I have zero idea why this place has such a high review. One of the worst automatic car washes I’ve been to. Take a hose and spray it on your vehicle… you’ll get the same effect. Didn’t remove any grime. That’s what I paid $20 for. Absurd

Car wash seemed friendly and fun but when I explained I paid $20 for the “unlimited”car wash and my car was still dirty. The employee told me to come back around and try it again. When I pulled around they were complaining that I got the “ultimate” car wash. I apologized for my mislabel and asked how did I spend $20 for my car to still be dirty. The male employee shrugged his shoulders at my complaint. So I continued how I paid $20 for a dirty car and they gave into letting me get another wash only because I was in the line already. After 2 rounds of washing, my car was still dirty. $20 wasted

I was trying out this place because I just got a new car. They were super helpful explaining the packages they had. They werent pushy about getting a membership or anything, which I totally appreciate. My car was shiny and it was nice. For the price I do wish they did the interior instead of giving the token for 5 minutes of the vacuum. I mean was fine doing the vacuum and cleaning myself but I would have preferred it be an option. I will definitely go back though.

I thought that given how it was a newer looking place, and I paid for a higher package, that they would be able to leave my car looking clean. I still had some residue on my car left over, which in other places comes right off. I guess newer isn’t better. The only good thing was 5 minutes for the vacuums, although I hoped that with a car wash I would receive more time free.

It’s a good experience. Sitting in the car and watching the glowing liquid comes on the car and it’s a nice thing. Something different 👍🏻

I visited this place for the first time. And I purchased the $30 unlimited wash. I give it 4 stars. The staff is very friendly and patient when it comes to explaining the services offered. I must say the car wash is also very great. 1 star less because for interior there is only the vacuum option which is for 5 minutes it may not be enough for larger size vehicles. But the plus side is the coin you get at the car wash can be retained for future use. So my suggestion is you save the the vacuum coin for next time and use two coins for larger vehicles. So every other wash will give you 10 minutes.

The guys inside were very rude, the one with the ponytail unfortunately instead of asking me for politely to step to the side while I spoke to the colleague he told me to move! Understandably its a car wash and very noisy so I didnt hear him if he asked me to move previously. I did let him know that politeness goes a long way and it would have been okay too simply tell me to step over. There is also a huge mix-up about tokens, the gentleman at the kiosk told me one thing but when I got inside. I followed his instructions and asked a colleague for the two tokens and they refused to give it to me saying I have to pay which would have been perfectly fine if the colleague didnt specify - because I asked him ahead of time before I paid. How many I would receive for the purchase. I suppose he promised something that they couldnt do inside the car wash and when I mentioned that instead of speaking to the colleague and letting him know that wasnt something they could normally do and giving me the past they firmly told me he was mistaken. At that point it was the principal for me.

You better off washing the car yourself because this car wash leaves the car with soap stains and watermarks all over. Make sure to bring a towel and a detailer spray. What a waste!

Owner and staff are extremely kind. Never had a bad experience here, my car comes out shining and clean in such a short amount of time. The membership for unlimited washes is definitely worth it.

These folks are always friendly and helpful and the car washes well a car wash. It doesnt have fancy colours are anything but there are some green led lights with the soap, in case your looking for a car wash your kids would be interested in.

One of the newest car washes in the area that cleans the best, all machine so you stay in your car the whole time and it’s air-dry, no towel dry. I went there on cinco de Mayo and the place was closed at 4 ish, the sign that said we are closed said they are open longer but I assume it was just because of the holiday.

I washed my car and went to the vacuum area ... before start vacuuming with my doors open and my toddler daughter inside my car a worker from glow car wash came and star cleaning the vacuum next to me and the amount of black dust coming out was unimaginable.... vacuum cleaners dust is dangerous because is full of bacteria, can spread infections and trigger allergies... I asked him to stop and let me get in my car and closed the door and he laughed and told me ..you are talking about the dust just hold your breath and continued laughing and of course my car was full of dust.... just awful experience and extremely aggressive behavior

I got my car washed here multiple times it’s a very good car wash, however sometimes their machine doesn’t clean my car all the way and I leave with the same dirty marks that I came in with. I also had to change vacuums like twice because they were broken. The staff is very nice there, they try and help out with the machines out front but they don’t really follow covid guidelines with being 6 feet apart. They get too close to my window (luckily they have masks) and when I try to use the machine myself they just awkwardly stand there watching me. I don’t see why they need to watch me use the machine it’s not rocket science they could go back inside. Plus they always look like they’re freezing. I hope the job has heaters inside because I feel bad watching them come up to try and help me while they’re shaking and all red. They most definitely shouldn’t be out in the cold all day. Other than that the washes are well priced and as long as I leave with my car actually clean that day I think it’s an okay place to go, definitely not my first option though.

They had a free car wash and my car came out nice and clean only downside the drier didnt dry my vehicle fully leaving water drop marks

When things go well, you are able to get a prompt reply over email (within a few hours). However, when things go awry i.e. someone cut you in line for your Glow Pass with Wax or the vacuum keeps disconnecting, it seems difficult to get any customer follow up. Please update your forms for contact over email. Some individuals are not able to receive calls during business hours. And please have your employees at the Wash selection attend to both lanes. The inconsistent attendance quality between washes is franklyfrustrating. Thank you

Plain and simple, its a car wash. Staff is friendly, only downside was the vacuum i used barely worked. If I wasnt strapped for time I would have used another but I didnt have time.

This place is always a great experience. Upon entering, an employee helps you select your car wash from an automated touch screen. (If no ones there youre welcome to diy) There are three car wash packages, I purchase the top most tier. It seems like the best value for $16.95. Each wash also comes with a car cleaning wipe and a vacuum token (5 mins). Once you turn into the car wash area, someones inside to guide you and your car onto the track properly. They do a couple of sprays of your front and back windshields and boom! Your car is getting washed. You enter the car wash and youre transformed into your eight-year-old self again, as you see everything happening around you. :)At the end of the wash, theres a stoplight telling you when youre safe to drive. The vacuums are all located around the bend from the exit. Like I said, always amazing. You wont regret coming here and making it your go-to.

Great car wash and very modern and cool looking. Went for the first time two weeks ago. Two weeks later and my tires are still shinny!!! I wish it was closer to where I live. And they have great prices for unlimited packages deals.

Ive been coming here for the last couple months, havent had any issues, its a solid car wash. Just recently signed up for their $30 a month package.

Went to this location for almost four years without an issue and they wash my car pretty well for the price. However, the one time I bring my car to their location the machine scratches my trunk and they tell me accessories and antennas aren’t covered. Spoke to Chris via email and he has been very dismissive with photos of my car covered with soap claiming it clearly proves prior damage to my car. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!

No idea why this is a 4.3 star car wash. It definitely doesn’t come close. Left with my running boards dirty, they rely on machines to dry your car instead of attendants and leaves it wet and instead of attendants providing a vacuum service it’s self served which is also placed in the $$$.. don’t get me wrong I could careless about doing all these extra things my self but if I wanted to pay for a self service car wash I would have at a cheaper price $$$.. These guys are charging what regular spots with attendants are charging because they think they look good from the outside.. Hard pass next time.. 2 stars because it somewhat did the job..

The price went up to $8 since the last time I was there maybe it was because it was a long time ago was only seven dollars and they didnt give me a towel to wipe off my dashboard but as far as the car wash goes same as normal it was okay

Today i got my car washed there and the rotating Drying part of the machine ripped off my cars Roof Rack Crossbar. As it was ripped off it scratch the back part of the roof. After speaking with a worker there, all she could say to me was Im Sorry as if thats going to replace my broken crossbar. Also this crossbar was NOT after market it came with the car when i bought it BRAND NEW back in 2014. It is sad that after coming to this car wash for 3 years this happened. and its hard to believe that a business like this can not step it up and offer a replacement part. As stated before, all i was offered was a sorry. And it clearly was the machine fault, that fail to adjust, and my car is not that tall. Its Just a Toyota Rav4

Just get the Basic $7 wash. I bought the $12 Super wash, to get the bottom sides of my car clean. It looks exactly like the $7 Basic wash, with dirt still covering the bottom sides. Bring a few rags with you, so you can finish drying ( and cleaning ) your car, after you go through the station. Otherwise, its quick, convenient, the workers are polite, and they give you a free token, to vacuum your car, after the wash, plus a free, moist cloth, for your interior. A little annoying, to have to finish what you paid them for, especially when its freezing outside, but the car does look better after its done.

Very decent drive thru car wash. Been coming here for years and even had their premium monthly plan for a while. Ultimately it was way too expensive as it only covered one car with absolutely no second car option- like a limit on 2nd car. With covid, im going out less and got extra time to wash the car myself also.

The wash itself is OK. Apparently, a lot of reviewers dont seem to understand that hand washing naturally gets more spots than a machine. The only thing Im upset about is the confusing vacuum cleaners. If there are 2 holes, why is there no sign pointing out which one takes tokens? I made the mistake of feeding the bottom hole and it took forever to take out the token. Please, please, please make activating the vacuum cleaner more user friendly.

Showed up a few minutes before closing but they still took the car. Quick and easy never had to leave the car. Great price.

I have been a customer for years (since I live in the neighborhood) and never had any problem. Today a very rude white girl was there and gave me attitude out of nothing (maybe racist?). I have paid for a $16 wash which includes everything but when I got home I realized they had just given me a regular wash. I went back and they barely did the tires but I still didnt get what I paid for. Ill never go there again.

Great membership prices as it include a self help vacuum in every visit, and provide you a free disposable wet towel for a quick interior wipe while the car is in the cleaning motion. Love seeing the car out in superb clean condition, and friendly crews at work. Nice experiences!

Glow has a little different business model than other car washes. You get a better wash (stage 3 - $16), but you have to bring your own towel and dry your car yourself. I dont know about you, but I do a better job myself anyway than other car wash attendants.The unlimited wash plans are really where the values at! $30/mo for unlimited stage 3 washes!

Good for external wash. No internal cleaning at all.They have vacuum which is no use. Many spoiled and not working. The one working is no use. Vacuum never sucks the dirt. Hope they will fix them.

Went here for a simple exterior wash. Unfortunately my car did not come out clean. All the stains left from bird droppings were still there. 3 stars because I let the associate know and he allowed me a free wash but unfortunately it still did not clean my car. In my experience the equipment did not provide a quality wash.

Just moved to Highland Park so I always pass by this place on my way to work. I passed by this past Monday to get the $5 car wash before 10 am deal. There was an employee at the kiosk to assist me with paying for my wash and he was prompt & helpful. I opted not to vacuum my own car bc I thought it was an extra charge . (After seeing other reviews that its included, Ill get it next time) As everyone mentioned, they give you a disposable wipe to wipe your interior surfaces while riding through the wash. My only negative feed back was that the wash didnt completely take off bird poop which had dried on my passenger side door & mirror.....but the price is perfect and the service was fast so Im not complaining ! I will be returning to get my car washed here.

After seeing 4.4 rating and lots of positive reviews, finally decided to give it a shot, even though it was very far from my place. There are two automated pay counters where you can pay either by credit card or cash. I chose the 7$ basic wash since my car was in good condition. You have all inclusive 16$ wash with so many add -ons to choose from. And the monthly unlimited wash pass cost you 19.99 $. Upon payment you are provided with a complimentary interior wipe and a coin which you can use for the vacuum. The washing was excellent, you can sit inside the car and feel the different detailed steps involved in washing. Overall a great experience.

They used to let you use the free vacuums without having to get a car wash. Recently they remodeled the parking/driveway and you have to go through a carwash pay machine to get out of their parking lot. I refused and fanned the guy over to my car to let me out because I wasnt aware paying was required now. He said they now made it a package deal, only free vacuum if you agree to have you car washed. No thanks, I dont need my car washed every week, Ill go somewhere else

Love everything about this car wash. Never had a car wash get every part of my car clean. Cant say enough about Chris and Bob. From day one they went out of their way to explain how the monthly plan works. Always look forward to a quick chat with them. Love all the bells and whistles that Glow has. We have 4 cars signed up. Dont know what they put in the water or what kind of soap they use but my white work van stays cleaner longer than any other car wash Ive used. I take my truck there and my wifes suv there as well. Though sometimes the final dry doesnt quite dry it off and the tires arent always perfect, for the speed and price, Id always go back.

Pleasant and helpful attendants They offer from what I saw 3 different prices....$8, $12 or a $16. The more you pay the more services are included. You get a token to vacuum the car and a wipe to clean the inside of the car. Its a drive thru car wash, so you get to sit and stay in the car while it gets washed. You are responsible for vacuuming and cleaning the inside of your car.

There wash machines are not accurately calibrated they scratch your car and they put dents on your doors
