Great service

Registered our TT here and paid a decent amount of money to do so. When we finally got the title and registration, the VIN was wrong. It took a month to get the corrected paperwork and the unit had to go back to the dealer for warranty work who gave us a hard time because our VIN didnt match our paperwork. Our paperwork would have probably been correct if one girl wasnt doing her makeup while the other was worried about ordering lunch. Everything just caused a huge inconvenience. We were never refunded any charges for their mistakes, they just stated that they only fix their mistakes for free (gee thanks).

I have been using Shirley Katz for 35 years, and they always have great customer service. Linda, from the Marshall Creek office, answered my phone call immediately, and worked diligently to solve my issue. She called me several times to keep my updated. I didnt have to call them. Its so nice they do everything from registration, license renewal, auto and homeowners insurance. Thank you Shirley Katz! (and Linda for all your hard work!)

Complete waste of time with this broker. They do not follow through/follow up in any type of timely manner for a quote. Then after calling and chasing after them, weeks later the quote comes in ridiculously high compared to what I was previously paying. And this from a place that (supposedly) has access to many insurance companies.Dont bother with them. Go directly to the major insurance companies!

I called for insurance gave all my personal information and never even got a call back for any quotes I’ve called them three times after and they ask for my name and number and say someone will get back and no one ever does. I know since I’ve given my information I already felt opened and figured to still get a quote but now I know better and they aren’t professional.

They always explain every process properly and get your requests done fast.
