They were everything I want in a mechanic. Double checked prices before doing certain things, explained in detail what was going on. And very reasonably priced. I didnt feel like they were trying to upsell me in anyway (which was a first for going to the mechanic!), And they were super polite. Thank you so much 💕

Worst experience I had ever had.1. Communication with customers was absolutely zero. My husband and I both tried to call them to figure out was is going on but they never pick up and never call back.2. Painted parts are very different from the body - I also posted a photo of the car to show. They tried to pursue me it is impossible to match the color but I know it is. At least not such a difference.3. It took a week less than 3 months from the day I provided down payment to day when I got my car back.One good thing - they cleaned the cat perfectly and even put antifreeze that was extremely low.

TWO bad experiences with this establishment - the first time my boyfriend had taken his car there to get new tires put on as well as some parts replaced, one specifically being a belt, on the way home from repairing and replacing the belt, the entire belt fell off the car in the middle of us driving. After giving them a second chance this go around (stupid on my part) for a simple inspection and oil change, i was informed that there were other things needed to be fixed in my car, I okd the fixes and cost and then received another call the next day telling me that they had DAMAGED ANOTHER AREA OF MY CAR WHILE TRYING TO FIX IT. Never will I be taking my business to this establishment again nor will I recommend them to anyone EVER AGAIN!

This place is phenomenal. I would totally recommend this place and do recommend this garage for repairs, inspection, whatever you need. I brought my car there to get looked at and instead of lying and trying to charge me an arm and a leg they told me What was wrong and for me to take it back to the dealer. They could’ve easily decided to charge me but instead were honest and said I had a few recalls and printed out the recalls for me and told me to bring that back to the dealer. I have had other things repaired and looked at there, and they have always gone above and beyond for me. Very nice people and thorough. Definitely go check it out.

I believe that two people you need to trust before you have them provide their service to you. They are your hairstylist and your mechanic. Smittys is a great place to put your trust in when it comes to your car. I have bought their service twice and have seen nothing, but perfect work and honest answers not to mention the great experience they have. I used body shop and the repair side and they both were great. If theres something more than five stars I would have given it to them.

Took my car in for a routine state inspection and emissions test. My usual mechanic is an hour away because I just moved to the area. I knew going in that I had the car in tip top shape and wouldnt need anything. I noticed since I moved here that they work on local police vehicles here at this shop and figured they were a reputable place. I was right. Service was great. Extremely friendly office staff and I was in and out in no time without trying to be told that my car needed things it didnt. Great experience and they have earned a repeat customer in me. I would recommend this garage to anyone in the local area.

Great experience! Had an oil change, they corrected a problem with a pin in the hub bearing that I had done at another unmentionable place in Allentown! Just Love this place. The guys who run it are great and they really saved my butt by letting me get an inspection 2 mins to closing time. I live in the area and always hear great reviews from everyone local, and my friend Syed H. always told me they were great and they helped him one time even jump start his car when he had car issues. Just got my Nissan back after deer collision. It looks like brand new. They do excellent work and treat customers very well. I highly recommend them.

Immaculate work. Had some unfortunate events happened to me within a few months. My sunroof exploded while driving down the highway and my quarter panel area being hit by some random driver. Happened to stumble across their shop by chance when I was looking at repair shops in the area. Bought my car to the shop and was promptly given an estimate as well as a time frame to as to when the work would be completed. They met the time frame they had given themselves to complete the work both times Ive been there. Work is top notch, you cannot notice that there was any damage done at all to the car. Dwayne along with the other employees are great people willing to go above and beyond expectations of them. I would definitely recommend this shop for your future body work or repairs.

I came in with something in my tire. They took care of it right away for me. Excellent service and everyone was extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

Took my Bmw here after another car hit it when it was parked. (Drivers door, front fender and bumper) The shops body work was great.. the problems started with them not paying attention in there work. The insurance company said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to complete the work. After the 3 weeks I got a call saying the car was done. Drove it less then 2 miles and had to take it right back. The car looked good but no one test drove the car to see how the steering was. It needed a new steering rack and wheel bearings ( damages from the car getting hit ). Five weeks later I called to see if the car is done..they tell me its done but never called to tell me. After taking it home I realize the driver side door was not locking (door that was replaced at the shop). Called and they said to bring it back and they will take care of it.. after two weeks and me calling them the car is done .. again.... I pick up my key to drive home and getting in the car the drivers side window is lined up wright and is getting stuck.... it didnt have this problem the other two times I picked up the car from this shop.. I didnt even say anything.. I will get it fixed somewhere that cares about quality work.I really think these guys did not know how to work on a BMW they took the job because it was insurance job and easy money I would not recommend this shop to anybody else

On at least three separate occasions there was no charge for service. Most recently, an alignment was indicated due to uneven tire wear. At checkout I was told “we checked it twice. It’s in perfect alignment. No charge.”If you’re looking for an honest repair shop, look no further.

All I can say is WOW they did an awesome job and Dwayne was on top of it, he would call and let me know we’re we were with the repairs. Another plus was that husband approved which is not that easy! I have brought my car to other auto body places and never experienced the service that I experienced at Smitty’s. My dad has always taken the family cars to Smittys for all our mechanical work and state inspection. I recently returned home from college and realized that my state inspection had run out while I was away. Since I was leaving Pa. in a week for a new job, I didnt have much time to get this taken care of. Dad called Sam who got me right in and took care of it. I can only hope I can find a garage like smittys near my new destination.
