If anybody is looking for quick service on a vehicle inspection this is the place to go. And for a good price too. Way cheaper than the last one I got.

Great service and open on Sunday. Whatever your minor car emergency, they probably do it. Oil changes, brakes, suspension, battery, tires. Get there early if not you are probably going to have to leave it even for an oil chage.

Went to Firestone in Mcallen said they were backed up. Showed up to this one, and they were packed. Hugo is fast!! I had to get so much done to the car and I was out in 40 mins! I was so shocked cause you go anywhere and they take an hour or more. Amazing man. Coming here again and asking for him. Will be a regular.

Not only is this shop not practicing safe social distancing (having customers sit in the waiting room side by side waiting an hour or so for each car) so I decided to go the next day after being told to come when they open. So here I am the first customer there, upon opening the doors they decided to help the customer behind me who arrived 15 minutes after me. The clerk insisted that it didn’t matter that I was first and if I Didn’t understand I should just leave, arguing with me knowing the whole time that I was there first. That’s the purpose of having a line. So then when he finally decided to help me he gives me a higher price for an oil change knowing that I would refuse to pay and end up leaving due to the high price. Usually when prices are illegitimately fluctuated that means somethings going on underhand. Shop at your own Risk!Ps* Was able to get my oil changed in 30 minutes at another shop instead of waiting an hour in a half

Jonny is the best at customer service. He remembered our last name from a purchase we made 2 months ago! He is very knowledgeable about everything! He will treat you right. Worth the time and money, for sure. We got 4 new all weather tires and an alignment in under 2 hrs.

GIVE HUGO A RAISE !Best Service!Yesterday I went in and I recieved the best service I have ever received Ive taken my car everywhere Goodyear,Walmart,Pueblo Tire and Fiesta Chevy and none of these place topped the service I received here.I got an oil change and got a discount and I bought 2 new tires and got an inspection as well.I tend to always watch the techs that handle my car to see how they handle my car .From the minute the mechanic named Hugo got the keys to my car. I watched him work his heart out he did the inspection did the tires while he was draining the oil didnt waste one minute of time he was done with my car in less than an hour hands down the best service I have ever received this young man deserves a raise because we need more young working men like hugo! I will be returning and requesting his service .10 out of 10!

Customer service lacks quality the worker I dealt with seemed annoyed and bothered and the prices are outrageous. Your better off with a local mom and pop shop or anybody but Firestone.

Terrible service, it takes about 2 hours to get anything done on a typical day, prices are way too high for the service to be so bad. I will never go here again! The staff are jerks at that come to work high and make major mistakes on cars, do not trust this company with your vehicle!!!

Excellent shop and service. The rep is very friendly. Techs are good too. My cars front tires were wearing out unevenly. I was in a rush and needed both front tires. They accommodated me and finished changing two tires and all four wheel alignment in about an hour. Highly recommended. Even though I had cheaper local options, I preferred Firestone because they are national and they do tires and wheel alignment.

I honestly dont recommend this people to check on vehicles, I took my wifes truck for a diagnosis, and had to call a wrecker service, they missed up the truck, and due to whatever they did, had to pay 1600$ to get it fixed, the truck is not old, and were the only owner, got it with 0 miles,

Called and made an appointment for an oil change. Walked in and was greeted and attended to right away. Fast service. Will be back again.

Two hours for a state inspection. Opens up at 7 a.m., but inspectors dont show up until 8 a.m. I left and came back at 8. My vehicle want inspected until 8:30. Done maybe twenty minutes later.

We come to Firestone for our tires when we need new ones because they offer a credit card, usually with a low interest rate for so many months (depending on your credit score). The staff is friendly, and pretty good on time for servicing your vehicle when you make an appointment first.

Mechanic tells me they have an inspector not busy and to inform the clerk and he will get the keys. Walk inside and told that I would have to wait 45mins till he was free. Told him no thank you and he looks for the 1st time outside and says oh his available in 5mins. Told them if my car needs anything I do not authorize to add or replace. Then after inspection I was told. Brakes dont work. No coolant. No oil. Broken wipers. Fail. Waited 1hr total for entire service.Service 7$To Check the issues 10$How you gonna tell me whats wrong with my car and then offer to check LoLI could only imagine how much the parts wouldve been. When included to total.Went to National Lube. Opened the hood myself with the employees saw coolant full. Good oil. Told them to go ahead and service my vehicle and brakes passed. The wipers failed. Replaced and passed.40$ and one hell of a story. All in less then 30mins.

Called in and honored it as being in line. I didnt have to wait.. Thorough service.

Horrible service... i was driving from corpus so i called to see until what time they did inspections they told me that as long as i was there before 6 pm becuase they close at 7 pm and once i was there at 5:40 pm the guy at the desk (the manager) tells me sorry sir we cant do an inpection until monday. I look out at the shop and there was no vehicles in there. But i see 4 so called mechanics sitting down using their phones. So I step out and call one of them to ask him that until what time did they do inspections they all heard me and said we can do it right now we are not busy at all. The manager sees me talking to them and he comes out side and yells at them (what does he want) they say he wants to get an inspection. So the manager rudely yells at them again (tell him to leave I already told him we cant do it until monday) one of them said (but its not even 6 pm and we dont have any costumers right now) the manager again yelling rudely directly at him (if you want to keep your job tell him to leave....and slams the door shut) i didnt want the mechanic to lose his job so i preferred to leave. Never again going to this type of franchise.

I leave the car for oil change at 1 pm the easiest job in the world. Scheduled the job on their website at 330, its 430 they see me and they just getting to car

They dont get a star because they are a rip off they emailed a coupon buy 3 tires and get 4th free. At store they charge you for 4 and say oh that price is discounted but you still pay for 4. Then they charge$150.00 on top saying oh its our warranty and insurance and bogus fee for doing nothing to a tpms sensor on rim.Stay away from firestone unless you like getting screwed in the arse! Go to wslmart over $200.00 cheaper than firestone and fare service.

I just left the Edinburg Tx location and I am very upset. Yesterday, I was attended by a very helpful gentleman whose name I did not get, & I apologize if it sounds inappropriate, but he was a bit chunky with a buzzcut. I didn’t have my insurance for the state inspection, so I said I would go back the next day. Now today, I stood there for more than 5minutes and there were two men inside. One was already helping a lady and the other one was just sitting there apparently looking like he was busy, but I’m sure he was just clicking on the mouse to appear as if he were. I’m sure they acknowledged me, but no one said they would help me or get someone to do so. Very upset because I need this done by today. Will not be recommending this place.

I was finally able to squeeze in some time to get my car inspected...surprisingly I FAILED the inspection due to my wipers leaving streaks the manager oh so graciously offered to have them replaced for $41.98 LOL I obviously declined. The vehicle inspection report states Wiper is incapable of adequately cleaning the windshield I had my oil changed at Wal-Mart less than 2 months ago and my wipers were inspected and given the ok...Im really upset because between work and taking care of my mom time is something I dont like to waste and not only did Firestone Complete Auto Care waste my time I feel like they tried taking advantage of me by looking for an excuse to charge me for additional services...I really feel that because Im a female I get taken advantage of I really wish I could post pics...

They are friendly. I went in for alignment check from previous purchase. They told me I needed parts they could fix about $200.00. I pick up my truck they tell me same price but they could not do it right?I went here because they said could do the job. They still charged me same price but did not complete the work! Disappointed they were confident when they were selling the service.

Bad experience, I went there so they could check my car and they told me if they fixed everything that was bad it would be 1000 dollars. I accepted but then decided to look for a cheaper way and the guy who was charging me kept trying to make me do it. He continued to insist and I said that I would do it if I didnt find any other way but he was mad about this and tried to convince time and time again. They ended up charging 40 dollars for exchanging the swipers which I never asked for. First time there, never going back. I ended up paying 160 dollars to a mechanic. Be wary about their prices

Went to getmy inspection done since i had a bad experience at national lube n just my luck. Their printer wasnt working so i couldnt get it done!! Get it fixed ppl

More training to staff. I called prior to coming in order for an inspection, only to find out the time frame offered for an inspection had pass.

The first thing I like about this one is the frankness of the manager. He surely knows what he is doing. I took my 15year old continental and his team pinpointed all the problems that I have to deal with . I will not hesitate if I have to take my car to this place again.
