The apartment is well maintained but requires improvement in some aspects. The smoking policy is not followed extensively for certain residents which should be periodically checked by Management and strict fines should be imposed. I am still living with my family(including a one year old) in this passive smoke clout

Arrive Watertower is a beautiful location with great amenities! The leasing office staff are helpful and very professional! Additionally, the maintenance staff are very responsive and the maintenance request process is simple and streamlined. The gyms (Yes, plural), resident office spaces, and clubroom are MUCH nicer than you will find at other apartment complexes with comparable prices.I would highly recommend Arrive to anyone desiring a well designed, luxury apartment in the Eden Prairie area!!

Moved here with my friend, and since we are both females we were looking for a safe location to live, and this was perfect. It’s extremely nice and comfy here, the location is great as well since it is so close to many stores. I am a gal that doesn’t like to drive way out of my way to get my basic necessities for my apartment, so being so close to a shopping district is definitely a plus for this location! The move in was a big relief too!

This apartment complex is amazing! Not only are the staff very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, the location is fantastic and it feels very safe and comfortable. It’s conveniently located near local grocery stores and places to eat, so I never have to drive far to get anywhere. I’ve recommended this place to plenty of my friends and I can’t put into words how grateful I am to have found a such a nice place for a reasonable price!

My nightmare experience with this apartment. I returned to a 90 degree home last night after being out of town. I went to call maintenance no answer at 4 different numbers for 30 mins. I was then able to get ahold of someone at the outside call center. I reported the issue and they said someone may be able to come out to help you tonight but we won’t make any promises. I called back an hour later and they stated that they have someone on site who should be up shortly; 1 hour later a outside independent contractor comes in. After a hour he says I don’t think that this is easy fix I am going to have to come back tomorrow. I asked what the plan was for tonight because we can barely breath in our apartment. He said that he can’t help me. I called the on call call center again and she says that maintenance is unable to help you again tonight. I asked what the plan as it’s 90 degrees and we can barely breath in our home. She says she can’t help me and no one can come out. So 5AM hits the fire alarm goes off in the building everyone evacuated the building now we have been sitting outside for 3 hours with the fire alarm going off. Maintenance is not answering; there is no on call office staff. I really dislike this place right now! Can I get a two thumbs down for bad customer service.

Moved in about 3 weeks ago. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. A lot of stores around the area which is super convenient. So far so good!

We lived here for a long time. More out of convenience because we had a very low rent price compared to everyone else. But we would not recommend it to other people.

Expensive rent and garbage is not taken care of . Dumpsters full of garbage sit outside. We have a beautiful apartment with a great view, but many down sides, since a different management took over.

In the process moving out and and we have had a poor experience living here.I do want to say there are some positives to this apartment. First, Abbie and Colon are good people to work with in the office. Also, the location is great.Now to the negatives. When Trinity took over they completed a remodel of the property. Part of the remodel consisted of painting the cabinets. They did a terrible job painting them and the paint chips off like crazy! We have had them touched up numerous times only to have it keep chipping off. They replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring that is supposed to look like wood. This has caused us to be able to hear our neighbors next to us and below us. Removing the carpet removed any sort of sound proofing this place had. Trust me when I tell you that you hear EVERYTHING. In addition to this we have very inconsiderate neighbors who slam doors and bang into walls. Even when this was brought up to the management, it continues. You also will get to deal with very inefficient heating/cooling. The units are very loud when they run and cause massive power bills. Be prepared to pay $125 per month on average for electricity. They also have no duct work, so different temperatures occur in different rooms. The parking garage has not been power washed in 2 years. It is dirty and you can barely see the numbers painted on the concrete. Residents leave trash sitting by the trash chute, as they are too lazy to walk it down where it belongs. The common area garbage is routinely overflowing. The pet owners dont clean up after their pets and its so bad that people hand write notes and tape them to the doors asking them to clean up their sh1t. The smokers also leave butts all over the ground right at the entrance. Ill leave a picture of what you will see every weekend near the trash chute.A few things to keep in mind. Every side of this building either has light rail construction or parking lots for Old Chicago/Bowlero. Essentially there are no quiet sides to live on. They are also offering residents $500 checks for referring people to live here. It seems that the residents who cause a lot of the issues are the ones referring people to live here as the overall environment has gone way down hill.

I think so far Arrive Watertower apartments has been a good fit for me and I like how secure it is. I always feel safe and the people here are very nice.

VEHICLE BREAK INS. I lived here for a little over 2 years now. Since Trinity took over the property, things have been slowly going down hill. My vehicle was broken into in the underground garage, which was supposed to be covered by cameras. However the cameras werent working and Trinity wouldnt compensate the repair costs for my vehicle.They also change leasing consultants often, which leads to miscommunication of tasks being done correctly.Recently there has been garbage and abounded furniture laying around the side of the building and this is EMBARRASSING.

Great place to live, the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They will do anything to accommodate your needs as best as they can. The amenities are the best part of this place. underground parking is really convenient especially in the MN weather.

Terrible Property. Be aware of these Scamsters. If I could rate this place at a 0 I would. This property is a total disaster. Not only they charge you exorbitant rents which are totally not worth for these apartments and the amenities they have on the property but also they will jack up your rents crazily like 15-20% without any standards. when you go talk to the Management all they say is we are charging rents as per market rates which is a total lie. The leasing Manager Megan is the worst person to deal with. No matter how many issues or complaints you bring to her notice she wouldnt give a Damn about it. Every other day the garbage chute gets clogged and they dont bother to clear the chute and the residents just leave the garbage near the door which makes matters worse(See attached pictures). If you talk to management regarding this issue they never bother to fix it and on top of that they try to persuade you saying all 4 floors uses the same chute and thats the reason its getting clogged(which to me is non-sense). The utility bills are insane each month especially the electricity Bills not sure if Xcel Energy is scamming the residents or the property is colluding with them in ripping the customers off with their outdated HVAC units. My Average Electric bill is around $150 - $160 even though i barely use the A/C. upon speaking with other tenants i came to know that their Average Electric bill is around $220 - $250 on moderate usage. When you to Management regarding this all they say is the city is expensive and its normal which to me is plain lie. (My brother doesnt even get that much bill for a 4Bed/Bath 4200 SQFT home In Eden Prairie) just imagine how much they are scamming us on the electric bill. Also there is no proper insulation for the windows because of which your apartment will be cold no matter how much keep the heat onThe Elevators break down every other week. my mom has a knee problem and its like a nightmare for her to climb the stairs each time this happens. The fitness center is a joke because there is no proper equipment plus everything is in dire need of repairs. See the attached pictures which i have taken recently and you will get an idea how bad the situation is here.Also another big issue is I am living on the second floor, below an incredibly loud and obnoxious resident. Not only is the resident above me loud and completely unaware of those that lived around him, it also didnt help that these apartments are cheaply constructed - especially for what you pay in rent. I complained three times (maybe more) to the front desk staff and all they did to manage the situation was send him emails and maybe had a phone conversation with him once. Nothing was ever solved, Maintenance staff is good, however the price you pay to live here is so not worth it, especially if you wind up having someone completely obnoxious and loud living above, below, or next to you.DEFINITELYL NOT RECOMMENDED. GO DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND FIND A NEW AND CLEAN PROPERTY LIKE MARTIN BLU WHERE YOU WOULDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BAD ELEVATORS/TRASH OVERFLOW PROBLEMS/ EXORBITANT ELECTRIC BILLS. MOREOVER YOU WILL HAVE A PEACE OF MIND THAT YOURE LIVING IN A NEW, CLEAN AND NEAT PROPERTY FREE FROM PET POOPS AND BAD ODOUR.Hope this review and pictures will help others in deciding their new home and they dont suffer like us.

We have lived here for almost 6 years and love it here. They keep the place very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have met people who have lived here more than 10 years. To have people stay for that long says a lot to how great living here really is. Great location; its an awesome area for biking, walking, hanging out outside. Great property if you are moving to this area!

Ive been here almost 14 years, and my experiences has been like non other apartment community here in Minnesota. The locations is so convenient to everything I need. The facility is always kept up, and the residents are always kept abreast of any concerning issues. I love our recreational facilities. They are the best; I use them practically everyday. The staff has always responded to any need Ive had, and theyre all very professional and pleasant to work with. There are quite a bit of apartments complexes here in the Eden Prairie area, and Ive visited some, but I find that hands down Arrive Watertower is the very best!

My son and I have lived here for 3 years +, and for the most part, its been great! Recent updating has brightened up the interior, and the amenities are extensive. We are often in the basketball court, workout room, and party room for billiards and shuffle board. The best part about this place is the friendly staff. I have lived at these apartments on two different occasions. I love the layout of the units, the amenities, the staff and the fact that its so central. The hallways are well lit, the units are quiet and the 2nd building has two central community patios. Id move back there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

Its truly one of the best places you can live. The community is well managed, peaceful, quiet and clean.I made a good decision to move to this community, the neighborhood is a good location for all my daily activities. Only (1) star because zero is not an option. I just left Watertower and am so glad to be out of there. I have just read all of the reviews, very suspicious is you look at the positive, this is a great property reviews as they are all posted on the same days. Scroll through them and you will see, four are all from 3 days ago, another group from 6 weeks ago. The place is awful, the management is awful. They spend a lot of money making the main office/reception area look great, but spend nothing elsewhere. Make sure you request to see the other building, check out the hallway walls, the elevators (broken and out of service weekly), the trash chutes, the missing door knobs, the trash in the stairwells. Terrible property, deceptive property managers (I use the term manager very loosely).Electric bills? I had left the apartment for six weeks to work out of state, turned off everything, unplugged every plug in the apartment from the wall and the electric bill for that specific time period, within $2 of my previous bills. You are not paying for actual usage, you are paying for the entire properties accumulated usage.Run, do not walk, run from this place, Arrive Watertower is AWFUL.

It was nice to finally move into an apartment complex that has resident functions/events. These events really make me feel like there is a sense of community and that is hard to find in this day and age. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Arrive Watertower literally throws the best parties! Jennifer and Colin are always so into it and they are the best hosts. The theme of the parties they throw are always up to par! Especially the food. Jennifer and Colin work so hard to match the food and drinks to the theme! Like last night, it was an Italian themed dinner, so fun! There was even cannolis for dessert, yum! Can’t wait for the party 😊

Wow! Lots of positive reviews in the past month! Im not saying they are all fake news, but it certainly is suspicious.Too many other locations in the Minneapolis area to select these apartments unless you like high prices combined with low customer service. I dont want to forget mentioning all of the amenities that were broken half the time.And the monthly fire alarms where you had to evacuate the building at night were amazing. They became so frequent that I would wait 15+ minutes before leaving hoping they would shut off.This place also passes every possible fee onto the residents. Trying to use a debit card for rent? That will be an extra fee. The trash is always backed up and smells like crap. Then once the trash chutes were backed up people just started putting their trash in the hallway outside the trash chute.Giving it 1 start is generous, but I guess the location does warrant that.

Arrive Watertower is an amazing place to live whether your a family or single. Super quiet and clean on the daily. They have great amenities such as a full gym and workout room as well as a basketball court(which was why my husband wanted to move here lol) but overall the building and the staff are amazing always willing to help you with whatever it is you need right away. One of the other reason why moved here it’s that it’s close to everything the Mall the grocery stores as well as the Gym.(but there’s a better gym inside)

I’m going to move in this apartment but I`m concern about Power Line near it. Did somebody measure EMF or often feel badly here? I need to hear real review about it.

We have a great experience till date with all the staff and apartment Facilities.Megan, Kaylee and New Addition to team Jennifer are friendly and get every request completed with high client satisfaction. I have a 9 year daughter and we are looking forward to Christmas party. The service staff Dillon and Frank are also fairly quick in responding to service requests.We love living here at Arrive Watertower . Watertower has been my apartment of choice and my home for over two years. I left for one year and instantly chose to return to watertower for my renting needs. The office staff and maintenance team is INCREDIBLE and their response times are amazingly fast. The apartment homes and layout choices are able to fulfill a variety of different needs. They consistently make building and apartment updates and the spaces and amenities are wonderful!

I have been here for last 6 months and I feel it’s like a home. Staff is so friendly and responsive. I like gym and sports offering by them.

I had the pleasure of living at the Water Tower Apartments from February 2011 through September 2011. The staff was always very pleasant and the building was always spotless. The biggest selling point, looking back, was the underground, heated parking. What a tremendous luxury in the bitter MN winter. Plus, they even had an indoor free car washing stall, complete with hot water.Living at Water Tower was like living in the middle of a mini city with so many things so close by including: 1)An on-site Old Chicago bar, 2)A nature area within a short walk--beautiful year-round, 3)A major shopping mall, 4)SEVERAL fine restaurants, and 5)Every other retail establishment you could ever want.This is a multi-story building, with elevators, and no balconies--but the windows do open and the area is quiet and very convenient. I rented online, without visiting, and thought I hit it out of the park. My relocation did not work out, so I have since returned to sunny south FL, but I only have positive memories of my time at Water Tower.I would highly-recommend this property.

Its been only couple of months since i moved to Arrive WaterTower. The experience so far has been really awesome. The apartments are well maintained. The location is perfect with Walmart just across the road and the Eden Prairie Center Mall just down the road. The staff members are really helpful and approachable. Meghan and her team are doing a wonderful job. I would recommend this place to everyone who are looking for a place to call their home.

Ok apartments but the building is not well maintained. It feels like the corporate office nickles and dimes everything. Elevator has been broken for at least 6 weeks and there doesnt seem to be a rush to fix it. Multiple times in the last year the fire alarm has gone off in the middle of the night because of issues with the building.

Terrible property...awful condition and upkeep!!! . I am attaching some pictures as a proof to show how bad the situation is currently. Glad someone already mentioned all the disadvantages of living here. Anyways below are the cons of living here1. insanely high electric bills(definitely something is wrong with the bills here)2. Garbage chute overflows atleast twice a week. (See attached picture)3. Elevators break down frequently4. Rents are too high and when you renew your lease then be ready for the exorbitant increase in rent which isnt worth for this property.Pros1. The only good thing is youre very close to Mall, walmart etc. Besides that there is no other good thing about this place.This place is a disaster and the property owners REALLY need to re-evaluate the management company. I cannot wait to move out!!!
