Wondering, fast acting service! My son was in an accident and we needed a rental car ASAP. I spoke with the manager and she assured me they would be able to figure something out by 5:30 pm and to just come in. After trying to reschedule prior commitments I had to call back and ask to come in first think in the AM. I was surprised to hear that she was in the process of calling me to let me know they had a cancellation and could get me into a rental asap. The process was fast and smooth! The customer service and the sense of pride that was displayed from the Manager was nothing short of excellence! I will recommend Enterprise to all of my family, friends and colleagues. I was in a car accident and filed a claim and had a reservation made for me to get my rental car. The woman set up an appointment with me for 10:30am for the sister location to meet me at koch33. At 11:30 after waiting an hour I got a phone call stating the sister location had no inventory. Now I’m stranded at a dealership bc this lady couldn’t check inventory before making an arrangement for me. Cause of this I missed a day of work and had to pay a $20 Uber to get home. I told her before I had no problem doing it the next day since I was off but she assured me it was okay. Well it wasn’t. I’ll never come here again. Extremely unprofessional and lack of understanding and compassion.
Every representative we worked with at this location was friendly and helpful.We LOVED the whole experience and will rent here again. Highly recommended.
Did not get all of my deposit back and was insulted and disrespected by one of the managers there not happy at all.In response to the owners reply to me I did email that email they were no help and said they sent my information to the head manager and they would get back to me and never did

The original service was great by Jordan! Amazing guy helped me out. But when I called on my return the associate was not helpful and did not answer my concerns. I was charged an extra day when I tried to alter my return for a hour. Not as understanding as the Phillipsburg location.
They just recently renovated the place. This place has your usual small car to premium car, regular vans to 15 passenger and small suv to premium suv rentals. The pricing is better than good. People are courteous and helpful. Thank you Jordan for our last visit. They have an after hours dropbox. Rented from them several times the past year.

Service is fine at this branch of Enterprise it is not quite the same as the same as 13th St Allentown or even the Stoke Park Rd...Or even Lehigh St. Hard to describe but as a LONG time customer those sites would just smile a bit more warmly, extend an upgrade once in a while just for the appreciation of it... and make sure to attend to us asap. Not have us waiting while they finished their personal conversation with the previous customer. As for quality of cars, they are always clean and ready, customer service is 👍. Thank you.
It was all good except I wanted to rent car a couple more days but Enterprise wanted 300.00 as a deposit. I was in car accident, which wasnt my fault an it just would of been nice to get car couple more days but couldnt afford deposit. I never had to deposit more then 200.00 EVER!
The rental itself was great, loved driving a newer car and it met my needs. Unfortunately, I did forget a beach hat inside the Jeep. I called the next day only to be told they could not find it, and it wasn’t inside the vehicle. That’s really upsetting because it was in there. I saw it and told myself to grab it but forgot. Sure the hat was a few dollars but it’s the principal. Why wasn’t the hat put into lost and found? I’m positive it was there. That’s why I did not give them a 4-5 star. It’s about principle and honesty.
Outstanding warm courteous service at this location from every staff member I have ever encountered, every time Ive physically been at the branch and over the phone as well. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Im not sure if Deala is still the Branch Manager here (I havent been in for a few months and the review is late), but its evident that she leads by example, works just as hard as everyone else, and is a great Leader for her team!

The staff provides great service at the Easton, PA location. Your business is valued and they want all customers to be happy. This is why we gave rented numerous vehicles from this location over the past 2 years and will continue to in the future.
Enterprise did a terrific job of making the car rental process incredibly easy. A representative met us at the door with a properly worn mask. We then inspected the outside and inside of the vehicle together. At that point she took down on all the important info she needed on a tablet and ran my credit card through on the same device. All in all, it took a total of 10 minutes before we pulled out of the lot and were on our way.
The folks at the Easton Enterprise location were great to work with. I has an accident that left my vehicle totalled. They got me into a similar car quickly and worked directly with my insurance company from there.In particular, branch manager Diala Deeb took the time to reach out and make sure I was ok and happy with the vehicle later that day. She also kept me apprised of any potential charges I might e responsible for, since the total daily fee for the car minimally exceeded my insurance allowance.Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations at a time when I needed something to go smoothly.
I usually get great service but, I am not to sure of the workers they have now t hey are not as pleasant as they once were meaning that I rent at least 2 to 3 times every other month. The service and some vehicles just could have been better.
Helped me with my rental needs. Had issues with one vehicle and was able to switch out at a different location hassle free.

Enterprise Easton Pennsylvania was horrible experience! Their word means nothing! Reservation? Whats a reservation? They did not have the vehicle that was promised! After blaming thier previous customer,trying to put some blame on me for not having the proper vehicle I had reserved. They finally got behind their mistake and offered me a discounted rate and free fuel! How about they take a more professional approach and do what they are obligated to do in the first place? The employee had to be reminded to wear his face mask properly, if I have to wear mine, the least he could do was wear his without pulling it down! Definitely would not use them again!Sam K.

I have had many great experiences with this location. The latest one being just today 2/13/2020 When I returned the car I was renting early and then they DROVE me and my kid and her scooter to Star Auto Mall where I bought a car.I have no first hand knowledge of the one star reviews but Im telling you this place goes above and beyond their call of duty. They have so for me every single time. I look forward to renting from them again should the need arise.

My last experience with Enterprise was a little disappointing, the mid-size car they had I didn’t feel comfortable in and they had nothing else so I had to upgrade. I don’t think I should have been charged the extra fee wasn’t my fault they had nothing else. I also was charged a one-way fee of $192.00 which I did take a car there and return a car just not on the same reservation. During this difficult time for everyone I think it should have been waived.
Just had a 5 day rental the staff associates at Enterprise in Easton and Allentown PA were very helpful and made the experience an easy one. I will definitely rent a car from them in the future
The rental price was fair. The process was curbside which translates to super fast and easy....and last but certainly not least, the representative who assisted me was beyond amazing.

I dont even know what to say. We had a horrible experience. I only had to visit this location due to COVID-19. My location on Stoke Park road was temporarily closed. The brakes on the car we were given were bad (I begged for a different car before we left the lot, he wouldnt change it) we had to swap out cars at the Jacksonville FL airport after have driven it for 15 hours. That location was horrible also. Manager was rude and didnt seem to want to help us. Ugh... I could go on. Manager back at the Easton location when returning the car was apologetic and tried to make good for all of our inconveniences. I wont go back to the Easton location.

The service at this enterprise location is great. I always rent my cars there and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They always look for the best car rental deals they can possibly get for me and they pick me up at my house if I need it. By now Ive built a relation with the staff and I feel like family when I walk in that place.

The service at this location has been bad!I was renting regular, I have gotten cars that wasn’t clean, cars damn near on E, and cars that felt like they were going to break down on me.. I have complained about 3-4 times and no one has ever returned my call. I am still waiting on someone to call me to address my complaints. This is enterprise in Easton PA

Im very unhappy with the treatment that I received from one of the staff members at the Enterprise in Easton PA. It was Saturday morning June 27th 2020. I was waiting which the worker looked at me and saw me waiting to be next in line to be checked in and this caucasian gentleman pulls up after me. He walked inside when he wasnt supposed to he then walked back out. The staff member once she got finished with these three young ladies in another vehicle she overlooked me and went straight to the Caucasian gentleman and just passes me when she knew that I was next to be checked in. She never asked who was next liked her co-worker did because she knew I was next and she didnt want to help me for whatever reason. It was the same incident with the same person the past Wednesday prior to this past Saturday. The co-worker the gentleman that she was working with is always professional hes always making sure that the clients had the best service hes very nice. He kept apologizing for her and I told him its not his fault with what she has doing. I dont know the young ladys name but she has long blonde hair and shes a Caucasian woman. I do not think I will be returning to the Enterprise in Easton PA at all because its going to be an ongoing issue with that one person and it doesnt have to be that way and Id rather avoided to have any confrontation with any one of the Enterprise franchise. They probably wont care but they lost a customer.
I was disrespected and robbed. I returned the vehicle with a zero balance and no damages what so ever. Yet my credit card was charged after they said they couldnt rent to me. Ive spent thousands of dollars and was treated like trash. Enterprise is not the way to go.
I use this location very often for business and personal trips. Great vehicles, cars are always clean big a plus for me. I never had a hassle here in and out in no time. And, you gotta love the pick up and drop off service.
I made a reservation online and received a confirmation for the rental, 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up time I received a call from enterprise to let me know they didnt have any cars left but I could rent a larger size for double the price. So I told her to cancel my reservation and she said she would call me back in 30 minutes, I waited for 45 minutes and she never called so I called back just to heard the same thing she told me earlier that they didnt have any cars. Horrible way to take care of customers and Customer Service..
Nothing but liars at this branch. I own a business and my work van needed service. The person I initially spoke to told me I need a bill in my name and my debit card to rent a cargo van. I call in to ask a question and a woman told me someone called me right away and left a voicemail stating I couldn’t use a debit card that the person who answered the phone is not associated with there branch. Mean while I made arrangements and told my clients I would run a little late because I had to pick a van up from Enterprise. Now I have no van and will be dealing with angry clients all do to unprofessional service. There is no voicemail on my phone, no one called me to let me know, this is why I say they’re liars. What is the difference if it’s a debit or credit card because if someone has just a $500 limit on there card I would think it doesn’t protect them either way. Always have to jump through hoops with this company. The lady on the phone was just angry not even understanding the position they left me in. I’ll be calling corporate to file a complaint on the manager and woman who answered the phone at 3:53 pm05-21-2019. (Put time and date so when I speak with corporate they will know who was working).
I am the Store Manager at the Mavis Discount Tire in Easton, and luckily I have the pleasure of servicing this locations vehicles. They are nothing but reliable, efficient, and friendly. They always go above and beyond for their customers all while providing a family style atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

This branch has got to be the best of the best. After my vehicle was totaled they did everything they could to accommodate me and my large family. I’ve have been in a rental since 4/19. It’s 6/20/19 and I’m still in a rental. I’m in no hurry to buy another car I can take my time car shopping until I find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. Meanwhile I can rent and drive brand new vehicles and deal with a staff that will do whatever it takes to make sure things are right. Unbelievable service, family like staff. Zero complaints and zero reason to ever rent from someplace else.
I must report that this location, Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 2550A Freemansburg, Pa really let me down. I reserved a car online and got confirmed with a confirmation number. They later told me they did not have the car but could upgrade me to a larger and more expensive vehicle at a higher price. So its the old bait and switch … get you reserved into the lower priced vehicle and then tell you to take the more expensive vehicle (is this against the law?)..worst part is, I was turned me over to a manager, who was then condescending to me. I told him I have a problem but he said its no problem. He also did not honor my legitimate reservation, so he offered to upsell me to the more expensive car. If they answer this post with any excuses then I will have to update this post. The real problem is not with Enterprise … it is with this location. Ive used Enterprise at other locations and always great. The next closest Enterprise was too far away so I went to Hertz at 191 Commercial Park Drive, Easton and they were great. Problem could have easily been solved by giving me whatever they had available at my confirmed price, and then switched me out when the car they confirmed became available. Advice: either use a different Enterprise location or go to Hertz. Thank you.
Strong customer service, very personable & remember their customers. Only recommendation would be to have a tent in lot in event of bad weather since customers have to wait outside & conduct business out there- neither good for the employees who are getting wet or customers.
Tyler was a huge help, fast and knowledgeable. Picked us up and was respectful and personable. When we brought the car back someone else helped and asked us if we needed a ride home. Out of most of the rental places in the area I like this one the best!

AWFUL customer service!!! They are not listening!!! They have yet to respond to my request to speak with someone about the atrocious customer service from staff and their managers!Initial rental process was good as was the car. If you have a problem and need customer service or managerial help you will not get it at all. Their service or lack of is not how anyone should be treated!

It is nice to know that my only option for renting a car locally is also a great option. The car was great, clean and the rental experience was easy and quick. Rosie, one of the staff and the person I dealt with is as enthusiastic about her job as anyone should be... anymore would be annoying but she stays back from that point and just left me with a bit of a smile on my face knowing that she was truly happy I enjoyed renting a mini-van... something I never thought I would say. If you live near easton, this is a great place to rent a car.
I love Enterprise, and they have been the best.
Last year I had a car accident and therefore dropped off my car at the Youngs for repair, scheduled an Enterprise shuttle for pick up at 8:30AM so I could get the rental car to work. The shuttle was late, did not come until almost 9 AM. The shuttle driver obvious did not pay attention to personal hygiene. That was the most unbearable 10 minutes from Youngs to Enterprise. During the short trip the driver started the conversation: Do you have a job? OMG. I did not know how to respond. I was upset about two thing. First, I am very specific about time. The shuttle was 20 minutes late. That will affect my commute to the office 1.5 hours away (without traffic). Second, the rude question from the driver. Training, Enterprise! You need to train whomever works for you.
The people at Enterprise were very friendly, helpful and professional. I reserved a small car and unfortunately they didnt have one so they let me rent an SUV at the small car rate. Then when I had to extend the rental from 3 days to 10 days, the assistant manager Emily said that it was no problem at all. I highly recommend renting from Enterprise in Easton.

I rented car because of an auto accident, insurance company pay. I wait for an hour for them to being a car, only to be told we have a van that was just returned you can have that, the van wasnt even cleaned yet, but I took it needing to get out of there and to work. The repair on my car took one day (minor damage) I returned the van at 5pm the day after I picked it up. Enterprise assured me they would release my deposit funds the next day. They didnt. I called nearly everyday to the local office to find out what was going on. One employee assured me the claim was waiting at the insurance adjuster, another good me they screwed up the claim number on a different call, and another said oh, we closed out your claim, call you bank. Worst customer service ever. I was lied to multiple times. I should have just went with Hertz and I will never recommend enterprise to anyone. You cant lie to customers and expected them to not be upset.
The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. My car is always ready, they even picked me up once! (I live 10+ miles away, so I never expected they would!)

Can only spare pre rental experience. My car was hit and had to go in for repairs. The other drivers insurance was taking care of everything including a rental. They set up a rental with billing to go directly to them...no charge to me at all. Received call from Enterprise telling me I need a credit card/debit card to leave on file and a $150 security deposit. I reminded them this was an insurance direct pay and they said it did not matter. It’s their policy. Why would they need my credit card? And why a security deposit? The insurance company is taking care of the rental and fees. It something happens to the car when I have it my insurance takes care of it. With all of the data breaches out there you don’t leave your credit card info just anywhere. It’s sad that they give people such a hard time. If they could have explained exactly what the $150 deposit was for maybe that would have made a difference but being told just in case and it’s our policy raises many red flags.
I was leery to use them because of the Google reviews but the location was convenient. What a disaster. First time calling in, and I finally get to Easton office, and Im disconnected. Go through all that again, make the reservation for a small SUV for 8AM on said date. Employee told me to have my insurance company fax their approval and I called them to do so.Three hours later, I get a call from a different employee, stating they had received info from my insurance company and lets set up a rental. I assured them that this was in place, I had made the reservation and was promised a small SUV at 8AM on said date. Oh absolutely, maam.Well you know how that worked out. I arrived at 8am and it was like I wasnt even expected, and then lets see what kind of car we have. NO SUV. 45 minutes later, I was sent off in a large van that I was not comfortable with and no instructions on operating it were given. It was hosed (not washed) and vacuumed while I waited. I returned the van early and made other reservations. When the employee asked how my experience was, I told them. There was no remorse but instead a tank of gas for my next rental there!

We rented a car because I was using a debit card they wanted a 500$ security deposit just to rent a car for 3 days someone hit the car totaled it and took off they said they would give me another car once I paid the deductible of 500$ I paid the deductible they refused to rent me another car and on top of that they kept the security deposit I have rented from them 7 times in a 3 month period I have always taken out the insurance but when the car was totaled they said I didnt take the insurance out witch was a blaten lie prior to the accident I never had any problems with them they tried to sue for the price of the car but lost

Very disappointed with the lack of service due to info that wasn’t disclosed prior to taking that journey to rent a car. I called previously to request a specific model car and they told me that it would be arriving soon. Then with a follow up car that the car was there. I drove 45min only to be met with red tape regarding my card and proof of identity and so on...which is fineAs I was making the necessary arrangements to meet the policy standard it was brought to my attention that the car that was so called reserved for me was rented out to someone else. Furious..but lesson learned!No car rental and place is closed.....
We always rent from Enterprise and have always been satisfied. However, this last time I used the app to reserve a full size SUV. I was given a price, but when we went to pick up the vehicle we were given a crossover (Dodge Journey) and was told it was considered a full size Suv. Its not. The price quoted on the app was a lot less than what we had to pay. Otherwise, we were happy

Hi, Easton Enterprise Rent-A-Car has always provided me with good service and staff members are always cordial and courteous. The vehicles are relatively clean and late models insure safe transport. Sometimes the vehicles are very low on gasoline and a gas stop has to be made before a trip can be made which is not always convenient when one is in a hurry. Other than that Enterprise Rent-A-Car Easton is one location I would recommend to any of my friends and family.
Quick in and out, understood I needed to get going fast and I appreciated it. Kodos to the passenger van rental department for having van at location I wanted and verifying my insurance for a quick check out...

Service is fine. Very friendly. Rent cars a ton and the only thing is not getting a car with a full tank. Should do what everyone else does and charge a ton if the car is not returned full and fill it up for the next customer. I have been handed cars on numerous occasions with little to no gas. Have been in a hurry and have to fill it up on the way out the lot.
The agents are always very friendly, however the vehicle prep is consistently lacking. I picked up a car yesterday and it was given to me with less than 1/8 tank of gas and a nearly empty windshield washer fluid reservoir. Considering that I was driving 2 1/2 hrs north at night into a snow storm, that is not acceptable.

This is my go to place out of convenience and price. Its not without drawbacks though. They either have a wide variety of staff or a lot of turn over because I rarely see the same people working in there on each visit. my only other issue is their business strategy in which a reservation doesnt really reserve you anything. So you are rolling the dice on the kind of vehicle you get. Its more of a preference than a reservation. If there was a national closer I would probably use them due to their choice of vehicle
After using enterprise when my vehicle was down for almost a month, I needed their services about 4 mos. later. I thought I would be in their system for a while, so I decided to use them again and have been using Enterlrise for years? This time was a total let down, I had my drivers lic and insurance card I didnt know I had to have 2 utility bills in my name to rent a vehicle, my company needed the vehicle and I couldnt rent the vehicle. I have been a devoted renter for years with Enterprise... I have to w/o a doubt give them a thumbs down...

I always get great service from Enterprise I got into a bad car accident in December and Dialla Who was tremendous she gave me a great car at a great rate long-term until I was able to get another vehicle I was able to establish points which frees me up for free rentals I feel like part of a family they treat me with respect excellent service.
