You can get your tire pressure checked and filled for free. They also let you know the status of your tread. Staff is friendly and the experience is painless. Buying new tires is a pain, but they try their best to make it pleasant.

Always I have bought tires here because of the insurance is good if something happens with your tire you can go to any store . I had that experience cause I bought my tires in McAllen once then I was traveling to Houston and just reach one store and they replace the tire. I will recommend this service.

From my personal experience, this is a great shop. Staff is friendly and acknowledges your existence as soon as you walk in. I have been buying tires since 1996 at discount. The tire warranty is a must get and they up hold it, no problem. Great all around place.

I appreciate the fact that they will fix your flat tire at no cost to you (assuming you purchased the tire there, of course) and they work fast -- even on their busiest days. Every employee that Ive been in contact with has been friendly and professional. They even provide bottled water and coffee while you wait. If you want your rims all scratched up take your car here! Ive had both front tires put on about 6 months ago from a different Discount Tire location and they were very careful with my wheels no scratches. Came here 9/22/20 to get passenger front and rear tires changed and all three rims are scratched with paint missing. I even told the sales representative for them to be careful. Yet all 3 are all scratched up!

Came down to the Rio Grande Valley to visit family and was asked to run an errand to help drop off a vehicle for new tires. San Benavides met me at the door and was extremely helpful and informative. I want to give recognition to this gentleman for the level of customer service I did not expect to receive here in the Valley.

Outstanding experience and a $70 rebate!!Needed to purchase two tires, since price was a great value I ended up purchasing the set of 4.While searching for the tires online I noticed there was a $70 rebate on those particular tires and although I was initially skeptical about it because of past experiences elsewhere, however after purchase was completed I applied for rebate online and to my surprise rebate card arrived within one week. I went there with a flat tire, not knowing if it was just a flat....or needing a new tire. Within 30 minutes they fixed the flat, rebalanced, put my spare back where it was stored (no easy task). My dog and I never left the truck. NO CHARGE! That is their policy. I had never bought anything there before.......but in the future they have my business.

This store is always busy so be prepared to wait a while. That said, staff is friendly and they carry pretty much any tire you need. If they dont have it in stock they will source it from one of their other locations usually that same day.

Javi helped me out in making sure my tire was changed due to a screw being stuck to my tire. He was extremely informative and super polite. Im beyond happy and pleased with the service. Not to mention I was seen a whole hour before my appointment time. HUGE PLUS!!

Friendliest and most helpful staff in the world! They were about to close (literally one minute) and I came in to ask for a quote, turns out I actually had a flat tire and even though they were closed they opened the garage back up, fixed my flat for free, and I was able to buy my new tires (which was why I went in the first place) and have them put on the same minute. Best technicians out there. Great value and great quality tires. Definitely the best in the business.

Bought some tires on September of 2018, when I came in for my installment appointment the employee told me someone sold them. I guess they didn’t put notes, right? No big deal. They gave me better tires for the same price. I was tight on money for a while and I mentioned to the salesman this might be a problem in the future as the tires would probably be priced differently in the future. He said don’t worry, bring the receipt and we’ll honor the same price for the front tires. I’m finally able to afford new tires and when I come in they won’t honor the tire price like before. They explained that tire prices change. When I argued that the salesman made a promise the manager told me he didn’t put any notes and he no longer works for the business. Wow. No notes again. Seems like they have a communication issue and the customers end up paying for their mistakes. Won’t be doing business here any longer.

Worst place to come maybe its just this one but I came to get my tire fixed because I had a nail in the tire and its taking an hour just to take out one screw but people who bought tires and got here after me are all going in front of me maybe if I would have bought a tire Id be home already. I could have gone to a hole in the wall tire place and paid 6 bucks and Id be home already. Never come here to fix a tire.

Sammy, the gentleman in the front desk was extremely helpful. We both had a friendly conversation, and he even taught me how they analyze the tires and how they can tell if it’s time for a replacement. He also gifted me a tire pressure reader/measurement tool. Great staff! If you’re feeling sad about a tire issue, I recommend going to this place, very helpful and friendly and would make your day better.

9/1/18 (11:20am) My husband had a low tire and went for an air check. The guy outside putting air in the tires was extremely helpful and friendly! His attitude was great and seemed very happy to help. I wish we would’ve gotten his name or had cash at hand to tip him. It’s very hot outside so the fact that he can still keep a smile and positive attitude in this heat says a lot about him. Keep up the good work and thank you for helping us!

Friendly professional service as always. I was just really disappointed that I had a flat fixed and 2 days later upon looking at the rest of my tires, they appear to be defective. Although these are relatively new tires from the dealership, I would assume they would of noticed this for two reasons. One, my safety, & 2, a possible sale of a set of 4 tires instead on 1. Not sure how they could of missed this. I will remain a customer as they have reasonable prices but will bring this up next time I am in need of tires. (Hopefully they are covered in my warranty.)

This place is a blessing! Showed up on a busy Saturday and was greeted by a super friendly staff. Sammy Benavidez was beyond polite and prompt. When I returned later in the day to pick up my vehicle, despite being even busier than before, he spotted me and took care of me right away. Handed me my keys and my receipt and I was on my way. I will never get tires anywhere else — their warranty is awesome & will even sell you warranty on the tires that came w your vehicle so long as they are new! warranty covers the life of the tire, if they can fix it they will do so free of charge. Always super helpful & customer service is great, & NEVER any pressure to get you to buy new or overly-expensive tires which i really appreciate.

Crooks. Held my vehicle for ransom. Went in for a tire rotation and walked out having to buy two new tires because one of the original tires could not be fixed ? They would not even put the spare on it because it was too old. The crooked part was that the individual who looked at the tires knew their was an issue before they removed the existing tires and failed to let me know, instead holding my vehicle for ransom and forcing me to buy new tires. Made up a story about liability issues. Ever heard of Transparency?

They have been very helpful when Ive gone. Only downside Ive experienced is that they close at 6 which is fairly early. I got out of work at 530pm to find I had a flat. They closed before I got there so I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed despite having a warranty with them. I have gone during operating hours and had my tires rotated for free since I purchased tires from them.

I have always had amazing service at this store! I recently had a screw bolt in my front tire, and because I had purchased the recommended certificate when I purchased the tires it was repaired for free. They also replaced the tire sensor at no charge. The gentlemen are very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service skills!

I honestly was expecting to take probably up to an hour to get a leak in my tire fixed. It took less than 30 minutes! 100% outstanding service. I will be back, i am glad i bought my tires here.

Out of 3 reps, only one of them was nice and had time to talk to me. Had a flat tired and the first rep was friendly sure but when it came down to listening to the issue I had. I loved discount tire when I was up north but here?? I dont think they follow the same policy or process... Friendly front but bad service
