Excellent. Just fantastic. Easily the best dentist (and dental office) Ive ever worked with.All staff are incredibly professional while still being very friendly and caring. Theyre highly focused on providing the most comfortable experience possible. Dr. Fam checks in frequently during the procedures to make sure that everything shes doing is tolerable and not causing any pain.I really love that the staff seem to like each other and have fun working together. It just makes my visits that much more pleasant to see the team enjoying their time at work.Pricing for patients who need to pay out of pocket is very fair and seems to be on par with average costs in this market. Considering the quality of the care, Id personally say that the pricing is pretty generous to the patient. Id be happy with it even if they werent as careful and patient and considerate as they are, but when all that is taken into account, the pricing is more than reasonable.Dr. Fam is a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, explains things in a way thats easy to understand but not the least bit condescending, very careful and deliberate in her work, and doesnt judge or lecture. I really couldnt be any happier with the whole experience!

Dr.Sara gave me movie goggles and played me something fun to take my mind off the uncomfortable deep cleaning procedure. I always detested dentists just because I hate scaling. Dr. Sara has my heart and my future appointments.

I had a great experience at Smile Eden Prairie! I was a new patient and as soon as I walked in the receptionist greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile and we talk like we’ve known each other for years! The dental assistant who happens to be just outstandingly beautiful called me to the back of the room and sat me down. I saw Dr.Fam and she did an exam on my neck and head muscles and joints, and an oral examination. Overall, she did a fantastic job. She explained her concerns and suggested what she believes was best for me and throughout the whole examination she educated me on what she was doing and why! This was the best dentist appointment I ever had! I’ll be going back soon for a cleaning. If you already have a dentist I recommend switching to Dr. Fam and if you don’t then I highly recommend getting one and I suggest Dr. Fam! Thanks again Smile Eden Prairie!

Dr. Sara is the best! I had multiple baby teeth pulled as a teenager by my orthodontist and therefore have quite a bit of anxiety going to the dentist. She is very gentle and does a great job cleaning my teeth.

Very kind staff and very transparent when speaking about dental work. Previous experiences with other professionals included very vague descriptions on what needed to be done and lots of confusion. Not the case here.

Top notch dental services. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to work with me to address my concerns and to maximize the use of my dental plan to get the most benefit from it. Dr. Dahl is fantastic. Very gentle and explains things clearly so you know what is being done and why. It has a unique look for a dental office as it has a bit of an office type feel to it, but dont let that deter you, the tools and technology in use are excellent. I received two crowns that were made for me the same day, no temporary crowns or repeat visits so that is a perk. I highly recommend this dental office.

This might have been one of my most pleasant dentist visits ever. Considering I had to have a perio root planing, that says a lot. I was in no pain, had a pillow under my head, a blanket and was wearing my favorite sunglasses while listening to great music. It was actually a pleasant experience. April manages the office and is very knowledgeable about procedures and insurance. Jackie the technician was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Ive been coming here for many years and everyone has helped me reach my dental improvement goal. From Cleanings to Crowns, I love the full service. Jackie does a fantastic job on my cleanings. I have had 3 - 4 different DDSs throughout the years and have felt confident and happy with their work. April is great at the front desk, always friendly and helps me with the insurance and financial part of my treatment goals.

I started going here a couple years ago when I did the Invisalign. I was so pleased with my results that I continued to go here for my cleanings. The staff is so professional and friendly! I used to hate going to the dentist and now I look forward to it because they make any procedure feel comfortable. Dr. Mike is knowledgeable and always willing to take time to make sure the job is done correctly. I have personally had many appointments over the past few years (I did Invisalign and was THRILLED with the results). Out of all my visits, I never had a negative or even neutral experience. Every visit has been a positive one, even when fillings are involved. The office is extremely clean, as it is very calming and comfortable. They do not take shortcuts or push unnecessary procedures just to ramp up the bill, as some other dentists do. They truly deserve all five stars.

So today my gums and inside of my mouth was hurting so bad I had to see a dentist. Now I enjoy sitting in a dental chair as much as I would sitting in the electric chair. But to the dentist I must go. I moved here from Tucson Az. so I didnt have one. I was referred to Smile Eden Prairie . I just finished a chemo treatment and developed sores in my mouth and pain in my lower gum. Anyone who is dealing with cancer and chemo knows what Im talking about. My dentist was Dr. Sara Pham. We talked about my cancer issues and at first I wasnt sure if I needed some kind of specialist for my issues Well I was certainly wrong about that. Dr. Sara took her time analyzing my problem and started work on my mouth and gums. I feel more comfortable with a lady dentist (sorry gents) because I feel they are more sensitive to making sure I am more comfortable and no pain, and I mean NO pain! Dr. Sara did not disappoint me. She was as gentle as the lion in the Wizard Of Oz. Dr Sara had a very calming influence on myself and Im sure on all her patients. Before I knew it she had all my issues corrected and I never felt a thing. My mouth feels so much better and my sores are on their way to a brighter day. I cannot overstate my happiness in finding a dentist that I wont be shaking in my boots to visit. Dr. Sara, thank you from a happy patient.Oh I forgot I didnt have dental insurance so I paid out of pocket and believe me when I say it was less then I expected which made me smile more. like in the name Smile Eden Prairie. I was only able to give Dr Sara 5 stars but I received 10 star dental treatment.

Had a few surface filings on two crowns that Dr. Henrickson recommended after my last cleaning appointment. He did a great job on both. Happy I had this done. Zero discomfort throughout the process. Very satisfied!

Dr. Dahl does an awesome job explaining what he is doing and while he preforms his procedures. He ensures you are as comfortable as possible. I had a great experience and Im very happy I switched dentists.

Be very careful. They WILL NOT process insurance and bill you for remaining amount. They require full payment that day, no exception. Increase your credit card limit before you go in ($800, $900) whatever the amount they demand it right now. They got me one time and one time only.

I went here for a cleaning and they were great. They were always explaining what they were doing and why. They helped me look up costs of my procedures with insurance so I could decide if I wanted to do it. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Very friendly and very caring and very fast service..I had a crown put on during the first vist, the numming agent was already out and I was back to normal before I reached home!. No pain even the next day! . I had no jaw pain from stretching to keep my mouth open during the procedure because they used a plastic insert that you rested your teeth on, which made the whole procedure relaxing.The crown was completed in one visit! No going back ! Very nice staff!

Twin Cities Modern Dentistry is the best ever! I have very sensitive teeth and fear of the dentist and yet they make me feel very comfortable and undersunderst how I feel. I I have recommended them to my friends and they have also been satisfied!

One of my upper front crowns came off, because the tooth it was attached to was decayed. I was horrified when it broke off because when I smiled it was all you could see, the missing tooth. I am a receptionist, so I smile and greet people when they come in. There was no way I could smile without seeing my missing tooth. I was so distraught! On Monday morning I called Twin Cities Modern Dentistry to make an appointment. I really needed to get in that day because I had to work later in the day. Dr. Mike took me in as an emergency, at 12:30 (probably his lunch hour), because he knew how upset I was. When I walked into the office, Dr. Mike came out and warmly greeted me. I was upset and told Dr. Mike that I cannot go around with a tooth missing! He said very calmly, dont worry we will fix it. I was so relieved, I cant tell you how Dr. Mike just saying that made me feel so much better, because I knew Dr. Mike would be able to fix it! He was very patient with me and we talked for a half an hour on what my options were and I also brought up that I wanted to do something about my two missing lower teeth. In the meantime, he would have to see other patients that were there, so I had to wait sometimes, which I was very happy to do. I was just so happy to be there, that Dr. Mike had gotten me in that day. All in all, Dr. Mike bonded the crown to the two teeth on either side as a temporary fix and I will be getting a partial and Dr. Mike was able to start working on a bridge for the two missing lower teeth. I was so happy when I left the office. I dont know what I would have done without Dr. Mike. Thank You so much Dr. Mike!

Went here with a Groupon was told I needed over $2000 of dental work for cavities. That didnt sound right to me. Went to a dentist in my hometown I grew up going to and they told me I had $444 of dental work.Not sure if they were just being very picky or what.They were very nice though.

Fantastic service top to bottom! Very flexible with scheduling, checked in and was seen right away, honest opinion about treatment options. Dr. H is clearly a dentist who cares about his patients and that is reflected by his professionalism.

I have been going to Henrickson Dental for a few years now and have always been pleased with their work. Dr Mike did a great job on my crowns and Heather and Jackie do very well with the cleanings. Their up to date equipment like the same day crowns and the Waterlase for cleanings make it much much easier to go to the dentist.

Horrible experience here. They claimed I had 5 cavities and that seemed alarming for how well I take care of my teeth. I was a new patient and read good reviews so I thought I could trust them. I went to get a second opinion for the dental work they suggested. I went back to my childhood family dentist and they said I had 0 cavities and didnt need any of the extra dental work they suggested. If you are a fan of overpaying for dental care or just want to spend money on dental care you dont even need then this is the place to go. Highly recommend finding a different dentist.

Dr. Dahl performed a root canal and capped a molar. He did a wonderful job. I had some issues but he diagnosed the problems correctly and “took care of business.” Dr. Dahl is a listener; he is patient, kind, generous and an excellent dentist. I’m so fortunate to have found him. Because of insurance I had to leave my dentist of 35 years...Doctor Dahl had huge shoes to fill!!!

From the moment you enter the office until your procedure is done you are taken care of. Very compassionate and very competent at each step of any procedure.

I used a Groupon for a crown. I thought I needed a build up since my dentist said I need one. However I went to my appt the dentist said I didnt need the build up score. I left with my new crown an I only paid $595. At my dentist this would of cost $300 for the build up an $1250.00 for the crown. So yes I recommend twin cities Modern denistry!

Scheduling was easy with April, she is very accommodating. Dr. Dahl, new to the practice in September, has gentle hands and is very precise in his work.

I went for my Invisalign consultation after purchasing their service on Groupon. From my phone calls to set up my first appointment to being greeted by April to my consultation with Dr Dahl, I found the staff to be accommodating, warm, caring and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I took a chance and can’t wait to be working with them on improving my smile.

Today was my first visit to TCMD! I had used Jamie as my hygienist at a former dentist and I missed her expertise, ability and great talk. So I left my past dentist and went to TCMD. I had a bad tooth that needed a extensive root canal and Dr. Cha was gracious enough to take a look and also get me into a well known endodontist for an emergency root canal. He was very helpful and I enjoyed meeting him. I highly recommend TCMD (Twin City Modern Dentristy).
