-My lawn currently looks like this.-Left several messages and never received a response.-Finally a response to my husband via email stating that this would be gone after 1 mow. We have our lawn mowed once a week. it still looks like this.-We were never advised that the grass would look like this as a result of applying weed control. I can appreciate applying an effective product to rectify the issue. However, It also would have been appreciated if we knew the possible outcome of the treatment prior to inviting guest to our home so we could plan accordingly.

I waited 2 days or more for them to return my call and my e-mails After 2 days, they sent to me an e- mail telling me they couldnt take anymore customers! Giving me the idea they not to big as a company.

Moved into our new home last year and the lawn was in bad shape lots of weeds. My previous home I used someone else but was not happy with the results.I found the Lawn Doctor online and they had great reviews. George came out to review my lawn and set me up with a program to get my lawn back to being green and healthy. A year later and my lawn looks awesome. Ive been getting lots of positive feed back from myneighbors .

Recently moved into our home. Lawn was quite neglected and in sorry shape. LD came in and inspected the lawn. Told them what I wanted, my expectations, and discussed a tailored program for our lawn. They immediately did a great job aerating, seeding, and fertilizing. So far looks great! Great job, very happy, and looking forward to Spring to see results. They had very competitive prices and let me know when and what applications they would be doing a week in advance. they were very professional and I had a beautiful lawn.

Called originally and was.told.that lawn doctor did not service my area which.is a small village.in tthe town of lincoln RI which.I was.told they DID service. Decided.to try doing the request.on line and was assured that my request was recei ed and I would get.a.call very soon. Its been 2 weeks, no call. BOO. Found a.place in mass. That arrived 2 days after my call. Yeah! Zero stars.

I needed to seed a lawn at the worst possible time of year - late June. By the end of July it was nothing but robust crab grass. I mean a REALLY impressive amount of dense crab grass. I called Lawn Doctor and they came out and treated the crab grass, but after a few weeks it didnt really look much different. Then in early September they did a core aeration & overseed. By the time October rolled around there was not a blade of crab grass to be found and the entire lawn had thick healthy consistent grass. I expected it to take a few seasons to get to that point. It took a few weeks!

We had used another lawn care company for years and thought they were not doing a good job for us. Our lawn was ordinary. We decided to switch to Lawn Doctor last year. The difference is absolutely amazing. They take great care when they come to our house. We are called first by a real person to ask if the date is OK with us. We have noticed that they spend more time with the treatments being careful to treat each area. We have a pretty full plan with Lawn Doctor including, Lawn, shrub and tree, mosquitos, ticks, etc, and a yearly fall core aeration. Our lawn is beautiful now. Thank you!

Very prompt responses to inquiries and the program was well presented.. Program services were not intrusive and were always preceded by a courtesy call. Unlike other national Lawn Care companies. Lawn Doctor doesnt aggressively telemarket. They communicate via email. Great Company that stands up and delivers on its promises. What I particularly like is that Lawn Doctor (RI) has background in a Sod Industry. Who better to know grass ???

George at Lawn Doctor is excellent! He came to see me and we discussed the particular issues with my lawn. After one season our lawn looks the best it has in years. They even have a program for my white decorative stones to help decrease the weed growth.

I called the Lawn Doctor of Rhode Island in April of 2019 due to a problem that I had noticed the year before with grubs. George from the lawn Doctor came out and met with me and explained the steps and time frame needed to correct the problem. As a result of reseeding of the damaged areas and fertilization and weed control applications, I have the best lawn in my neighborhood this year. George, thanks for the guidance.

I have made 3 payments March April May and will make June payment very soon. Lawn Doctor has made one application since my first payment in March. Spring lawn treatments are very important. My neighbors providers have made multiple applications since March. I have emailed LD to inquire about my applications - no response. Have been customer 15 plus years. Never been treated like a loyal customer. Doubt they will respond to this review.

After a long time relationship with Scott’s, they were bought out by Tru-Green and burned my lawn, charged for services not done, etc. I switched to Lawn Doctor and the service and quality have never been better. My yard has never looked as good as it does now. Family business feel with the technology and wherewithal of a larger corporation.

I was using a competitor and when I was not satisfied I switcher to Lawn Doctor and the results were dramatic. We continued to use them for years . We recently moved and the former owner had another company so I stayed with them after three months I switched to Lawn Doctor and once again the results were drastic . No longer was I calling and complaining, they brought the lawn back and looks fantastic Great Company

I had been using big chain companies to take care of my lawn and it was terrible year after year. As soon as I switched to Lawn Doctor my lawn was repaired and I received many compliments on how great it looks now! They were a lifesaver.

I like that they call me before showing up. I also find their website good. You can add services with knowing how much it costs, like mosquito service if you want it.

George had been very responsive to my requests. Did a nice job over-seeding and core air rating last fall. Our lawn responded well. Their price is fair as well.

The best thing is to say the lawn is 100% better than before the Doc. came by. George is the best.

I have used a few Lawn care companys Lawn Doctor by far has been the best. My lawn has never looked so good, Not sure what they do compared to others i have used, whatever it is i am very Happy and would encourage others to use.

This is a great lawn service company. I believe it is family owned and family operated.

I would not even give them a star! It was my only option. Service the worst ever, said they do a lawn analysis...never done. Applied weed killer 3 times and weeds still on the grass. Call backs like weeks later. If that dint get you the owner George lol anyone who tells you that they dont need your business is not business savvy and his people skills are like his business awful.

Asked for fall fertilization to be done the following week while we were going to be on vacation so I wouldnt have to worry about my dogs ingesting the pesticides but instead the company came down (after telling us they would wait until the following week) and sprayed my yard while I was out for an hour. Called and talked to the owner who couldnt care less. Said to spray down the pesticides and let the dogs walk on it in a couple of hours even though I had previously spoken with one of the men applying the pesticides who said he would never allow his own dogs to walk on the lawn after application until after at least 48 hours. So now I have to leash up and walk my three dogs for the next 48 hours because this company cant follow requests of a paying customer. I would rather pay a company who values their customers as well as their customers pets.

I have used two other companies Lawn Doctor is by far the Best I have used.Lawn was green all year and offer a fair price, compared to doing myself and other companies. Very satisfied with this Lawn care company.
