The lady at the front desk with the pink hoodie need to learn better customer service skills.I came in there today to inquire about getting my plates switched over from NJ to PA she proceeded to go to a file cabinet and pull out a paper and say you have to go to motor vehicle and get your ID switched. I said I did that Im here to get my plates switched over. We got that straight she proceeded to tell me I have to get insurance first and then I could get the plates switched over so I repeat it back what she said because its like shes rushing me to get out. So I ask is the insurance person available the lady or man she says yeah but they with somebody on a business meeting and she dont know how long its going to take I can go run some errands and come back later I told her no Ill wait I got time today. I sat there for a little while about 6-7 minutes but ended up leaving because I felt like I was unwanted there so yall lost a customer today you can thank her.

A few days ago I had a package that needed to be sent via FedEx. There was a problem that needed to be fix before it could be sent. I did not know that there was a problem that had to be modified. I called your office and a lady named JEN answered my call. I was very upset . She was very professional, kind, patience, and understanding. She took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how she caught the problem before my package left your office. I came to your office after Labor Day and she had all paper work showing me that every thing was alright. I admired how she was able to explain with documentation that the problem was fixed. I got to tell you she made me so much better. I started to buy her flowers. (smile). Thank you JEN for being on top of things and getting things done. Customer service is very important to me and you excel at it. Good job!!

I am selling a car and needed to get the title notarized. I think my drive to Dawns was longer than my wait. I was in and out in no time. People there were super friendly. Couldnt have gone better.

I was greeted at the door by a very friendly and helpful girl. I was trying to register a car I bought in New York she explained I need a etching of vin# or a form filled out by a police officer. Stupid P.A. law not there fault. Will be going back when I get it and open till 7p.m. witch is nice being a New York commuter.

Go to the title and tag place in the eagle valley mall they know what they are doing very friendly at that. Youll get everything done and wont have to drive back home or have to worry about getting anything notorized.

There are so many services offered at Dawns. I mostly drop off packages. I recently went in there to register my vehicle. I had no idea they did that and I have been there a few times. The staff are pleasant and professional and are always available to serve the customers. I never had to wait more than a minute. Overall, its one of my favorite places to go to Bushkill just because of how welcoming the staff is. I never felt out of place when I was in there and am always greeted with a smile.

As a customer who just drops off UPS and Fedex package, just want to give some feedbackEveryone there is always very nice and helpful but one employee stands out, Jennifer. She is always smiling when there are not masks on and very nice to everyone. She knows exactly what I need without me asking for it and always tries to help quickly. Cant say enough about her and the other employees who work there.It seems like everyone there knows how to multitask and does so to assist someone who is only there for a second to get them on their way.Have never had any issues with packages not going out on the day they were dropped off either which is generally critical for what I need.Thanks all at Dawns

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The lady’s in there were rude and unhelpful. I live an hour away and called in advance to see what I needed to register my vehicle. I brought everything she told me to. I had to drive back and forth 4 different times because they left out pieces of information. 100% do NOT recommend this place.

Very helpful. I dont live in the area and I have never done a title transfer from another state before. She was very understanding and kind to me helping me through it all. She is the best person I have dealt with in a long time of getting my stuff registered.

This place is amazing !!!! Ive never met people that are so helpful, knowledgable and kind. Every person there wants to help you, explain things and get you fixed and done in no time. Great place to get all your transactions done, including DMVs. Highly recommended, and they are open till 7pm! They do notary services, which if you selling or buying car is a must and the girl at Dawns made it seems like breeze and it was right at 7pm. Again highly recommended.

Every now and then I give a 5 star rating to a business. However Dawns is the exception. I had a vehicle breakdown on route 402. Dawn recognized me as one of her clients and stopped to ask did I need assistance. I had already called a tow-truck and I thanked her for taking the time to ask.

Dawn takes great care of me every time I need help with registration, title or notary. Shes courteous, quick, and never over-charges. Id recommend her to anyone.

Dont waste your time they are unprofessional and dont know their job. Went to register a ATV they didnt know how went 5 minutes up the road they did it no issues.

They are very rude and not customer- oriented. Screamed at me on the phone when I was simply inquiring about my registration that I hadnt received. They submitted the info for my classic car incorrecly. Last time Im ever coming back to this place.I needed to use Wi-Fi when I go to the store and owner took my phone and deleted the Wi-Fi password. I get that you dont want people having your Wi-Fi password but there are different ways of going about this. Try setting up a guest network instead that renews every 24 hours is a good example...Just dont seem like friendly people. You are providing a service. It shouldnt feel like Im pulling teeth to find information.Stand clear of this place, unless you want to come back 20 times. Its been 6 months and I still dont have all the necessary documents...Their excuse...Penndot. Ive been to 3 different tag and title places and I have multiple classic cars and never ran into these issues.

Friendliest Licensing Service in all of East Stroudsburg & Stroudsburg PA. Very knowledgeable of laws for all their services. Wont go anywhere else.
