The woman in charge was hateful and rude to my daughter. Shaming her publicly by raising her voice and demanding information that was confusing. Get some training. You made my child cry. Not happy

This postmaster, the woman, at Edgewater Florida is rude and inept at her jobIve been receiving other peoples mail from other addresses not even on my street.I called to tell her and she snapped my head off so I yelled at her,which I regret, but Im So frustrated with someone who WONT address the problems And mistakes being made.Just now, 11:59 June 10,2021 the postmaster woman and her male driver in the USPS mini van parked across fromy house, I live on a dead end street end. I feel intimidated and threatened.Will again report this to posaster general for thisdistricThis behavior is unacceptable.

I just love our Edgewater Post Office. EVERYONE there is friendly, polite, helpful and most of al knowledgeable. It is always neat and clean. Priority and Express mailing boxes available and already folded. The price is shown over each one. So I am very happy. People must understand with the Pandemic things get slowed down. I also need to say my mail carrier Debbie is the best I have had in 15 years🎉🎉🇺🇸

The woman who works at front in here needs to be fired (sorry I dont know her name). She is the rudest person on the planet. If someone makes a mistake she will go above and beyond to be loud and obnoxious. Shes lucky I didnt really freak out in there for how rude she was. The other two guys are always nice even when errors are made. Everything about her is cringe worthy. Extremely nasty person.

By far the best experience Ive ever had with any delivery service. Everyone is always positive and extremely helpful. We usually come in with a lot of packages and they are always more than willing to assist. They know our business by name and seem very grateful. Thank you!-Yum Crumbs

This place and its service is a joke. Only two people that are worthy with smiles...one worker has attitude towards my mom. She had a BOOK to send. He questions her! Then sa5s he has a right to open it. I swear he is lucky she is calm cause I would have made a voice off ...I am sure it was her POLITICAL mask. If you do NOT like others views you just leave your comment and attitude to yourself. You get PAID via taxpayers. You work for US! So leave your attitude at home !!!!

Awesome service!!! Never being to a post office before where the service has being so great. Edith and Glenn were wonderful!!! They helped us with passport and mailing some documents. We highly recommend this post office very friendly and helpful staff.

As a resident for more than 20 years, I very much appreciate every employee and mail delivery person I have met. They are and have been exceptional: efficient, pleasant, kind, knowledgeable.

Tried to get my passport replaced today and I was given no explanation or help. I called the passport office to find out what I needed so I brought that stuff to the Post office only to be told I was wrong and given no explanation and ALOT of additude which only got worse when I looked down out of nervousness 😭. This was truly the worst post office Ive ever been to

Right off guy behind counter was very quick to tell me the hours of the passport and that it technically closed 15 min prior. What brought 0 stars to a 4 star was the wonderful woman at the passport desk. She whispered that she would help me anyways. She demonstrated the customer service we all deserve. Thank you Roberta for making it a great experience. And your boss (post Master) should be happy because Im the first to give your office more than a one star experience!

Its a terriffic post office with wonderful friendly staff

I have been in transition until my new home is ready and am in there regularly. The three young men I have repeatedly encountered are exceptional employees! They are extremely courteous and efficient, and never without a smile, no matter how busy they are. And they are most ALWAYS busy! They all WOW in customer service.

This post office has courteous counter help. Go early for fast service. Lines tend to be longer at lunch time. The line wait isnt too bad.

The staff with the exception of the manager/postmaster were courteous, although all were lacking. When I called, the person gave me incomplete information. The manager angrily ordered a clerk to stop assisting customers at the passport desk to help at another desk. This left a line of customers and no service personnel to help. Then she snapped at a customer.

I have been trying to call this office for the last hour and get busy tone. They could not do a simple address change. And the postal lady that delivers the mail is about as smart as a bow of rocks and knocking on doors asking where I moved to. No of her business. Not very happy and i will be at this office tomorrow.

I went in the other day to have a package delivered and it was a pretty smooth process. Any negativity towards this place comes from entitled and impatient folks. Its a busy post office and nothing more. The employees are very kind and were doing their jobs well.

The staff is great, however we came in to get passports and were pushed aside for other customers that were needing help with mail. What happened to fist come first serve? We waited 45 minutes when there were three clerks. Doesn’t make sense.

HORRIBLE!! With service like this, its no wonder the USPS will soon be obsolete. In addition to being completely incompetent in... oh I dont know... DELIVERING MAIL, and refusing to follow simple directions, when called to find a solution to this ongoing problem, they flat out refused to do anything. Can you call the driver? Nope. Can we schedule another time? Nope. Can you leave the driver instructions? Nope. Youll just have to come in and get it yourself, they said. And then they gave me incorrect business hours... If I ran my business like this, I wouldnt have a business to run.

The front desk staff are the nicest people. Behind the scenes leave alot to be desired.

Don’t know who she was position wise but Mrs Stevens is about one of the most miserable people on this planet. She accused me of stealing from a shipping option a seller on eBay picked when they shipped to me. She then says we open up all of the mail here at this post office. Which is a lie or else I wouldn’t of went on trial when picking up a package. Mrs Stevens you can call and apologize for your accusation on me of stealing and all will be forgiven. Until then you may want to find a different job where you don’t work with the public because you are a awful miserable person

If I could give it a zero I would. The lines are always 10 people deep and slow but worst is the service you recieve once you finally get someone attention. The manager is the worst, from the second you say you have an issue she is defencive and rude. I lost a package from christmas and after sending in all the paperwork and being told it couldnt be recovered I went to collect my insurance money. The second my paperwork was handed to her she was snobby and rude. She asked how I was and I sad alittle upset collectable magazines were gone but thats what insurance was for and her responds? Shouldnt have shipped it ground. She was so snarky that I had leave besides she was refusing to fill out the paperwork to claim the insurance money anyway. Will never go back and will be leaving reviews everywhere to warn people to not waste your time with this place!

Needed my rental application with personal ID delivered to a complex. Had a tracking number which stated it was delivered; however, complex never received application. Lost my place in line for the unit and who knows where my mail and personal things are! Awful!!

This place sucks! No wonder they are going out of business.
