After having worked with several other recruiting firms, I am so glad I discovered Apex Systems! Sarita is such an awesome recruiter! She called me to see what I was looking for and kept me in the loop with updates. She reached out to me with jobs (other places hadnt been doing this - I had to call them to ask on updates) and then found one that would work for me. I was really impressed by how Sarita helped me prepare for the interview, did her research to find out more about the position, kept me posted on updates, and has been so supportive throughout the entire process. I started my contract position this week and have loved it so far! I was able to meet Jess as well on my job site and she has been wonderful to work with as well. Thank you both!

Apex System Consultants were helping me find Sr Java Developer job in Minneapolis/St Paul Area. I had great experience with the team, they were all professionals and followed up before and after interviews with timely manner.

Be careful when you sign a contract with them, they will have you sign under this condition:Contract Employee understands and agrees that s/he is employed by Apex at will and, as such, Apex may terminate this contract at any time, with or without cause, for any reason or no reason.Its better not to work for them. If this was your only option, read the contract carefully.

Terrible Treatment by these people.I received SO many emails and phone calls from Nick who was really only in this for the commission, about a job in my area and he pushed really hard to get me to agree to this contract...then I find out this company does NOT help you at all and is totally willing to throw you under the bus.I started a temp contract for three months, but due to an unfortunate misunderstanding, I was let go after one month. I also found out that they hired me for MUCH LESS than other staffing companies were hiring temp workers for. $3.00 per hour less. But they told me Too bad, you already agreed to the contract, that is the amount we are willing to pay. Maybe Im naive, but there was no negotiation involved with this contract at all, but maybe thats on me, for not pushing harder. Lesson learned.When I tried to get into contact with nick after being let go, he was suddenly unavailable all the time, never answered my phone calls or emails...then he finally calls me and tells me that since they dont usually work in your area and are more geared towards people in the twin cities there was nothing he could do, but he would Totally let me know when something in your area pops up. Then I never heard from him again.After they got what they wanted out of me, they tossed me aside and ghosted me, refused to communicate with me and literally left me with no job and confused as to what happened.DO NOT EVER GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. They do NOT care about you at all, they are literally only this this for the commission check and will cut you loose after that.

The Apex Minneapolis office is an amazing place to work. The culture here is fun, competitive and everyone is here to make each other better. The company is a great place to work and the Minneapolis branch is one of the best.

A giant waste of time. Do not listen to them, you’ll hear a bunch of stuff and its all bull. Good riddance.

I applied for the customer support position and I got denied because I didnt have any call center experiences. I have over 2+years working in the office. The position I applied for wasnt even a call center environment. They wasted my time going there to be interview. This staffing doesnt even deserves a ONE STAR.

Terrible follow up and communication. It is interesting that the five star reviews are from the recruiters, not customers or talent.

3 out of 5 pay checks I have not received and had to make several calls to get it. Do not waste your time.
