Excelent customer service! Staff there always answers my questions in a very efficient way. I have been to the office a couple of times to make changes on my insurance needs and the agent Juan Cazares has come out of his office to make sure everything is being handled properly. All I have to say is that, Yes price for insurance have gone up in the past year, but I know that anywhere else I go, I will not be getting the same customer service.

I know rates have gone up but as long as I can afford the premium I will stay with his office because I always receive exceptional customer service from everyone there. They always return my calls on a timely manner. when I had claim they went out of their way to help me out.Mr. Cazares is always available on his cellphone, I mean what insurance agent gives out his cellphone number to his clients.

Im a very satisfied customer of this office, I have had my insurance with them for a couple of years now, and one of the reason I switched over from my previous insurance company is the customer service they provide. Everytime I call, I get the answers I need. I even got a gift card from them one time because it was customer appreciation month, how cool is that? Been with statefarm for almost 7 years i had never experienced the worst costumer service till now i called in one day to see why my insurance policy had gone up and they could never give me a straight up answer well i have now cancelled my policy with them and went to all state instead. I just hope in the future they need to improve in there customer service and keep there customers happy.

Ive had other insurances and always come back to State Farm. Theyre prices are reasonable and usually the best when compared to others. They also have a variety of ways to get discounts.

Hi just FYI Ive been with State farm insurance and I highly recommend them especially the people at Cazarez in Edinburgh Texas.

I called this location 2 weeks ago and they asked 100 questions to then give me a rate And told me we can sign up up today.well yesterday I call back to sign up, the girl asked only questions about me, nothimggg, about my building, and it was maybe 4 questions. aside from she was veryyyy lost, you would think she has never heard of the words general liability for a commercial building. to then tell me, we cant do it cause u need 2 years prior coverage.I then told her, do u realize u asked nothimggg about my building, the square footage, the age of it, how long in business, what coverage, what options, how much coverage, the traffic in my store, ..............derrrrrr, you would think I sold insurance in my past and to think this is who one is gonna trust to cover someone in a time of crisis?YIKESSSSSSS I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS PLACE
