During the bout of storms that hit us overnight Thursday 8/26/21 into Friday 8/27/21, one of our 40 year old silver maples took serve damage. After calling many places that could not make it out for a few days, and despite being fully booked, Natures Touch was out to assess the situation within hours.The tech that did the estimate even took the time to give us pointers on clearing some of the branches that were blocking the garage! They quickly and expertly removed the huge tree. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for emergencies and routine upkeep.

Great Job, and great to work with. Called ten different tree removal companies, Justin was the only one who actually answered the phone... and then came out the next day to give me a bid. They removed a big oak in a tight spot right between my house and the neighbors. The crew did an awesome job and was extremely respectful to all the landscaping around it and my neighbors yard. They also did a great job of cleaning everything up. I would definitely use them again.

We had a lot of randomly placed trees and an arborvitae that was overdue for removal. Justin was prompt, knowledgably, and easy to work with. I would easily recommend them to others and plan on contacting them again in the future. My only complaint is the lack of digital payment options. Small price to pay.

Compared to the other estimates I received the price was right and included cleanup and removal of ground out stump remains - unlike the other guys that would grind the stump but leave the remains...After I accepted the estimate, the crew arrived on the agreed upon day to trim and remove the trees. They showed up on time, we’re very professional, and cleaned up the yard when they were done. I was afraid the lawn would get pretty beat up but it looked fine. A few day’s later a separate crew arrived to grind out the stumps.Overall I highly recommend. Professional, great communication, competitive pricing.

We needed 3 large trees and a handful of other trees in desperate need of a quality trim. Justin came out and provided an estimate a year ago, but we werent able to go ahead at the time - he honored the old estimate this year and came out to assess the additional items at a very reasonable price. Justin was always response and accessible, and the quality and speed at which his team worked was astounding. Excellent tree work aside, their cleanup was immaculate - if not for the stumps, you wouldnt have even known there had been anything to cut down. When we need future work done on our trees, we know who well be calling.

I had Natures touch out last summer to trim a silver maple and a linden in our front yard. The maple never looked so good. The Linden looked great too. They took off some very big limbs off the Linden but were wary of taking more as it could cause too much stress on the tree. Their arborist was very knowledgeable and with the lift they had they were able to trim my 70 foot maple as others in the past could not. I had them back this winter to trim my oak in back, as they can only safely be trimmed after the first solid freeze. I was amazed at the cleanup both times. Ive had my trees trimmed for less, but never better, and as the saying goes, You get what you pay for. They have a new customer for life.

We had Natures Touch trim our large maple tree. The owner was not on site because he said he had a family funeral. The team that did the trimming did not put anything down the the lawn before driving the cherry picker on it. We now have large, deep tire tracks on both side of our house leading back to our backyard. The owner came by later to pick up payment and I mentioned our dissatisfaction to him. He took $100 off the price but it still wasnt worth it. I would be cautious using this company.

I’ve never hired anyone for yardwork before so wasn’t sure what to expect. I searched through many review sites and received several bids, and decided to hire Nature’s Touch out of Eden Prairie. I’m glad I did! The crew was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and got more done in 9 hours of labor than I thought possible. It was all done correctly too - not rushed or haphazard. And, they offered a steep discount. They even offered to come back, after payment, to clean up two small items, because they “wanted to make sure the job was done right”.

Justin and his team provided same day service after a storm came through and damaged a tree in our backyard. His crew worked efficiently to remove the tree in a safe manner, with little to no damage to our existing yard.

Natures Touch Tree Care did an amazing job trimming and removing trees for us. When we bought our house there was a tree with a powerline running through it that needed some serious trimming, and it looks wonderful and is much safer now. We also had a handful of small trees that were dead and dying in the backyard as well as some box elder plants crowding our elm trees. Justin and his team gave us accurate cost and time estimates, did excellent quality work, and cleaned up all of the residual tree mess.

These guys are pros! They do an extremely detailed and thorough job of not only knowledgeable tree removal but excellent cleanup when they are done. I asked them twice now to do work for me and both times they skillfully removed large trees that were overshadowing a nice young oak that I wanted to be able to flourish and expand. They also did the work without damaging my white cedar privacy fence between us and the parking lot for the park next to our property! If I need more work in the future, I would go no where but back to them.

Highly recommended from repeat clients! Nature’s Touch Tree Care and Landscaping is competitively priced, has courteous employees and go above and beyond what I expected. They did two projects for us, the second on was tricky as they removed a large branch that was about to snap off from our weeping willow that was hanging out over the marsh. They had to remove many branches from the water and more from the land, climb a steep hill and haul them out. Having worked with them before, we trusted them to complete the job while we were away. We returned and everything was cleaned up and in order looking as if they had never been there. They take care in the prep and put down protection on the grass and they have proper equipment for each job. Owner Justin is a pro and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them on Next Door and plan to call them again when we need additional work completed.

Competitive pricing, with the three quotes we had, we ended up going with Natures Touch. They didn’t need to bring in a crane to remove a large dead Oak, which was a plus. I also appreciated that they laid down boards for the Ditch Witch machine when going to and from the front yard hauling tree limbs and debris, so it didn’t destroy the wet thawing ground. Some of the companies our neighbors have used did not do this. We will use this company for any future tree removal or maintenance.

Nature’s touch did a tremendous job with two large trees that needed to be cut way back. One was trimmed 11 months prior by another company and you could not tell 9 months later. The job Nature’s Touch did I do not anticipate I will have to trim my trees for 3 years. I am doing a shoutout to Cheyenne, Jack, Justine and Travis on this job.
