I called Guardian quite by accident but it turned to be a great call by far. They were so kind and helpful and sent out a wonderful young guy named Josh who went through my house with a fine tooth comb. I did not have to wait for their services. Josh surveyed, sprayed the exterior and left traps where the mice could go. He checked every speck of the outside of my house also looking for and plugged any opportunity where they could get in. They found our new live in family up in the attic and a few more visits seem to eradicate them.....no thanks to my cat!I would call Guardian again any time! They are courteous, friendly, and accommodating.Thanks so much Guardian Pest Control!

This company is fantastic. Patrick showed up on time and showed me exactly where the ants were living in my yard and how they were traveling to my home. He even did the treatment on the same day which was a relief not having to schedule a whole new appointment for the service. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I have used them a couple of times, already, once for an issue with a hornets nest 3rd floor eave - and then with carpet beetles. Their response is very quick.The questions they asked me enabled them to assess the problem and to come up with a plan of action. Their guidance / advice was priceless.....I felt that their concern was my well-being. I have a situation where a family member is non-ambulatory, and they went above and beyond to work around this.....always respectfully. I would not hesitate to call them, should I ever have further issues with pests.

I have been using guardian pest control for just around two years, so this review is long over due. guardian pest control is amazing for, well, honestly everything. i’ve used them for sugar ants, rats, and spiders. i absolutely hate bugs and rodents, so having a bug and rodent free house 24/7 is relieving. i always ask for patrick to do my house, but everyone there is amazing. suzanne, maria, and cameron are always a pleasure to speak to on the phone. everyone there is extremely professional and nice. they truly make you feel like family. idk.. i could go on and on about how great this company is but i guess you’ll have to see for yourself. so if you’re still reading this review debating on whether or not to schedule an appointment with them, here is your sign, do it.

I had the pleasure of having guardian pest control service my property. They identified and resolved my termite infestation. This major remediation was executed flawlessly. They truly care and show attention to detail. They took extra time to explain what needed to be done and provided pre and post walk throughs. The remediation involved drilling and pumping solution around the perimeter of the property and direct spraying of highly active areas. I had the pleasure of having the management team onsite, the two gentlemen were down to earth and not afraid to get their hands dirty. With Guardian Pest control you are more then just a customer, they treat you like family.Thank you guys! We are forever grateful.

EDIT- After it was brought to Lyle (office manager) that a glitch in the system had caused my appointment not to be on a schedule for a tech, he called, apologized, rescheduled my carpenter bee problem free of charge. That is what I call great customer service. Josh came out and did a fantastic job talking me thru my bee problem and all the other issues I have. I will be signing up for the Gold Shield Protection and make Guardian Pest my pest control company.I made an appointment with Suzanne weeks ago for a tech to come out and give me a home evaluation and deal with some wood bees. I called on Monday morning of the appt and left a message wondering if they could give me a closer ETA than the window of 7:30-11:30. I called again at 10:30 and spoke to suzanne and she said a tech would call. No call. No Show. No thank you. You wasted my time.

Guardian Pest Control is the absolute best. We found them through word of mouth when we discovered termites a few years back and they were so thorough and reasonably priced we couldn’t recommend them more. We just had our yearly inspection to confirm no new damage or bugs and Eric was as prompt and professional as the last time. They do a great job while being transparent and helpful with any questions I had. The prices cannot be beat but I’d use them regardless of what they charge because they do such amazing work and I know I can trust them in my home to take care of things.

I had a great experience with the two professionals that came out for my mice issue; I believe their names were Josh and Jacob. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They went throughout the interior of the home and then around the exterior. They took pictures of possible entry points outside of the home and emailed them to me along with my report. Both were very professional. Guardian is a great, local, family run business that I will continue to support in the future.

In May, we had our home treated for carpenter ants. Our treatment came with a one year warranty. We had Guardian return after seeing some ant activity around the exterior of our home. Guardian sent out Jacob who was absolutely wonderful! Jacob was punctual, polite, and professional. Jacob took time to explain why we were still seeing some ant activity and then explained in detail what treatments he was going to apply and why. Guardian has been our first and only experience with a pest control company, and we are nothing but one hundred percent pleased and satisfied with their outstanding customer service. Id give 10 stars if I could!! Ive had this company servicing my home every few months consistently for over a year. We love our home but, being that it is old, it has a lot of nooks and crannies that all kinds of pests love. I called around a few companies to address what I thought was a bed bug problem, and came to Guardian to get a third opinion. Suzanne was wonderful on the phone, and actually had an entomologist confirm that the bugs I had found were actually just book lice, even though the previous two companies I called just said they looked like bed bugs! What a relief. I really appreciated their quick response (less than 15 minutes) and honesty; they really could have went with my assumption about bed bugs and charged me for unnecessary treatment, but they did not. Though I did not end up needing their service, I know that they will be the first ones I call in the future.

Years ago I had a different exterminator service and never liked it. Working with Jason from Guardian has been great! Its a more personal and tailored process for what I specifically need rather than having to pick a package like other services. Anyone that has had issued with pests knows how annoying and gross they are. Every person that has come to my home from this company has been professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Even though it took a couple of months to get rid of the rodents, Guardian Pest Control has taken care of us and kept our family in mind while at work. Today was (hopefully) the last visit from them and it could not have been a better outcome. The gentleman (forgot to ask his name) was prepared, in uniform, and made sure that we were rodent free. Even in the midst of the pandemic, the service could not have been any better.

I called Guardian today after struggling with a mouse issue. Suzanne took my call and was both efficient and pleasant to speak to. My technician Jason arrived promptly and listened to my concerns and then explained a detailed plan. He took his time investigating and was quite knowledgeable which helped put my mind at ease. I had several questions and Jason did not rush me. He was quite reassuring with the solutions we discussed. I was comfortable and impressed with Jasons service and will be requesting him for all future services.

We have called them multiple times for a variety of pest control issues over the years and each time we get a technician who is responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and patient. Their service is always thorough, as they dont just investigate and treat the spaces where we have visible pest issues, but they will complete an inspection of other areas where pests may be known to congregate, make nests or enter the home from. I also cant say enough good things about their initial intake and appointment-making process. Whenever we call, they are generally able to schedule an appointment within a few days of our initial reach out. It is also extremely helpful that their techs call on their way to the house. I’ve used Guardian for three years since purchasing my home that was soon surrounded by hundreds of LARGE spiders. They recommended quarterly maintenance and the customer service has been 💯. The appointments have been convenient, they are easy to reach when I have a question, they provided good maintenance strategies, use products that are pet friendly, and most importantly they’ve maintained an almost spider free deck for me and my company to enjoy.

I cant say enough positive things about this company. Everyone Ive spoken to and dealt with has been extremely nice. There were alot of options when it came to pest control but from the moment I called for an estimate with Suzanne I knew I was in good hands. She listened to what I had to say and gave me answers. Alot of the other places wouldnt answer simple questions and and kept referring to different tieres of year long contract agreements, which I dont think is necessary at this time. The tech. who came out (Quinn) was respectful and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and was answering my and the tenants questions as he was working. If you have an issue give them a call and let them do what they know how to do. You wont be disappointed.

This company is fantastic. From my initial phone call to the solution, they were friendly, discreet, timely, punctual, and affordable. When you have pests, you’ll do and pay almost anything so it is nice to feel like I’m not being taken advantage of. Patrick worked really quickly with our schedule and came the next day (on a Saturday) to take care of our problem. He is also very sensitive to the fact that having pests is very unsettling and stressful to his clients. He is both knowledgeable and determined... a winning combination. When first moving to our home we were sad to find out pests were a problem- and called Guardian who came out to address our issues right away. We called Guardian Pest Control because of a few mice that had taken up residence somewhere in our stove and in our attic. We had set our own mouse traps, but we had not been successful in catching them so we decided to hire an exterminator. I had called their office and within a week or so, I had an appointment for them to do a house inspection and give us an estimate.Eric from Guardian Pest Control showed up right on time, and he was personable, professional, and thorough in explaining the process of setting traps to catch the mice and in doing the job. The estimate was sent by e-mail and because I had read good reviews, I did not bother getting another estimate. On September 24, Eric set traps in the places most likely mice would be, behind our stove, in the basement, and in our attic. He returned for a follow up assessment on October 15. Maria, the very pleasant, administrative assistant in the office, called a few days before each appointment just to confirm each date. The traps that Eric set seem to have taken care of the problem, since we no longer hear any mice noises in our stove and two mice were caught in the traps.It was a real pleasure working with Eric from Guardian Pest Control. He was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Over the summer, Jason assured that the pest problem would be eliminated and he was correct. He found the root of the problem: a wasps nest hiding in a small hole of a tree. Now there is an annual winter pest concern that he is controlling. No doubt Jason is on top of it. Great attention to detail. He communicates with an honest manner and is respectful and timely. Since Jason became our route technician, I feel assured that the house will be protected each season.During the warmer months, I appreciated the tick spray because the Guardian visits reduced the number of ticks and mosquitoes immensely. Eric explained that the company uses a product based in natural materials and safe for pets and children. During the colder months, our house is protected as well. Guardian will send email reminders of service visits as well as sending invoices soon after the visit. I can feel safe knowing the technician is trustworthy even when I am not in the house.

We have been using Guardian Pest Control to manage all of our pest issues for over a year now, and could not be happier. I had been having a mice problem since October 2019 timeframe. My landlord hired another local company who came in at a lower price than Guardian. The previous company did a great job eradicating carpenter ants so we assumed they’d do the same for getting rid of the mice. That previous company came out eight times to address the mice. EIGHT TIMES! Not once did any of the bait in any of the bait boxes get eaten. Not once did any of their traps catch one single, solitary mouse. Months and months went by to the point where I acquiesced and figured I’d be living with mice until the house burned down or we broke our lease. Every single morning we’d wake up to mice droppings on our couch and our countertop. You can imagine my frustration. Finally, my landlord fired that company and hired Guardian. They booked us within a few days, they were on time, completely professional and very thorough. After placing all their bait boxes and other poison (all of it is child and pet safe) they left with a scheduled appointment for two weeks to the day to check up. By then the mice were gone! We haven’t found a single dropping. I could cry. I wanted to hug and kiss the guy who came the second time because I was so skeptical that nothing was going to change. I highly recommend this company. They WILL get rid of your pest problem.

Great service provided by Guardian Pest Control for my mouse problem. Would highly recommend them if you have any pest issues. The technician, Jason, came by to provide the service and he was very knowledgeable on mice and cockroaches. Made sure the problem was treated and gave me additional information to make sure the problem doesnt continue. On top of that, they provide a 6 month warranty to make sure the pest issue goes away.

Thought we had a termite issue and called on a Saturday morning. Joe Martin called back within 2 minutes of me leaving a message, came over an hour later, did a 30 minute inspection of the outside of my home, basement, bulkhead, garage.... thankfully NO termites (but likely another bug that is harmless and easy to rid on my own). Joe was incredibly helpful, generous with his time, and refused to even accept a tip for his time (and the inspection was at no charge). Have never written a review before, but feel compelled from my experience today with Joe. Any issue we ever have in the future I will be calling Joe at Guardian.

Guardian Pest Control is a fantastic company to deal with. I spoke to Suzanne and she was very prompt, courteous and she was able to send out a technician in 24 hours to treat my rodent problem !! I had a severe mouse infestation and Guardian solved my problem. The company sent Jacob to my house on 2 separate visits, one to lay the poison and one to check the foundation of my home to see where they were coming in. Jacob explained their process and the option to continue on a quarterly basis. He was very courteous, and best of all, he solved the problem. I recommend Guardian highly.

Working within the Property Management field dealing with many tenants sometimes is difficult when they are dealing with a pest issue. Guardian Pest Control makes the rest so easy. The prompt and stellar service along with great customer and personable service helps in such situations.
