This company is horrible and unprofessional. I needed a tow truck yesterday morning and I called this guy three times...with no answer. After the third attempt, he texted back please text me. When I texted back and requested a truck...by asking are there any trucks available for a tow...he rudely replied with No What Essential business, such as this operates on text communication with its customers? This is poor customer service. Will never recommend Lupos Towing! Will let my social media outlets know as well.........

Phenomenal Service. We were stuck on a small shoulder on the highway, and my roadside assistance couldnt find someone to help us. Called Lupos, and what is very appreciated: 1. given an accurate ETA, 2. concise on the phone, 3. Chris was super courteous & communicative, 4. cared about the safety of all the passengers, and was about getting things done safe & efficiently, 5. Leverages technology for phone swipe payments.If youre stuck and reading this, call Lupos first!!!!

Lupo’s was excellent! They fixed my car efficiently and well. Very reasonably priced. The owner is very direct, but I felt very respectful and a good guy. I will definitely be going back even though it’s not the closest mechanic to my house.

Had a mishap on the freeway late in the evening. Ended up calling Chris not knowing what to expect. He was very professional and thorough over the phone. He arrived promptly and was very transparent with pricing and procedure. Chris treated me with dignity and respect. He was empathetic and kind and even drove me to the nearest gas station/convenience store so that I didnt have to wait for my ride in the cold. He was able to fix my issue promply and get me back on the road the next day. Furthermore, he was very flexible with payment methods and pick up times. There is nobody else Id recommend if you needed towing and automobile services in the nearby area. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for all your help, Chris!

I have an electric car (no spare). Roadtripping with my kid and a hundred-pound dog, we ran over something on a Sunday and NOTHING was open. Ended up at a Super 8 and the finest dining a vending machine has to offer. But by the next morning, Chris from Lupos had a new tire that fit my car and he put it on, did all the things, then drove my car out to me! Not only that, but he helped me instal the headlight bulb Id been meaning to do, and didnt charge me for that! Sometimes, when youre being hit with a barrage of challenges, you just need ONE person to go out of their way to help and the world is back to right-side-up! The world need more people like Chris.

Wow! Chris turned my bad situation around. Its no fun being stuck in the mud at night. I called Lupo Towing, Chris answered, asked me questions about my situation, so he could bring the right equipment, arrived earlier than he said, got there, assessed what needed to be done, executed the plan, didnt over charge me in fact he may have under charged me. Also he treated me with dignity and respect. I highly recommend him. I am in a service business myself.

We got a flat tire on rt 80 and we had no spare. We called lupos and he immediately came to our rescue and towed us off the freeway. He was able to find us a spare tire in under an hour and we were able to continue our road trip with no hassle. Thanks chris for your help.

My Honda broke down and its very low and chris got it on the flatbed with special ramps he got on the truck. if u got a lowrider I would call chris. he hooked me up and the price was good to....... Thanks CHRIS
