Almost loosing a tire on route 80 Called Russ. At the car in 20 minutes. Fixed the problem in his shop and out on the road in just over 2 hours. Glad we called them. We were thinking our trip would be delayed days, not hours. If you have a problem make them your first call. Cant ask for better.

I wouldnt be here without your employee Mark. Our jeep broke down in Bushkill PA. We were stranded at an airbnb with a dead car and Mark literally saved us. He showed up in no time at all and let us ride in his tow truck and brought us all the way to Queens in NYC. He kept us laughing the whole ride and he was a perfect professional. Russ helped me out with towing my car from a random driveway after my transmission blew. He was real thorough with the work he did with the new transmission. He even gave me a loaner car while he was working on it. Overall great experience.

I dont even give this place a full star! Our car broke down, hours from home.we called them around 12:30 pm and said we needed a tow and our car fixed. The guy called us back at 1:08 pm and said he would be to us within an hour. We have called and text him several times and he did not answer the phone or respond to texts. Finally at 6:20 pm he text back and said how did you make out? This is the most unrespectful, unprofessional business I have came across. And I would will not recommend anyone to use this company. They could have atleast had the common courtesy to let us know that for whatever reason they will not be showing up so we could have gotten a tow from someone else.

AMAZING SERVICE ! MORE AMAZING PEOPLE!! I was broken down and stranded with a torn Serpentine Belt, and Russel and his wife Carol came out to tow me AND replace my belt in what felt like an instant! extremely professional, reliable and especially fast service! I called him 7 Oclock in the morning for towing service. He responded in 30 minutes to tow my vehicle 180 miles distance. Russell was great. Other towing services(4 others) listed as 24 hour service but no one answered. Russell answered the call. I think I woke him up. I was so grateful that he responded so quickly. My vehicle malfunctioned on the highway I-80, and I had to head home 180 miles away. I was safely home . Thanks Russell!

Beware, first he said will charge you a certain amount of money for towing or repairs until he has your car then he said he never said that, he will get more money and if you dont pay him what he said then you will have to pay storage fees ect, always charges you way extra for parts, and car was never running right, had to take car to another mechanic, not professional towing or mechanic, stay away, beware. Sold him a car that he said he will pay a certain amount then after he had car in his shop he said Im not goi g to give you what I said the car is not worth that.. if i wanted the car back i had to pay storage fees and towing back to my house...This guy will steal your money or you loose your car! Nasty, rude, ect ect stay away!
