Went in with a screw stuck in my brand new tires. They were fairly busy but got to me very quickly. The customer service was fantastic. Ive been to this location on several occasions now and they have yet to disappoint me. They repaired my tire and had me back on the road in less than half an hour.

Very helpful! You can never go wrong with this place!!!

If you dont mind leaving your car for the day the place is average. They never appear to be too busy yet they always tell you the wait is hours long. The state inspections are longer than a congressional hearing! They schedule 1 hour per inspection so its a wonder that nothing gets done in the place. They earn an extra star from me because all of the guys are always friendly and they did discover a loose wheel bearing on a two year old car. Still not worth a one hour inspection.

Amazing customer service! Made my ruined flat-tire-after-hitting-a-pothole day as painless as possible.

Took my 5 star back because I was totally ripped off $500 worth. Did not know one tire change would cost about $642.37. Was told that my rotors and brakes would be changed as well, the same day I leave the lot my brakes are squeaking. Gave the benefit of the doubt and called to make sure that the squeaking was normal they said give it a couple days it would go away, turns out 2 and a half months later (2 days ago) my brake went after doing 75 mph on I-80 trying to come to a stop. I then asked my girlfriends dad who is a mechanic from New Jersey if he can inspect my car and pointed out to me that neither my rotors nor my brakes were changed. I could go in more details of this horrific story but it’s literally too much to even type. Mavis will MOST DEFINITELY not be seeing me again.

AVOID THIS SCAM PLACE FOR ANY REPAIR WORK!!Just moved into the state, my car needed an inspection, as a mechanic for a living I checked over my car before bringing it to Mavis, after 2 hours they bring me to my car and show me my rear shocks SOAKED DRIPPING with oil trying to get me to pay $300 for new ones when they were dry 3 hours prior to going there!!! Told them no way give me my car back, i watched the mechanic go over and wipe all the oil off my shocks before giving me my car back! 4 weeks later my shocks are still clean, dry and responding good as new!! AVOID THIS SCAM PLACE FOR ANY REPAIR WORK!!

I had an issue with my tire. It indicated that my right back tire needed air. I went to Mavis Discount at 56 South Courtland st in East Stroudsburg. Rafael was amazing not only did he check all of my tires he removed a huge nail from the right back tire. He was very professional and courteous. He had a mask on at all times. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire.

Oil change places are a dime a dozen so when I rate them its solely based on performance and customer service and this location fails in both regards.Made an appointment on for Sunday at 9am, just needed an oil change. I told them Id have to wait on the vehicle and they told me that with an appointment it wouldnt be a problem and should be pretty quick.I get there at 9am on Sunday and 4 people are already there in the worlds smallest waiting room. After asking me for the same information I gave over the phone I was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait. No thanks, Ill take my vehicle somewhere where my time is respected.

Guys did good. I normally do my own work but I didnt have the bright tools for a job so they helped me out and did it for me. Rafael booked me in quick and it was a decent turn around time. Only recommendation is that the hire a receptionist or someone specifically for the counter/phone. The guys in the shop are busy and cant come running for the phone every couple minutes

Went there with my trailer I actually ask almost crying for them to chage my air valve on one of my trailer tire I was far from home and Manager refuse to give me service, he said i need to bring only tire out of the trailer...drove off and tire went totally flat and got stuck on road...thanks to Mavis....manage to get service from IKES TIRE and they help me out put me back on the road!!! Costumer service is a company main profit!!! Thanks again to the manager of Mavis for NOT helping out!!!

Took them 4 days to fix the problem. I lost 2 days at work bc the next morning I drove my car..I broke down at a gas station. My BF told them to check the starter and they ignored it..well after taking it to another shop that was exactly the problem. We are still having an issue with oil leaking and were told to bring it back in today bc the mechanic will be in Im sorry who is working on the cars any other day of the week?? Dont go here.
