Great service, did phone review of generator error messages. Brought in next day and on the road in less than 3 hours.

I tried everything I could do myself to get my Cummings 4000 RV generator to run smoothly. I replaced the fuel, spark plug, plug wire, coil, carburetor and even the computer board. Yet it would not run properly. Finally, I brought it to Cummins in Eau Claire and they got it running perfectly again. The people here are great to deal with and appreciate their customers.

Great experience!!! Service and parts were extremely helpful. I already pulled my own codes and new around about what was wrong. They werent able to get me into service till the next morning and I didnt have time so I bought the part from them and replaced it myself. Cleared the codes and it has stayed off thanks for the help.

Horrible Service..... Not a shop I would recommended bringing in your truck for service work...

Pulled in with check engine light. By the time they where through with vehicle I had red stop engine light, no gauges, no speedometer, no rpm, no oil pressure, etc. They had no clue how to repair! Took vehicle to another location for repairs of everything they screwed up.
