Great laundry service, 24x7 self service wash and dry which is very convenient.

It would have been better if the owners didnt stare at you like youre going to steal a washing machine.

WORST place in Central Jersey. The one lady over charges you. Makes you pay cash. And if youre missing a few cents shell give you back your clothes. She tells you go some where else. Ill never come here again. For those that are looking for a dry cleaners dont come here either. WORST DRY CLEANERS in CENTRAL JERSEY.

Horrible service. First time customer. I just moved to the area, I found a dry cleaner for my winter coat. I left it as a drop off service, when I came to pick up the coat I pulled out my debit card, and the owner goes, oh I’m sorry only cash for any services under $20.00. Who carries cash now and days. Not anywhere in the laundry mat indicated that. He said it’s the story policy. I understand that, but please make your customers aware as they drop off their dry cleaning regarding the store policy. You lost a customer and never coming back again!

Always have a good experience. The reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because there is no working sink and no bathroom. Free WiFi is great, it’s clean enough, cheap enough and very convenient that it’s 24 hours.

I just wanted to say that One Stop Laundry on Route 27 North in Edison, NJ, is a phenomenal establishment that provides superior laundry drop - off services. As a full - time teacher, my time is very limited. Therefore, the chore of laundry, which could take upwards of three hours on some days was very detrimental to my schedule. One - Stop - Laundry has provided me with drop off laundry services that have changed my life. I bring them my clothes, and they quickly, and efficiently clean them in a timely manner. My clothes are always neatly folded, or hung on a hanger. The service and friendly demeanor of all who work at this establishment are both wonderful.I highly, highly recommend One - Stop - Laundry to anyone with a tight schedule and doesnt want to lose precious hours doing laundry.Thank you One - Stop - Laundry! I shall keep using you for a long time to come!

I only go to One Stop for my laundry and dry-cleaning needs. Its clean, well-maintained machines, and they sell a variety of soaps/softeners. Dry cleaning service is good. Ive had a few stubborn stains thankfully removed. The prices are good and its done quick.Theres free WiFi and a TV to keep you entertained. Theres also lottery that I see others indulge in while their clothes are laundered. The owners are friendly and provide great customer service.Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for laundry or dry cleaning services.

They took our blanket promised it by Friday, didn’t have it done and on top of that when my husband came in to retrieve it they said he came to the wrong place until the owner “realized” it was at his location. I called to get our blanket back to bring it somewhere else and he said “it’s not here it’s at another location I can’t give it to you” and hung up.HORRIBLE customer service and do not recommend. Whoever the owner is does not care about his business or customers

Open 24/7. Machines are kept clean. Its not crazy packed with people. Restroom access available upon request. Dry cleaning section is only open until 9p.

This is my favorite laundry - it is clean, affordable & the owners are very friendly & down to earth. One time I forgot to get laundry money & had already put my clothes in the machines before I realized this so I told the owner my situation & that I had to go to the bank - he lent me enough quarters so I could start the machines before I left for the bank - I will never forget that good deed...

I really appreciate them being open 24 hours for my emergency need to wash my comforter after my son threw up all over it at 2am. They are also very clean, but quite over priced with the largest machine being $6.25 and barely big enough for my queen size comforter. However in a bind I am willing to pay that to wash my comforter. Cheaper prices would probably have more people trying to wash at this hour if it was the only time they had to get it done.

I had brought a very nice blazer in to dry clean. When I picked it up afterwards and went home, I saw the entire trimming was peeled off from the neck area to the sleeves. The clothing was destroyed. I immediately went back to them and they offered nothing except a mere $25 and nothing more. They didnt even refund my dry cleaning fee and wanted to keep my blazer!! I had to argue with them and they eventually gave me back my blazer. My Blazer was worth $$$ and they didnt even have the courtesy to apologize but kept on blaming it on their dry cleaning subcontractor. Very unprofessional, shady and poor customer service. Save yourself trouble and do not go here.

I live in Sayreville and I come to one stop every early Sunday morning to do my laundry. Its clean the mains and dryers are extremely reliable and its very relazing while yiu are doing your laundry. Oh and the cuter service is great. In my opinion its the best 24hr laundry in the area.

I had a woolen jacket to clean. So left there for dry clean. When I got it back, the jacket was as dirty as before. I will not do business with them again.

Take your business somewhere else. Front desk guy is rude & disrespectful. He just doesn’t care. He acts like he is doing favor on customer.
