35 of the tiles arrived damaged (1/3 of the product). The sub-contractor Saia told me to buy the replacement tiles on Friday and they would pick them up today (Monday) so the project would-not be held up. I did. Today (pick up day) they demanded another freight charge be paid or they would not pick them up. I filed a claim with both Profreight and their subcontractor Saia and they both wanted me to pay the freight charge for a 2nd time while they worked out their claims process (for up to 90 days). I told them that was not acceptable and I would invoke another solution available to me if they did not stand behind their service. I was told good luck with that. I am an Attorney so I have the law on my side. They will try and take advantage of you by double charging you, when they do not perform the service you contracted them for.
Very professional and courteous people . They are always above and beyond the expectations!
I waited more than 3 hours to get loaded
Great place to work
