Was a recent recipient of an AOG order for an item not normally stocked at Shadin Avionics. Sales staff coordinated with Production Staff to came in on their scheduled day off to produce the item we needed AOG. item was delivered the next business day, minimizing the aircraft downtime. Fantastic organization staffed by obviously-caring individuals wanting to ensure their clients successes! My hats off to you all!
