Dont replace your phone until you visit Alan at Brand New Again. Hell try to fix it so you can get a a few more months/years from your current phone. If it requires fixing, hell give you a reasonable price and fix it quickly but if he cant fix it, hell let you know. Total confidence in him since he wants you to keep your phone if possible...not like a visit to the carriers who want to just sell you a new expensive phone.

My iPhone 7 Plus had a bad charging port and the audio on the earpiece and speakerphone were almost a whisper. I visited the Genius Bar at Apple Southdale and was told that the phone is unrepairable and my only choices were to buy a reconditioned 7+ for $350 or to simply buy a new iPhone, at yet a higher price. I found Brand New Again with a quick Google search, was able to secure an appointment to visit only 15 minutes later and off I went to go see Al, the owner. Two hours later and a mere $85 with tax, my iPhone is like new: the charging port is replaced and Al was able to clean out the ear and speaker audio ports to bring the volume back to industry standard. Owner Alan Hernandez is a five star guy. I bought a new Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and was setting in up in my rather dark office late in the evening. I accidently stuck the SIM tray opener into the main microphone hole and the microphone appeared to be dead. I called Alan, he researched my phone and determined it was unlikely I damaged the microphone. He advised a factory reset, and voila, the microphone was not damaged at all. Thanks a ton Alan.

A little over a year ago, I had a screen so broken on my phone that I couldnt access any information on it at all. Every other store in the area quoted me a high price for the repair and told me it might not even work. This place is a gem of a find! I had a boot loop issue with my iPhone X and I didnt have a full backup of my phone. Alan was able to troubleshoot the issue and figured out what was going on with it and what needed to be done to fix it. It was a weird issue and he was very generous with his time and advice as to how to proceed and while the Apple folks told me I need a new phone and Id lose my data, I am happy to say that I ended up with all of my data AND a phone that works. A quaint little repair shop with a friendly gentleman who provided me with a battery change. Good prices, quick turn around too. I waited just 1 hour for my Motorola smart phone to be repaired. The transaction was smooth and my phone was repaired in a couple hours. No negative marks, just a good solid performance.

I had to replace a battery in my Nexus 6P phone. I learned that its quite hard to do without special tools and experience in dealing with such operations. Alan and I discussed the risks involved, and he completed installation perfectly. I recommend his shop for reliable service and can attest that he is also good in aftercare, making sure the customer is ultimately satisfied.Update 8/20/19: When my iPhone became inoperational due to my clumsy manipulation, Alans was the first thought that came across my mind. I learned what could be done but decided not to risk making things even worse. And, true to my expectations, he fixed the phone in a couple minutes. I had my Samsung galaxy 3 repaired here. I had an issue with the wall cable nit being able to charge the phone. sometimes it would charge and sometimes it would not. the s3 is considered older now even tho its just a few years old so I wasnt sure what to do with the phobe. I even considered throwing it away. well im glad i found brand new again, they informed me about the charge port and needing to solder a new one to fix the issue. after a few hours I got the phobe back, same day. it appears to be functioning very well and im happy it was able to be fixed.

I gave my phone to Nrand New Again, me and my mother got some lunch, and it was repaired and ready to be picked up after lunch just 45 mins later. Cant complain about the price either.

My samsung galaxy s3 had a cracked screen and I needed a repair. I met steven jaye and he handed me a business card. hes a good fellow. anyways a coupke days passed and his company brand new again repaired my cracked screen. he kept very good communication with me by letting me know his schedule and accommodated my schedule. things worked out for the best and he did fine repair work to my galaxy s3. after a coupke days past I noticed thst the repair work wasnt perfect. the new screen had a slight millimeter of separation on the lower half of my fixed phone. I contacted him regarding this and he redid the repair. now everything looks perfect. I appreciate the good communication and the willingness to satisfy a customer as well correcting a situation. im a happy customer and will recommend brand new again.
