We recently needed carpet cleaning and did a search for nearby business before settling on optimum steamers. Easily the best decision we made. Kevin came to our home and started by evaluating the carpets and laying out his plan of attack, he took his time and put his focus into it as he pretreated, scrubbed and steamed. To be honest I feel like the work he did should have come with a bigger price tag. To top it off he was just downright delightful as he worked and had such a pleasant personailty, he made us feel like friends rather than customers.If you need the services he offers I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I called Kevin for a whole house carpet cleaning and needed it within three days. I also expressed my concerns over having him actually show up to do the job (the area seems to have a lot of companies that say they’ll show up and do the job but never actually show up.)Kevin was able to work me into the scheduled timeframe I needed AND assured me he’d be there and get the job done. I worked with Kevin to setup a carpet cleaning with pet treatment. He was the only company of the small business we reached out to that responded, was very responsive to all of my questions, willing to coordinate with family on the day of service on our behalf, did a thorough UV light check of the house to identify urine stains, and cleaned the whole place. Family says it looks and smells great.

Kevin, the owner, was polite, professional, arrived within the stated time frame (with a mask*) and did a wonderful job. He went above & beyond to clean an expensive area rug my deceased grandmother bought from South Africa. He was knowledgeable about the fabric, being extremely gentle and careful with the rug. (He even brought separate shoes to wear in the house!). I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning job and will be referring Kevin in the future.
