I took computer here for a diagnosis on why it wasnt working. Someone took it apart to find out why it wasnt working. Then I decided not to fix it here and asked the person to put it back together. I picked up the computer only to realize much later that they took some of my internal components without my permission. Would definitely not recommend going here unless you want your parts taken away.

I had what I thought to be a very complicated issue with my computer. I took it in and had a pleasant conversation with the employees. They explained to me what they believed was wrong with it in a quick and easy manner and I understood everything they said. It didnt take much time at all for the repair and now it works good as new! I highly recommend going here for any issue one may have with their tech.

Eric did a great job on my 9-yr old HP Desktop when the hard drive went bad. Replaced the drive, restored my desktop and data and got me back up and running in a reasonable time at a reasonable price (I like their flat rates - no surprises). I highly recommend this place. ***August 2020 Update - These guys continue to offer stellar customer service. Daniel walked me through a failed Win10 update and got me back up and running quickly. Not only do they know their stuff, theyre the nicest guys in the world to deal with. I (STILL) HIGHLY recommend this place!

Fast, knowledgeable and thorough service with quick repair times. The employees are helpful and honest about the state of your computer and what can be done for it.When my MacBook Pro didnt turn on, Eric did a great job of fixing it and making sure it was back to its original state.

I Was looking to purchase a monitor and an Ethernet card. I came in the store on sat. 2/29 @ 5pm and waited for 10 minutes to be assisted. The two employees ( man and a women) totally ignored my presence so I left. Very disappointing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR WELL EARNED MONEY @ PC WAREHOUSE. i feel very justified seeing all these reviews. i completely agree. PC Warehouse is a very unprofessional place. they conduct their business with deceit and false promises. they promised they would fix my laptop, guaranteeing everything i was asking of them, but they achieved NOTHING and then charged me $300 for it!!! please take my advice and go to best buy or some other well established computer store. you will end up paying the same price, but as long as you go somewhere else at least you will be satisfied with your results. these people are greedy, lying thieves. they do not seem knowledgeable at all and dealing with them was a pain in the butt. they are demanding the $99 labor fee after i canceled the paidment on my credit card, even though they did no work. do not go to these people. they only want your money but are not willing to treat their customers with respect. i wish i had read all these reviews before i went there. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I cant recommend this place enough. The employee that helped me, Carson, was very knowledgeable and is definitely a hardworking employee who absolutely deserves a raise. I had no issues at all and I will be coming back.

One of the worst experience i ever had in computer business- have a laptop asus eee 2GB that was running a bit slow and was over heated some other time, so i took it to PC ware house1 - when i got there they made me sign a paper where they said i will pay 50£ for the diagnose and they will deduct it if i decided to repair my laptop at their place after the diagnose and that with any repair they charge 99£ flat labor rate.so i droped my laptop over after signing that paper2 - i got a call from one of the technician saying that he already cleaned my fan it was dusty ( when i never asked them to do anything ) and they left my computer on and its working properly now and to come over to the place for collection3 - i popped up to the place ... and said what is the result of the diagnose ... another guy said that they cleaned the fan and they charged me 105$ .... i said i never asked anyone to clean my fan ... so he answered back but we had to clean it to do the diagnose and you wanted it to be fixed right ? i said i was waiting for a diagnose result first ! ... he answered back in a very rude way : we fixed ur laptop and u have to pay the bill .... YOU WANT UR LAPTOP RIGHT ?!4 - i said what about the RAM beeing updated since i already gonna pay my 99$ flat labor rate ... he said: the upgrade from 2gb to 3gb is useless and is not gonna make any big difference ...CONCLUSION : they are a total rip off - non professional with ugly and bad mannersa small shop with a local technician in a poor street would do a better service and would have a better attitude ...i am writing this in the behalf of my wife who really felt intimidated over there ...A PLACE TO AVOID !

It`s not well know but this store are actually very good at fixing hardware and OS related problems.

RIP OFF!!! Thats the first thing I learned when i called this guy, I asked for the ATI 6790 and he said he had the 5770 that was a newer model....ummm ok. Do some research man, and then he tried to sell me a 570 for 419 which I can get from newegg next day delivery and a 580 for 399,

Eric is the man for your computer repairs ...He was able to figure out what was wrong with my Lenovo ideapad u430 PC . My computer kept hanging when signing on .Thank you for your help ! I would go back for my PC repairs .
