After 20 years of being my agent, I spoke to him this month for the first time over an issue. He was fowl and brushes everything on corporate and sends clients to speak to his assistants because he doesnt know whats going on. He spoke over me and indicated that no one is going to tell him how to run his business. Hes very entitled and not accountable as an agent. His assistants are very nice, I feel bad that they have him as a boss. He told me I pay them good money to take care of these things.
