If I can give them zero stars, I will. They were caught in several lies. Once I sent them them pictures of the damage they caused and the lies were caught….they dropped off the case. Even though they took THOUSANDS worth of damaged content without providing an inventory to my insurance. My insurance company has been requesting documentation for MONTHS. This claim started 8/5/21….and as of 9/24/21, it’s still going. Formal complaints were made. If you have to go with them….DOCUMENT every conversation because they will try to lie to you about what was said. RUN FOREST RUN…far away from this company

The original mitigation guys were EXCELLENT. They took care of the mold issues and water damage. Now waiting for them to do the repairs Craig was setting up the repairs but he was not a responsible professional. Weeks will go by and no call back after leaving multiple voice messages. They lost my business on repairs. Hope this helps future customers. If you would of took time to call me back after me leaving multiple voice messages last couple weeks asking about the floors I found how much I can allocate to them everything would of been fine.

Ice dams had built up on my roof and the melting ice was causing my ceiling to leak. The damage was getting extremely bad. Glad that I was made aware of water mitigation and that Servpro services my area. They quickly removed all the wet sheetrock and helped kill the mold that was found. They also left enough equipment to dry out the areas in a matter of days. Thank you.

My experience with Servepro was amazing and I rarely write reviews..but this one deserved some special attention. Specifically tech Eddie A. and Jennifer!In the middle of a TERRIBLE PA snowstorm we had a pipe burst in our home and suffered some water damage in multiple rooms. Unfortunately, my husband and I were on the West Coast and were in a bit of a panic. Servepro went out the next day bright and early and got to work! Not only did they have some of the most challenging conditions to work in, but they had to be able to communicate what was going on via phone calls and photos. Eddie did such an incredibly thorough job and even checked out other parts of the house before he wrapped up the job. (just to make sure there werent other damaged areas) I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in a water crisis!

I cannot say enough positive comments about Servpro ... Adam was a very friendly, respectful, polite, industrious, helpful young man. He was ably assisted by Brooke who went above and beyond with her efforts to save many pieces of art, framed photographs, books and LPs that I had pretty much come to the conclusion were beyond repair. Beware! Several months ago, we had a small water problem. We made a BIG mistake calling SERVPRO. Their handling of the whole situation was a disaster. In the end they broke the corner of a vanity and the whole top of the dry bar when they moved them. A call to corporate only stated that “our Franchises are independently owned and operated”. I gave my cell number to the local office of SERVPRO for the owner to call me. Several months later, and the owner still does not have the decency to contact me! Do NOT use SERVPRO! They do NOT give good service, and they are definitely NOT Professional!Edit: (Answer to Company Reply 5-6-19).The insurance adjuster has pictures of the damaged vanity before any other contractors were involved. Your people moved the dry bar away from the walls and covered it so the damage could NOT be seen. The drywall and painting people did NOT have to touch it until it was uncovered and the damage was discovered. The Insurance company did NOT agree that SERVPRO was NOT responsible. I was NOT reimbursed for the damages you did, which were over $1,000. You were given my Cell number by numerous parties, knew about the issues, and never once had the decency to contact me!

I witnessed a driver enter the opposing lane and almost demolished another vehicle. He had to have been drunk or high. When I tried reaching the office the woman who answered was not helpful and did not seem to know where monroe county was. Its a shame, people need to do background checks on drivers.

This company is a complete joke. Their lead guy Eddie shows up to my house high as a kite stumbles around looking at my soaking wet floor. Then has the audacity to steal water out of my fridge, He does no work except for chain smoking cigarettes and throwing them in my yard. Then i get a call from so lady named Lillian and she was very rude and disrespectful and even went as far as to curse at me over the phone. she may think she was quiet about calling me names but i heard her before i hung up. The whole operation is horrible . If you need repair work done DO NOT CALL THEM . THEY WILL ONLY MAKE MATTERS WORSE FOR YOU
