Great job getting my computer to boot again, with all files on the hard drive recovered. The engineer/tech was willing to discuss the details and present various options. About 36 hours turnaround. They make and keep a free backup of your hard drive for 3 months.Note: Theyre pretty strict about keeping things clean and COVID-19 protocol for people going in and out, so make an appointment before showing up and observe the instructions. Well worth the results.

Went to have my laptop fixed and was pleasantly surprised by the price! They were quick to fix it and I received a call the next day saying they had it working again. He was kind enough to give me some advice on an issue which thankfully I was able to fix myself ( and he didnt even charge me where most people would).
