I went for my normally covered semi annual exam and my regular Dentist, who is great was not there. I was given X-rays that seemed far more edge than I’ve had before. No one explained them or that they cost $182 not covered by insurance. Very sneaky way for a dentist to add charges. I’m retired and don’t need surprises like this. I had nothing wrong at all. I will file a grievance and call the ADA.

I went here to get two wisdom teeth removed and I had a great experience! From the consultation to the follow-up appointments, Dr. Thai was so kind and explained everything to me. Before the procedure, I was very nervous, but staff were so nice and helped calm me down. Front desk staff were very helpful when I called with follow-up questions about my procedure, and I had no issues with billing. Great staff and excellent care!

Staff is very friendly. They answered any questions that i had, and even laughed at my jokes. Dr. Thai is incredible! he is like a special forces surgeon sniper when it comes to extracting teeth. He was asked to assist with extracting a tooth that was causing me a lot of pain even though I had been given a lot of local anesthesia. Dr. Thai moved in swiftly and with out detection. He took out the target with precision grace. Very skilled yet very gentle. I didnt feel ANY pain. I would like to say thank you to all the staff at Park Dental Eden Prairie especially Dr. Thai who is very impressive.

Tried to pay for my cleaning out if pocket and was told I cant do that.

Wish I could give it ZERO.They have broken appointment system. They dint remind me via email (like any other appointment system for car maintenance etc etc) and my entire family has been going to Park dental for very long time.I missed an appointment and they charged me 46$ for nothing, there was no email reminder.nothing and It doesnt feel good to me.I wont recommend park dental to anyone. There are some better dental services available in EP area but not Park Dental.

I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. APPARENTLY MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS DONT EXSIST.Which is in fact against the Mandate order in and against the American Disability Act. Anyone over the age of two must have a mask on to step foot in the door.They do not care the age of your child or if theres a disability in your family. Thank you for being so incredibly unwilling to help my family.

Hate the moment I walk up to desk. The computer screens are way too high. So much so that the person cant see you when shes attempting to talk to you. Two monitors side by side and mounted so high right up front is ridiculous. I felt put out by her attitude when she had to either lower the desk or raise her chair to see me. It was very awkward.Someone else who can see with over the desk should be up front. Ive been a patient for over ten years. I want to switch because of this...but, I am happy with the dentist and hygienist.

So impressed with Park Dental! Not only was the appointment quick and thorough but the staff is so friendly. Heather (dental hygienist) was especially wonderful and extremely knowledgeable, able to answer any questions I had! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist in the area. (P.s. probably the only doctors office where you don’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen)

Dr. Herzig is as phenomenal! Very sweet and personable. She was very good interested in keeping me comfortable while doing my fillings. She would stop if I waved and administer more numbing agents to ensure I wasn’t in any pain.Her dental assistant, Alex was also very sweet and helpful!I would highly recommend Dr. Paige Herzig!!!

Had a fantastic experience here. Everything was explained in detail by Dr. Thai. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

If there was a 0 option this would sum this place up. I have never in my life been judged and treated so inappropriately in my entire life. I would not recommend this establishment. The customer service is non existant and I am appalled that there is no accountability for their lack of that there of. Do not waste your health on this dental facility.This does come as a disappointment as I really did like my dentist and its unfortunate that the rest of the establishment had to ruin it for her.

Tracey and Dr. Hermanson are excellent. I have had some good dental experiences and some bad. Today’s was the best I have ever had. Both are very good at the technical part of their job and equally good at the patient care side. Thank you.

I have been going to this office for almost 10 years. The dentists here and staff have always been top notch. In particular, Ive had multiple procedures with Dr Thai,who does oral surgeries. He is the very best: he describes each step and what to expect, and I have yet to feel even the smallest bit of pain or discomfort, even during tooth extractions. He is highly skilled at his craft and I trust his judgement, as I do with all the dentists I have used at this location over the years. Pat Gallagher

My kids went here and their mother too. All good experiences. Never a bad experience. My kids both went to an orthodontist in Eden Prairie too (not here).I highly recommend Park Dental Eden Prairie if your experience will be like mine and my family for many years.

Ive been coming here for about ten years now. There seems to be a great culture with the employees here. They all have great bedside manner, and great working relationships. It really puts me at ease.They never make me feel like Ive asked a dumb question, and take the time to explain my options to me. Im very grateful to have found this place.

The lady at the desk told me I would have to pay for the removable three- teeth-denture which would cost some $600 plus since my two dental insurance would cover the cost. I took her words and went for the ride. After a month or so, they send me a bill for $660 appr. I called and argued why they would give a wrong information in the first place. Some one called me days later and said I would be expelled from the Park Dental I wouldnt pay the amount. I felt betrayed and dishonesty from them.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Cepak. I had not been to the dentist for years because of previous bad experiences. She has great bedside manner and made you feel very comfortable. She explained everything in a way that was understandable. I had to have a couple of teeth pulled and multiple cavities filled and she made the process almost painless. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

These people will lie to you about the cost of your services... not by 10 or even 100 dollars, but by 700+ dollars in my case. Then they call to see why I have not paid it yet and when I explained, the person was very friendly and apologized and insisted that I would get a call back by the next day. No one called. It went to collections so I was forced to pay in full to avoid it effecting my credit, then months later I called to make a routine cleaning appointment and they refused to make one for me and said that the manager was going to call me back in the next day or so AND NO ONE CALLED! That was about a week ago. Needless to say, after being a client here for at least 18-20 years; I am taking my business elsewhere. The lack integrity and dishonesty has left me dumbfounded and I will make sure that my mother, and other family members seek dental treatment elsewhere as well.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The only thing patient-centered at Park Dental is the billing. While every employee is polite, the service is terrible. I made an appointment and waited a half hour to be seen. Then I sat in the chair an additional 10 minutes waiting for the doctor because he had a few exams to do. My appointment would have been done in under 15 minutes and instead it took an hour. The office will stack patients in more than a dozen rooms and make you wait for one doctor to make the rounds. And when its all done, the only thing they want to talk about is not letting you out the door until theyve collected payments. No business should have to apologize that much. It means youre doing it wrong. Been going here for more than 10 years and the service has gone in the toilet. Very disappointed long time customer will be seeking a new dentist office.

The staff is VERY courteous (all of them, in my experience)- and they go out of their way to not only do the job at hand, but make sure you dont feel like just another patient. TOP marks, from what Ive seen.

I came here with toothache and they cancelled my appointment (that was scheduled one week ago), So how am I supposed to sleep this night?

My whole family goes here after a change in insurance. The hygentist was gentle and friendly. They have lots of staff so scheduling was pretty easy. They even had a reminder for my teen daughter when she was going too long without being seen.

My review is specifically for Kimberly. Im a chronic coffee drinker and had very coffee stained teeth. She spent the time to thoroughly clean my teeth and remove every bit of stain there was. I was so pleased that I have requested her specifically the next time for my cleaning.

I have seen Dr. Cepek a few times and I think she is fabulous. I dont love going to the dentist but she makes you feel very comfortable - has a great bedside manner and does an excellent job. I have had a crown and cavity filled by her and have experienced zero problems - the crown fit beautifully.

I had gone there yesterday for emergency repair of upper denture. Dr Hermanssen and he team was really prompt and helpful. Today when I went to pick up the repaired denture, the doctor and staff were courteous and helpful. When the time came to settle the bill I was told that my insurance would pay half and I would have to settle the bill right then and there. My responsibility was a small amount, $115.30. So, thats not the point. What if, if it was in thousands of dollars, the Scheduling Manager (Lisa?) said I couldnt leave without settling the bill. I pointed out to her that my wife had a full crown done in December, 2014 and that I am still paying it off. She said after she joined in April, 2015 they dont/wont mail any bills. All expenses must be settled then and there before you leave the clinic. So, I asked her, wouldnt you have let me know the estimate before a procedure (granted this was an emergency), she said OK.Should I continue to visit Park Dental Eden Prairie?

I called them 2 month in advance to set up my cleaning appointment for me and my daughter and asked them to get me a reminder, because I had no pen to write down the two appointment dates at the time and I was afraid to confuse them, the lady on the phone asked for my email and cell phone and told me that shell set up a reminder for both text and email. Well I just got a call that apparently I missed my appointment and the closest reschedule date for the time that works for me would be 4 months from now. I asked to set up the second yearly appointment right away as well, but of course they dont do it. Then whats the point of two free cleanings included in the dental insurance I have with them if i cant schedule them when I need it?? After calling two months in advance? What a disappointment. Never had a doctors office not calling to remind about upcoming appointments, especially when I specifically asked for it. First and last year with this company.

It was the worst experience in dental office I have ever had. The dentist and staffs were nice except my dental Hygienist. She was Indian I think I cant remember her name. She told multiple times that I had stains on my teeth . I had to repeat that I got it multiple times. A moment later, She stopped working on my mouth, then She took a mirror out and wanted me to hold it to see the stains on my teeth when my teeth were bleeding. OMG... She went on later and told me that I got water over my face and even hair because I had so much stain on my teeth. Unbelievable !! Seriously, It just happened yesterday, so I remember exactly everything.At that moment, I wanted to cry...I even thought of got up right away and confront her but I hold my feeling back. In addition, She didnt use the electric ultrasonic which other dental hygienists had used on me.I dont appreciate her attitude and work ethnic at all.Looking back, I should have said something to the staff before I left. . I even consider not to have my teeth cleaned anymore because of her. I would refer to private practice next time.

So far so good. Happy with hygiene appointment, customer service and especially happy with simple wisdom tooth extraction performed by Dr. Thai. It was fast and painless during and after procedure.

Park Dental Eden Prairie did very cheap quality and shoddy work on my dental implant. The permanent crown popped off within a couple of weeks. Their replacement/fix was done incorrectly and ended up putting me in a worse situation with ongoing issues (damage to other teeth). I unfortunately went there via a referral instead of going my normal route of reading online reviews to get an idea of other peoples experience.

Had a different dentist everytime I went in here, they messed up my first ever cavity had to go back and get it redone, then they charged me for a missed appt - I didnt get paid when they screwed up my cavity and had to come in extra, its a people factory dental office with no personal doctor/patient relationship, just look at the other reviews and dont just take my word for it, this is the only dental office in the area with less than 4 stars, I shouldve looked at that before going here. Hopefully this review will save people some trouble.

Really enjoyed my time there. Dr Lisa Cepek is an excellent dentist.

Everything was good except the actual treatment. Both me and my wife got the same issue (same dentist): after a simple filling (no root canals or something) and number of adjustments the tooth cracked which I treat as dentist’s mistake.By the time it was identified as an issue (4-5 adjustments were made over the course of several weeks), the entire annual dental budget got consumed and doctor’s suggestion was to go to orthodontist and then to put a crown on it which would cost $1500 out of pocket for something which was $200 initially and not done properly. The tooth aches still and I cannot chew on that side at all. Attempted to approach and resolve this multiple times via calls with no results. Disappointed, switching to another clinic.

Recently moved to the area and found this dental clinic after trying a few others. Hands down this was by far the best expierience: From first contact by front staff (which was very friendly and helpful), to the dental technician (gentle and thourough), to the dentist. All very good!

First visit with Dr. Cepek. She was great. Good chair side manner, she was very clear describing the issue and process to correct it. Ill definetly return.

Customer service is the worst around! My last three appointments were 15 to 30 minutes late. Front admin staff dont greet you when you check in. Ive never felt like such a number or a drop in the bucket like this place treats you. Now, their response will be the typical, please call the practice manager to discuss your complaint. I have already tried that twice. Dont bother with this practice as they treat their customers like cattle. Try a small practice that actually cares.

Son had $1300 worth of dental work 14 months ago. Last month the crown broke off and he needed to see a new dentist in San Diego where he is now living. Park dental will not cover any of it since they did not see why the tooth needed to be re-ground. Even with confirmation from his new dentist, they will not cover any of it.My family will be seeking a new dentist.
