I’ve been living here for about a year now and all I can say is that the apartments are really quiet. I never hear any of my neighbors or anything. I love the amenities especially the indoor pool and hot tub. I also really appreciate the fact that these apartments are like a five minute drive from the Eden prairie center mall and target. I really enjoy the walking trails in the morning. I would definitely recommend these apartments!
Just moved in. So far so good. Seems pretty quiet, good amenities. The leasing agents are nice. Will update after living here a while.
We have lived here for a year and we have enjoyed the quite community. There is many walking trails. They are close to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a quite and nice community.
We have been here for last 2.5 years in the community. It’s been good experience in staying and very less time we had to go with maintenance and all was fixed within quick time. It’s good community to stay.
Never dream to live in this place. This is the worst apartment community. Worst management. And worst possible maintenance who doesn’t know how to fix and don’t want to fix issue. They easily blame everything on you and charge fee to fix any problems that you have in your apartment. Moreover forget about the security deposit you pay at the time of application. They come up with their own stories and damage list to make money out of it. Packages are always gone missing. They don’t have security camera in any of the buildings so package delivered is always missing. A BIG NO TO THIS COMMUNITY.
The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with nice accommodations greater than a hotel room. The customer service is great and the process was quick and simple. They are very prompt with their residents and make sure your welcomed and token care of. They are very friendly and professional and make you feel comfortable. This is one of the nicest units I’ve ever lived in, I love it here and Caylee Jensen made the experience well worth it. 😊 The apartments are so nice and clean and newly updated, I would recommend anyone here. 🙂
Ive lived in 5 apartment complexes over the last 10 years and I have to say that ReNew is by FAR the worst place Ive ever lived. My fiance and I have only been here for two weeks and already know we will not be renewing our lease once it ends, which cant come soon enough. The spiders in our second bedroom are endless, the trash room on our floor smells exactly like feces, and the amount of noise you can hear from the apartment units around you is insanely obnoxious and will keep you awake all hours of the night, especially if youre on the first floor. It took contacting the regional property manager regarding a unit transfer for any action to be taken. All of this is quite unfortunate, as we had high hopes for this place at one point. Luckily we can leave in a year.
Good complex very friendly neighborhood.
Do NOT live here. Horrible management. Watch out for the maintenence workers that enter your apartment without notice and steal your belongings.
Really wonderful with very friendly staff
Working with Caylee is very pleasant. She is very knowledgeable and informative. The amenities are great. Excited to move in!
I spent some time recently researching apartments and properties in which to lease from recently and got so much great information and pleasant vibes from CayLee at your leasing office. She is such a sweetheart and is extremely knowledgable. Once my lease is up I will strongly be considering renting from your company solely due to your team and the values in which you stand.
I am staying in this apartment from past 3 years, previous management company was good but current management company is not taking care of it very well. elevator is not working properly in 13900 building from past 2 years but they are not fixing it . also last management assigned me 2 parking in 13900 building but one of the person who is working for current management that person is putting tow stickers on cars so he can use those parking for his personal use . and they are not cleaning the snow frequently as well, as i told previously it was good community but new management is not taking care of it well so no point to renew lease or refer to some one else . you will get much better options in same price.
Caylee Jensen is an amazing leasing consultant! She helped me and my roommate so much every step of the way!! If I could give her a million stars I would!
My fiancée and I have lived here for about 7 months now and we have had nothing but a great experience. Management is friendly and responsive, and maintenance is always on top of any work order I put through depending on the urgency of the request. Everyone weve talked to in our building are very friendly. Washers and dryers always work and they take credit cards which is way more convenient than running to the bank to grab quarters, plus the machines are run by an app that lets you know what machines are open and when theyre done.Common areas are always clean, the only time when theyre not is when other residents leave their garbage outside the garbage chutes (another awesome perk btw) for whatever reason. Sadly, maintenance has to take care of lazy residents sometimes.10/10 place to live
Ive lived here for a year and the experience has been great so far especially after the company change. I plan on living here for a while since Ive never been satisfied anywhere else Ive lived in the past. I really hope to see the end result of new projects that the company is currently working on and I wish them best of luck!
Caylee & Randy saved me today. My car battery would not work when I had to see my children after missing them for weeks. Within moments, Caylee & Randy reacted with all the tools I needed, including a car and recharging cable. Thank you!
I have lived here for about 4 months and I am soo pleased with everything. The management are super professional and if I had any problems they resolved them quickly. My apartment is beautiful and I love they they are pet-friendly! Honestly, I’m probably going to live here for at least a few years. 10/10 so far!
I wanted to write about how amazing it has been working with Nicole in the leasing office. She takes the time explain the little nuances of moving into a new apartment to me. She was also very helpful with an issue adding my wife onto my lease. I am very happy knowing that I haveNicole to goto and be there for my new living community.Overall the apartment complex is good. With looking at a multitude of places in the Area I chose ReNew because of the location and the grounds are well kept.
ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS: The hallways, garbage room, and elevators have roaches.PIG/BOAR ON SITE: They advertise a dog-free building but that is a complete lie. Building 13875 several dogs and a pig/boar.INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT: They will discount any of your issues or concerns. We reported safety and security issues and they dismissed them. Also, there have been several management changes. A couple of days after we signed our lease, apartments had new owners.POOR SECURITY: Main doors and garage doors are consistently broken. Thieves came through the garage and stole from us and other tenant. We received a call from EP Police to retrieve our properties. Management claimed they were unaware.Do not move here under any circumstance! These apartments are advertised as luxury apartments, but they are far from it! Dont be fooled by the renovated club room.Current tenants: Be sure to document all your communication with the office.
It’s located in a pretty nice area, I mean EP is nice overall. Getting a place here and moving in wasn’t a huge hassle like my other experiences. Staff is friendly and pretty chill, overall good experience.
I am really sad to give this place 1 star. Because this is the place that I am staying from past 3 years . Old management service was to good. and staff was nice too. But new management doesn’t care for residents and they don’t care even resident move to another place because of their bad services and i talked to the manager about it and he told me. Doesn’t matter you write a review or anything we dont care. The main basic facility issues I am seeing after new management are 1) elevator 2) laundry machines 3) garage parking.1) elevator is not working from past 18 months, every time they are telling us we are fixing it but till today no resolution for elevator . 13900 building people are getting really hard time to bring some large item upstairs from ground floor. Do the management really thinking that how 3rd floor person are bringing heavy item from ground floor. And do they really even care? Just think on that.2) out of 3 laundry machine only one machine is working all the time. How its going be sufficient for 3rd floor people . If any one wants proof I have all the pictures and you can come on 3rd floor And take a look on 13900 building.3) Garage parking- Previously I have assigned parking by old management . Now new manager is telling me we dont have proof and he took my parking back and he is giving those parking as second parking to his known once . I talked about it and he told me I dont care do whatever you want, any ways i just want to make aware everyone so you can select best apartment in eden prairie area. This apartment is expensive with no facilities, no central AC, not working elevator, not working laundry machines and many more . So now a days if I be honest this become my last option in Eden prairie area.On same time I want to request Owners too just don’t leave everything on management as a Owner come visit your property and make sure residents who are staying here, who helps you to earn income are happy to and they are getting basic services on the amount that they are paying. If any of the residents want more proof on this feel free to reach out to me.Thank you.
Lived here for about 2 months. Really enjoyed it so far. I have used some of the amenities (gym and pool). The amenities, the hallways in the apartment building, laundry room are keep clean. Family friendly place with many pets around.Would recommend living here. Currently planning to renew lease when time comes.
Apartment is a great size! I moved from out of state and the staff made it very easy and smooth transition! Location is amazing and super close to the mall and restaurants! The club house is beautiful and you have everything in your finger tips, pool, hot tub, basketball court, and fitness center! Staff is always there happy and willing to help with any questions or concerns! Hands down one of the best places I have lived at so far! Keep up the great work!
Have lived here for almost 2 years now and the new management is definitely not what it use to be. They dont really care about your concerns or questions. They just want you out of their hair so they can find more renters. Have had my childs bike stolen out of our underground garage parking spot- didnt come as a surprise or concern to them at all. (Also made a police report) The garage door stays open all night long unless you complain enough for them the close it on a regular basis. Pools are rarely maintained, along with the gyms. On the summer days where itll be the hottest, the outdoor pool is conveniently locked/closed. Also, dont forget to pay for a locker for your packages on top of pating rent and having a mail slot in your apartment building. Washer and dryers are never in proper working order. Usually about 1 washer and 2 dryers work per BUILDING. Put in a maintenance request? Nah, itll just stay broken. And heaven forbid you have even a PLANT on your balcony or deck, thats a fine almost half the price of your lease. I will say, they are pretty decently priced for apartments in Eden Prairie, but you can decide if its worth it or not.
Ive loved living at ReNew so far!! The facilities are nice, the residents are sweet and respectful and the staff is THE BEST. My experience signing up went smoothly and I havent had any issues since! Beautiful rooms, big bedrooms.
Randy is the new maintenance man here at Renew. He is exceptional and working hard to improve the maintenance and make sure people are satisfied with the work. Hes worked so hard to correct all the errors of the last maintenance crew. Hes going out of his way to make sure things get done within a good time period. Thanks for all you do Randy!!
Our apartment is nice and roomy. Everything seeems clean and taken care of for the most part. The office staff has been very nice and helpful. The amenities are top notch. There is a nice waking path nearby. All in all, weve had a positive experience!
Really impressed with the way the management maintains the community and its premises. There is answer for everything you need in a good community with affordable and reasonable price range. Maintenance staff are very prompt in removing the snow from the pathways and roads inside the community which is extremely helpful during the winter!!! Hats off to their commitment.
Very friendly staff. Nice amenities. From the gym to the pool to the sauna. For the price you get a very worthwhile living experience.
Community is good. Maintenance is good. But the management keeps on changing and the referral amounts are not tracked well. The landlord promised that the common area carpets would be replaced but I lived there for a year and it was not done. Got a bill after 4 months from the date I left the apartment. The apartment has lots of green space and good for walk and gathering.
These people care about their residents. They were quick to respond when we needed heat in our apartment unit at 8:30pm! Any previous reviews that are negative, have me surprised. Nothing but a great experience here! Cost efficient, safe environment, pet friendly, and amazing staff who care! Take your next step to commit to ReNew Eden Prairie Apartments!
Alejandra and all the girls there are the best! Love it over my previous apartments
When we moved in the place was so disappointing. Lots of scuffs on the walls. We had to clean our own carpets 3 times! When we went to the managment she was super nice, but was also confused why we had carpet in there....me too, as the model didnt. My biggest issue is that the floors are super squeaky, or the tenants above are loud, but every little movement they make upstairs you can hear. Wakes me up at night occasionally. The hallways are cleaned regularly which is nice. Sadly with COVID going on managment told everyone to get benefits from the government instead of talking to them about options for paying rent. Which is unfortunate considering most of the amenities that we are paying for were closed due to COVID. I would think a discount would balance it out some.
So far so good. Specially I like the staff (office and maintenance both). They are really very helpful in case of any issue. Liking the changes and parties.
I took the apartment this weekend and my experience was too good with Vincent (leasing agent). He showed and explained all the things very well.I would recommend for everyone.
They hold fun events every once in a while and the pool is really big
Good Place. The Gym and common facilities are good. The weekly cardio and fitness classes has been awesome and great.
Hi, We have stayed in Parkway apts for more then 4 years and over all my stay was good. Maintenance always comes on time and fix the issues with quality. Management were very helpful and Special thanks to Vincent and Alejandra:-).
Current resident of 2+ years. There are two major issues with this apartment complex. The first is that the apartments feature a single AC unit in the living room which is not capable of adequately cooling the other rooms in the summer. The second and much larger issue is the management team. They lack communication and project management skills and are an ever present nuisance to residents. I strongly recommended looking elsewhere for your housing needs.
Excellent amenities, friendly leasing staffs and nice apartments.
It is a bit expensive for what you get in the apartment. However, it is very hard to find nice apartments that will allow you to have a dog. I also wish that their was a washer and dryer in the apartment and a bigger dog park. However, maintenance is always quick to respond when there is an issue, it is typically fixed within the day of the maintenance order! Staff is pretty friendly too! I have found it to be pretty quiet and rarely hear my neighbors. The renovations that were done in the club house are very nice too. It is a very safe area to live in as well. Other than the cost of rent I am pretty satisfied with my decision to live at Parkway.
Better community and safe surroundings. Maintenance is good. But lately their response times are testing our patience.
Horrible maintenance, more likely to do damage than fix anything! Over six years and still unresolved issues despite repeated requests, common areas are disgusting, all projects are contracted out to the cheapest and most incompetent people they can find. Worst of all is the lip service paid by an office staff who obviously couldnt care less and are more concerned with making things pretty to lure in new suckers
Absolute failure to maintain apartment buildings. Also has a tendency to hire non-certified repair mechanics. If you have a maintenance issue expect they will finally respond in about six months. And then you have to call again because they did it wrong. The only plus is they do have a indoor pool. Unfortunately the chlorine level is too high. This is actually medically on acceptable. Additionally the temperature is not maintained any proper level. Never mind the washers and dryers and their issues
All bad reviews are true, laundry room its a nightmare, some friends and neighbors runs out of here. They love towing cars without reason. This girl at the office really rude and arrogant we dont like problems at all thats why we just try to get out of there and today is my last day here thanks to good! and probably this Miss will take it personal that always she does but if I can save someone to live in this horrible place worth it. They will change for everything but they never do things right or good response and you dont have option. Good bless you guys anyway!
POOR SECURITY: Bikes were stolen from our underground parking spot. No security cameras in the buildings and doors dont shut/ lock correctly so if you want to feel secure and safe, live somewhere else. Also, Ive seen office management allow anyone who walks in to search through packages and take them without even verifying the person is a resident. (Have youre packages shipped to your place of work instead.)SMOKING: We just learned that you can smoke in the building and in the garage so if you want a healthy life and not have to smell others smoke, live somewhere else.AMENITIES: Fence on dog park has been broken at least 6 months, hot tub doesnt have bubbles (hot bath?), no soap in clubhouse bathrooms, broken equipment in workout room....so if you want working amenities, live somewhere else.POOR MANAGEMENT: Since the change in ownership, communication to residence is very vague and late. For example, we had to remove everything off the patio before all were to be painted, but then they decided not to paint them? Now we JUST receive notice before a holiday weekend to clear off the patios AGAIN or we will be FINED. Also, besides one or two knowledgeable people in the office, the rest seem not know what is going on or how to answer seemingly simple questions, or really even care.1 star given because maintenance has fixed things in our apartment in a timely manner and we did have a good initial start here before the change of ownership.
All the negative reviews are true. Avoid this place like the plague.Lived there for about 8 months. Was promised renovations and upgrades to facilities. The workout room was full of broken equipment the entire time I was there. Nothing was ever fixed. The staff was horrible and rude. Was promised one thing by one person and went back to follow up on the promise and was told that it was never promised. They charge whatever the hell they want for garbage. Threatened to sue due to overcharging and ultimately broke my lease with them. Moved out and got changed for everything on the move out checklist even though the apartment was cleaner than when I moved in.This place was hell never go here for any reason. Living in a box is better.
Management withheld a portion of my deposit after I moved out. I called several times, emailed and even paid them a visit. They said they would mail me my refund and never did. On top of it all, the building has several issues. I would definitely recommend stirring clear of this fraudulent establishment.
No hot water half of the week, and incredibly noisy neighbors (had neighbors with kids upstairs, and had to wear earplugs to sleep the whole time). Washers, and dryers dont work half the time, and when they do they do a horrible job of cleaning your clothes. Expect them to raise your rent by 10% after the first year (mine was $1150 not including utilities when I moved in, and was set to raise to $1285). Pool will be closed often, and expect other broken amenities. Fire alarm has also gone off 5 times in the year I have been here, causing the whole building to be evacuated. They pay for good reviews so you can just ignore all of the 5 star reviews here. This is pretty common for this, and any other location owned by Trinity Leasing in the area (Watertower, Arrive, Atwood), so I would try to avoid all of them. Leaving at the end of the month, glad to see this place go.
This new management is just as bad as the restI went a whole month without a shower. They will have to acknowledge my claim one way or another.Do not rent here, trust the multiple horrible reviews.
Current resident- moved in May 2017. Its as good as apartments get. With a lot of nice amenities. Its on the more expensive side because of pets being allowed. Overall we have been very happy here.Update: many concerns have been brought up and not addressed. Im getting less and less satisfied everyday. Lost packages, laundry rooms filled with broken machines, bankers hours at the office so they are hard to get a hold of, the locks are broken, other things as well.Overall its what I expect when renting. I cannot wait to but my own home.
EXTREMELY SQUEAKY FLOORS - Current Resident. The floors are extremely squeaky. BePrepared for the irritating squeaky noise eveytime the person living above you even gets up from the bed. Maintenance says they cant do anything about it! Its bearable during the day - but during night - its pathetic. You hear continuous squeaking if people above you are having a good time. Every little move they make in bed or whenever they getup from the bed - extremely squeaky noise makes night horrible! I am writing this frustrated review in the middle of the night - woken up due to the squeaky floors. :(
I have to give zero rating for this. I had vacated and moved to Ohio in 2014 and settled an amount of 278$ through cheque in 2015. I really dont understand why they send my name to Collection agency in 2017, and made a big mark in Credit score. This is too bad. So, far i never missed any payments. This has become a big mark in my credit report. This apartments are called Dark Apartments
Management team is incompetent and unwilling to help resolve issues that residents may have (was recently hung up on by a leasing specialist). New policies seem to be made up by the day. Zero security in the buildings and underground garages. Exterior doors do not close and lock properly. The new renovations include.... freshly painted hallways and common areas (that’s it). Can’t wait to move out.
This place is the boom and it makes you feel. Like you are in haven. I used to live here myself and I never wanted to leave be my mom made me. I wish I could go back and visit it. I specially Love it when it is summer. At first the managers are nice to you but when you are moving their so mean they wont even help you. The only thing this place needs is a good people, good managers you know and good workers who actually work hard to earn the money not just does it quick and leave the place dirty and gets his money thats not like working so this place is the bomb only needs people who will take care of. Take care of my beautiful place for me people.By Alawiya
I’ve only been living here for a month. So far my experience has been going well. The 2 bd/2ba unit is spaceish, updated, and affordable. Amenities are great, very convenient . I really like how the location is around a lot of stores, you really don’t have to leave the area to find a store you need. And it’s not too far from the city. Management responds back to you in a timely manner.
The apartments are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. They are going through a management transition so they are spending thousands to repaint and update unnecessary things. Meanwhile, our entire floor has had a broken washer and dryer for two months now... With nothing done about it. Do not spend your money here. #currentresident
0 STARS - Moveout charges are pathetic. Cleaning charges / odour charges. All the security deposit is totally eaten up. on top of that they want additional money. Worst place. Never go to PARKWAY EDEN PRAIRIE. I am giving 1 STAR as it wont accept my POST.. Else in reality it is ZERO
Great place to live! They have been making lots of great improvements to the entire property!
Good to be here at ReNew. Enjoying all the days where we can spend good time
Dont expect them to return calls, emails, etc. after you move out! Still waiting on our deposit check way past when they said they would send it and of course every time we contact them, we are ignored. We just want to at least get our calls or emails returned but theres no response.
New management has taken proactive steps to resolve issues in a timely manner. Theres new paint in the hallways, security added and office staff is friendly.
I got fooled by the amenities, the apt is far from luxury and they charge money from wherever they can. I cant wait to leave this place. I dont have peace here
I have been living here for almost 6 months now, pathetic maintenance service, hardly any of my maintaiance request are properly resolved. Poor maintenance service, another thing their office has no direct number, when you call the number mentioned in their website, it goes to some call Centre and they say they will ask the renew apartment office staff to call back, that NEVER happens, so to communicate with them, you need to walk down in the office, that’s the only way. Regret my decesion of staying here. Good luck if you’re choosing this place to stay.
Fine to live. A lot of changes are happening. Hope it is for the best.
It’s a good apartment and we are loving new ideas what is being implemented to make this place more friendly and playful.
I didnt face any issues during my stay here. When i moved out they gave back all my security deposit which was really nice.
Great place to stay 😊👍👍
Dont move here unless every other apartment complex in the whole upper Midwest summarily imploded and this was all thats left. Even then pitching a tent on the side of a lake would be better...
ReNew is a great place to live in Eden Prairie. It has a convenient location, club house, and amazing staff.
The staff are so nice and welcoming and the clubhouse is luxurious and fun for family day and friends
We have been living here on in an apartment since May and really really disappointed with it. Facilities such as the pool have been closed for months on end (despite us not being informed that would happen when we moved in), the interior renovation is shabby and poorly done, the noise from both upstairs and downstairs neighbours is incredible. The celling loudly creaks when someone walks in the apartment above and you can hear everything through the walls. We had a lot of issues with things like water coming back up in the dishwasher and gaps between the air conditioning units and the walls. Very few English speaking people in our building, which while not negative in itself, makes it very unsociable. Neighbours also leave furniture, garbage and trash in the common areas which rarely gets cleared. We tried to negotiate a reasonably priced month to month or short term lease until renovations were finished and we could see what we were signing up for, for another 12 months and they refused. I am not sure who the target market is that are willing to lease at that price (seemingly families that may struggle to get credit to rent at other locations and want to fit a lot of people into one apartment?), but other than the pool (which is closed), and the landscaping in that area there are no plus points to living here. I personally have found the staff to be nice and helpful when you are looking round, but then when you rent from them they dont care anymore and are only interested in getting money from you.I am wondering if the other reviews on here are posted by the staff given the experiences we have had are so different.
Alex,Xavier and Katie are awesome group of people☺️- p.s Alex was awesome when I moved in.
Like the new changes coming along making it better and lively...
Great place to live the staff are very polite and maintenance is usually quick
I wouldnt even give this place one star. Overpriced for what you receive. After two years I couldnt wait to get out. Consistently for those two years we dealt with mold, windows that completely froze over, horribly kept buildings, broken doors, elevators that wouldnt work or would stop working with occupants in them, break-ins (which will happen if your entry doors are always broken), dog feces in the building and right outside, bugs in the drains, sewer smells from drains, and poor office help. The way to clean the drains was pour gallons of bleach down them. Healthy, we kept the windows open for days. Complained of smoky hallways, response you need to find what apartment its coming from. Package delivered to the office but couldnt locate for two weeks until I talked to someone who wasnt too lazy to look for it (took 2 minutes to find it but I was in ever other day and no one else has any idea where it could be). Never received a listing of charges for move out or a statement showing what was charged against my deposit. Response on that was its not our fault and you have seven days to dispute. I never got any paperwork I was supposed to for move out from two months before to a month after so I highly doubt they mailed it as well. Saying youve made management changes doesnt help when the current people in place havent changed a single thing. I suggest not ever renting here. Itll be a headache avoided and you wont have to listen to a bunch of excuses.
Stayed here for 8 months, and loved it. My unit was a renovated/new one on the 3rd floor (pet friendly unit) and I had no problems during my stay. I read many complaints and I guess mostly are in the old units. The apartment is very spacious both inside and outside and a great place for dogs(dog park available). The fitness centre is very small but a decent one. They also have indoor half basket ball court and a racquet ball court, which is rare in many apts. they have a pool table in the Rec centre and a party hall. The indoor swimming pool is huge but only upto 6 ft. Outdoor pool is closed most of the time. Good underground parking and the outside parking usually have many available spots. The apartment common floors are cleaned every Saturday and maintained properly. The leasing office staff is not very friendly but they keep changing them. They clean the parking lots regularly during winter.
I am exicted to movein next month and i am not happy with the way the units put it to market. There is no transparency in this.
Lived here from Mar 2017 and will be out Mar 2018 (as I now own property).Since I lived here, it went through three different consulting management firms. The first management firm I cant say much as they were only around for the first month I lived here. The second firm I appreciated the communication via e-mails about the property; however, there was lack of follow up. Example) per lease agreement, no storage shall be placed in garage parking lots. All items will be tossed per lease if they are not moved by specified day. Thus, I moved my stuff. By the due date, people still had their stuff in their garage lots and no corrective action was taken place by the management. Secondly, some peoples patios are an eyesore to look at and I knew some were fire hazards. Management said they will do a patio audit per lease agreement. Now I work in the evening and not once have I seen or hear a personnel going around outside assessing the patios. I cant say much about the third management firm as they started Feb 20, 2018.I lived in building #2 (13775). I had mice coming into my unit. I knew of this because my cat keeps leaving them in special places. There was even mice poop in my kitchen drawers and the bottom compartment of the oven. Building #2 flooded in the main entry way every time it rained. It would reek for days while it is drying because Im sure there was water mold growing on the floorboard the rain soaked through to.The maintenance staff however is great unless you get this large awkward guy with glasses. He is so negative and has horrible customer service and maintenance skills. I had him fix the water line in my shower. He was so huffy and puffy and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to turn off the water to fix it by flushing the toilet and trying to get to the shower to do work before the toilet finishes. By then, it took him to realize that he has to shut the water in the garage.Potential dangerous dogs. I lived in a dog friendly building in a dog friendly neighborhood. Thus, that is why I picked this place because it is so hard to find apartments that accepts dogs. My complaint is I lived across from a unit who has a German shepard. A warning sign that read, Beware of Dog, and an unwelcoming door mat that read, Visitors must be accepted by German shepard. The dog barked constantly - I know this is something dogs just do, but even when the owner is home she lets her dog bark bark bark. As well, I felt endangered for myself and my dog if the neighbor has the need to put signage like that outside her unit. I let management know but they didnt do anything. I have seen the owner with her dog outside and I do appreciate she stays away from everyone else for safety.Neighbors I can give or take. Kids running in the hallway, upstairs neighbor vacuuming at 9pm, people yelling at each other next door...Overall, my decision to give this place 3 stars is because of the pool, gym, dog-friendly, close to everything, and the fact there is an amazing trail around the lake nearby to walk, and it is a quiet neighborhood despite dog barkings.FYI: This place is being re-branded as ReNew at Eden Prairie by this third management, Trinity.
This is a great place with great amenities.
Clean and well maintained apartments.
These apartments were very old and terrible but they charge high rent. Even if you walk in this apartments you will hear Terrible noises and management never care of fixing. Living in apartments Is not at all preferred option especially if you have Kids. I strongly will not recommend these apartmentssss.....
Residents are awesome, love to see you guys today!!!
Wish i never chose to live in this dump. nothing works properly in the weight room. the lockers in the lockeroom malfunction 9/10 times and have to call maintenance amd wait on them for an hour to retrieve my items. the hot tub is just that. a hot.. tub.. no bubbles or jets. no fun. the pool and lounge chairs are filthy. the apartment and apartment building itself smells like garbage. people rarely clean up after their animals so all winter there is nasty yellow piss amd dog feces EVERYWHERE. almost everythimg in the apartment malfuntioned or was broken.. water leaking in the fridge, every window blinds there was something wrong. the windows themselves are messed up amd water leaks onto the wall in the apartment making yhe paint and wall itself crack. the electrical outlets in the bathrooms were broken and making random loud noises all the time. All these problems have been reported and maintance has yet to actually do something about fixing the issues. There is literally nothing good to say about this place amd cant wait til my lease is up to move the f out
Awesome Management, Awesome location with plenty of friendly neighbors..
Terrible old apartments, with high monthly rate, Support staff is terrible and Lazy, bunch of **sh*** working together. Apartment are smelly, they make you pay for any renovation after move out. Stay way, many better locality to live in eden prairie. Horrible experience!!!
I have lived in parkway since last august and i would never reccommened anyone to ever live here. The management is horrible in the time we have lived here the do not care about you at all. When we moved in almost 15 months ago they showed pictures of renovated amenities and that was not the case we have had them for only 4 months it was closed down the rest of our stay even though that was not was told in move in. I can hear the neighbors upatairs all day and night long along with my neighbors next to me. The renovations were done poorly the fridge handles have fallen off the trim on counters is peeling off... doors have come off hindges along with closets never staying on track. The management is poor to care about concern just wants ur money which is not worth it at all for what we pay .... our car got hit they did not care along with someone in our buliding stole our cr card when it fell out next to my car and used it. It is somewhere i wold say stay away.
My sister lives there in a bug infested nighmare of an apartment. The high rent and joke of a title of luxury apartments would make you think you could use the amenities, but no. But with poor management and the inability to put anything in your cupboards for fear of the bugs crawling on and in all of your food and eating utensils makes for a terrible living enviornment. The chemicals they have been spraying in her apartment for 8 months are toxic and they told her to put her things in her cupboards after 24 hours. We looked up the chemical and spoke with professionals and the chemicals are indeed toxic and you only would place your things after all of the treatments are completed and the bugs have been completely exterminated. We still see bugs. No compensation for living out of plastic bins and containers for over 8 months. Sad sad sittuation. Would never recommend this place!
Management is horrible, they do not care one bit about their residents. Have had problems since the first day living here. Car was vandalized and when i told jordan he could care less. Never move here they will steal your money and treat you horrible.
Good place to call home 😎😎😎😎
If I were forced to either renew my lease or contract the bubonic plague, Id seriously consider the plague.
Horrible, they never answer their phones even when they are not busy. Really bad communication in general.
New Management doesnt care people staying in parkway .... even we stay for 2 year .... they have increase cost like anything ..... I will not command anyone to stay in parkway ..
Nice place to stay with family but costly
