ I also used one of the coin dispensing machine to get quarters for machine where I inserted $20 bill and got only $10 worth of quarters. So I asked the attendant if she can do anything about it but she did not have a key to the machine so told me to check back the next day. When I called on 16th August, Sunday, the new attendant said manager has not came yet so told me to check back later. I waited and called back on Monday so the manager named Joe told me he will check the camera and audit the coin machine to confirm. I was getting anxious and my wife also got angry on me for wasting money like that. Finally I went to laundromat on Wednesday 19th August one last time to drop a note about my experience and refund request. And today I got a text message from Joe telling me to pick up $10 from attendant.Joe is not only honest but very soft spoken and practical person. I do understand the process takes time but these people are very professional, nice and honest.I highly recommend this laundromat. Machines are really good and people are nice.

Went to do laundry at 5am on a Saturday. The place was not crowded at all. The machines were reasonable enough but the only down side was that there were not enough carts. I read other reviews and everyone is talking about how rude they were, well, my experience was totally different. My daughter spilled juice and as soonest I told the Asian lady, she said, dont worry and cleaned it up really fast.

I recently had to visit this laundromat the last 3 weeks due to my machine breaking. Unfortunately, also during the corona pandemic,worlwide.. I was in there on Saturday (with a big note on the door that says state law masks are mandatory!!! As I was emptying the washing machine, an Asian couple in their 40s -50s? Had no masks on! I asked them if they read the sign that there should be masks on, & the man replied oh really! sarcastically!! Not being a confrontational person and of the same age, I felt the need to express my opinion and when I said to them you would think with your ethnicity and age you wouldnt be so ignorant !!and I walked out -I will never return again shame on the owner and the person working there .THEY should be making sure EVERYONE is wearing a mask. no exceptions!!

Only laundromat i been going to for the last 6 years

Its quiet & the least crowded. The price is reasonable for the machines although sometimes your clothes need longer than 30 minutes when they really shouldnt, I wish they used cards but I dont see that happening any time soon. There arent enough carts available occasionally you have to carry your clothes to a dryer. Overall Ill continue to go there weekly

Nice place to wash clothes and other items, large and clean. Machine prices reasonable, have dry cleaning service and a lot of laundry supplies for sale, nice sitting area with tables and chairs. Books and TVs, video games to pass the time while your clothes wash and soda, snack vending machines for refreshments .

Green stuff on the machine and rude customer svc.. we got there 805pm 910pm the lady kicked us out after having clothes and 4 machines paid for..

This place has really gone to the dogs, so to speak. The washing machines are in disrepair. You cant complain to the lady on site. She pretends not to understand you. The machines are just dirty and why waste your time selecting a hot wash. Thats not going to happen. Would you like to dry your clothes on hot? Well, that is hit or miss. Change machines dont work.

I stopped coming to this place long ago, Sadly it has become pretty run down ! The floors are dirty along with the machines . The washer / dryers never work properly . Not even enough wash basket carts to go around . I ran into friends of mine and they had suggested another place . It was a great move !

Good place to wash if you live in the area and if not nice just to get away and spacious plus I like the view and the food stores so close by

I take my dry cleaning there all the time. The service is outstanding. The store is very clean. I also take all my big stuff there to wash like my comforter and rugs. Nice seating area with tvs while I wait.

Used it for drop off wash and fold services. They did it super fast and everything was folded well. They also hung my husbands dress shirts. However, next time I would specify how to organize all the clothing. They only take cash or check so I had to find an atm.

This a good place to do laundry. Has good space to fold clothes an different size washers. I go here at least two a week.

I ask today that can I have a saop. she give me crazy look and when she gave a quarter a cup I m visiting this place for 4 years. She always give a bad experience. I m done with them. Today is my late day. I wish management should hire friend people.

Horrible, rude people clothes come out dirty and they tell you have pay for the bigger machines. How come my new place doesnt do that. Tells you when there closing and if your not done the tough luck. Cleaning isnt done on time . when you complain to management they dont care really dont go here

On the surface, this place has an area with tables & chairs, and another area with three arcade style video games (one of which was out of service)...on the actual doing laundry side this place is a cesspool. Both the machine I used had mildew-see picture-on the detergent compartment lid and caked on detergent (I hope thats what it was). There was only one cart with a cross bar for hanging up your laundry (I asked the attendant if there were more and she laughed as she said NO), which another customer bogarted. Less flash, get more hanging carts and for goodness sake clean your machines! This is THE worst laundromat Ive ever been to.

The dryers are awful takes forever for clothes to dry. They also have terrible customer service when I tired to tell them about the dryers they said it was my clothes and not the dryers, which clearly weren’t heating up.

So i walk in a 10 after 9 tonight an some guys yells WE ARE CLOSED !!!!!! Them some old hag of a women who couldnt speak English starts yelling at me saying that if in not done by 11 she will close on me and kick me out .. I had 2 loads of laundry . So as im doing laundry she walks around and starts speaking spanish, he looks at me an laughs. So i ask him if she was talking about me and he just looked at me, and so did she and said no i was not BULL******. do not go here people are rude, this is not the first time. Once some of my shirts got ruined in the laundry there an all they said was oh well its not there fault an there is nothing they could do. Also i brought in laundry 4 of the same shirts an for some reason they were all different prices ... Never again but they dont care since for some reaason all the spanish people walked in they were very nice to this place is horrible and will rip you off

Its says that they close at 11 PM but they closed at 9:30 and the reson the work gave me that there is no one in the laundromat so we are closing.

The reason I have this place 3 stars because this place couple of years number 1 place around but for some reason they are not taking care of the machines any more. Most of the time machines are not working and staff is not very helpful

Its clean and has free WiFi. The machines are clean and the dryers are ok. Better than most and room for improvement. Has deli nearby and attendent on premises.

It has new machines😍. The problem is that you can only wash with the customer card and to recharge it you necessarily need to carry cash, because they do not allow credit or debit cards and they do not allow to recharge it with coins.
