I’ve had so many issues to deal with from rotator cuff surgery recovery to back and hip pain and balance and energy issues and got better than expected results in all areas from this wonderful company.Aaron is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in regards to lifting weights properly, wide array of corrective exercises and nutritional adviceHe explains the exercises and demonstrates all in a easy to follow way.He is very encouraging and his advice works.Wish I had someone to explain balanced workouts and the importance of stretching all parts of the body to maintain flexibility and functionality 40 years agoI sure messed myself up but with Aaron’s help I’m doing better than I have in years.

I first met Aaron at a business networking event, and learned quickly he was genuinely dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals based on his own experience. I met Aaron at the Fitness Expo in Eau Claire and won free seasons as a part of his drawing. Walking in I didnt really know what to expect but it was a pretty cool experience. I was injured when I was a child and had postural issues and he helped me with stretches and exercises each week and had me perform the exercise and took pictures and had me explain it in my own words so I could understand it better when I did it at home. Hes very friendly and welcoming to make you feel comfortable and was very flexible with appointments if something came up. Hes very good at what he does and shows a great deal of passion and makes sure you get everything you need to reach your goals!

I have had poor posture for many years and I reached out to Aaron at Functional Aesthetics to help me build strength and correct my posture. Aaron created a specific plan for me and worked with me to learn the exercises.During our sessions we discovered that I have weakness in one of my glutes and it was causing foot problems for me. Aaron is very good at explaining how everything is connected and one weakness will effect other areas.After 3 months of working with him, I have better posture and am stronger. I will continue to use Aarons expertise to increase my overall health.

Very knowledgeable about bodybuilding and mobility training. Great job explaining what muscle we stretch before a specific exercise and how to execute the exercises correctly. Liked how he explained what issues can limit your workout growth by imbalance. Can’t wait for the next class, I’ll be back!
