My experience in this store was bad, the store was crowded and it seemed unprofessional, but I still decided to give it a try. My appeal is to replace it with a new keyboard, and the charge is not cheap. The most important thing is that I discovered a few days ago that there was a problem with the screen of my macbook. I got the ubreakifix in New York. The staff in the store are very professional. They opened the macbook for me and told me that the whole process of replacing the keyboard was not correct. The guy who replaced my keyboard before even didn’t help me to make the connection part of a keyboard and screen as it should be. As a result, I now have to replace a brand new computer. The keyboard I replaced in this store didnt even work in the first half of the year. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Had a gaming laptop that started to run really slow all of a sudden. Sound would also not work at all. Brought it here got a free diagnosis and they fix in a matter of days at a extremely reasonable price. Def recommend. Stellar service and Stellar results

HP wanted to take my laptop for 2-3 months and they were whining about it the whole time. These guys diagnosed the problem in minutes, ordered the parts and called me when the parts came in. Super fast service...replaced display, battery and keyboard and I got it back the same day! Love these guys!

I took my mac book pro in for DJ upgrades and got everything I needed. Excellent staff and work and cant forget great price. You must try them out, Highly recommended. Now I have 2 take it back for some water damage repair. I have no worries. I know they can fix my mac.

Over the past several years I have had 2 MACs repaired and updated, 1 HP laptop bought 2nd hand made new again, and 2 HP Pavilion towers doctored on several occasions for updating and fixing what we broke. I was able to get my computer fixed the same day and at much lower price than best buy. Besides the Place being a little far from my house, I would say they are the best computer repair store Ive been to so far. I am very disappointed I paid Best buy $80.00 for their a diagnostics that is not even accurate. Best buy told me the repair exceeded the value of the laptop and to buy a new computer. They said I needed a new motherboard. I took This same computer to CR and they soldered a new dc jack on my Samsung and gave me a year warranty on it. I am very pleased with their service,

I am very pleased with CR Computer Repairs they are by far the most honest computer repair service I know. I travel from Staten Island to use these guys. I usually call a few different different places before I decide which one to use I am glad I picked cr computer repairs. They were the lowest price and most professional. They gave me a detailed diagnostic test for my computer for free than gave me the quote to fix my computer their prices are very reasonable.

Went to local Apple Store, who basically said, sorry; older than 5 years - we wont touch it; but if you want to try...then they pulled up CR Computers as being near where I live. The location is pretty easy to find; the service is GREAT and the cost is equally great. Would recommend to anyone what needs to keep their MacBook going!

Ive been coming to this place for the past couple of years now and have nothing but great things to say about Moe and his employees. When it comes to customer service, they are very attentive and will really work with you. The atmosphere of the place needs some work as it looks like a hurricane blew past it. But it tells you that these guys are always working on something. The price is also very good as they give free diagnostics and always give alternatives before going to the last resort which usually is replacing a whole motherboard for example.The main reason I am giving 5 stars is due to the technical expertise. They have always fixed my issues from memory, cpu, overheating, motherboard issues and have never had to go to the last resort. Highly recommend this place.

My computer quit a week before I begin a new school year. I brought it in, close to tears since I need it for teaching and school started in a week. Took laptop here for replacement due to memory BSOD. Paid the charges for service including new memory card ($360), and yet the error persists.Working with Moe.Will update the review if I get a resolution.
