I went in looking to get a phone at a decent price, and the girl Sandra was awesome, very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me pick a nice good iPhone, even transferred all of my information from the old phone to the new one which I hadn’t backed up do to lack of storage. Loved the service I’ve received, will definitely be coming back to this store and I’ll recommend my friends and family. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. Initially I was pleased with the service provided. I had the glass replaced on my phone by them and they were speedy and pleasant.However, a few days later I woke to find my phone unusable as the glass had not been installed properly.I went back at the end of their business day, and the woman ( I believe the owner) looked at it and attempted to pry the glass off with a metal pry before switching to a plastic one.Apparently she chipped the new glass minutely as within hours the bottom corner where she was prying it formed a spiderweb crack, stemming from a chip on the underside of the glass.If l had not had work the following day Id have gone back as soon as the store opened but had to wait till that afternoon.The same woman was there and she dismissed it saying that she could not have possibly have damaged it.I was so frustrated and angry that she basically called me a liar.She did offer to fix it again at a discounted rate and l believe she offered because she knew that she caused the damage. I declined that offer out of principle.Im highly dissatisfied with the service they offer.

I was having trouble charging my phone so I went into the shop prepared to pay for it to be fixed but Sara (I believe that was her name) took it and cleaned it within 5 mins for me free of charge! I have an expensive iPhone XR that I haven’t finished paying off yet, and my puppy got a hold of it and completely crunched it up in her mouth so I thought my phone was destroyed. But to my surprise, Cellular Mobile Services quickly repaired my phone on my lunch break and I literally have a brand new phone !!! They are extremely polite, courteous, and professional. Entire staff was wonderful. I arrived on my lunch break and they fixed my iPhone XR screen and LCD in under 30-minutes while I waited. They are true experts and professionals. Price for my repair was very good and they also had a wonderful selection of iPhone cases and accessories along with cell phones. I broke the screen of my cell, the truth is that I was quite nervous and I was afraid that my cell was going to have issues after replacing the screen, well, I was wrong,, Sandra aside of been extremely nice she was quite fast, she is an excellent professional, she made me feel comfortable. New replacement LCD has very little backlight and vibrancy compared to original OEM Screen. Unable to read or use phone in any amount of daylight. Brought it back today, although Ive been waiting a bit in case I missed an update or software setting. Lady adjusted settings and has yet to honor warranty, will update upon next visit.

I never write these reviews, but I thought I needed to give some feedback on the service that I received today. I called about my iPhone 7 not charging. I was told it could be dust in the charging port for the port might need to be replaced for about $70. I brought the phone in fully expecting to pay $70 to get it fixed. However, when I got there the woman at the desk took my phone messed around with some tweezers pulled out some dust and checked The port again. Like magic, everything worked just fine. I had tried to get the dust out, but wasn’t able to. But with her skill and that special tool, she got it out and everything works fine now. Didn’t charge me a cent. Thank you so much I will definitely bring any repairs to your shop if and when I need them in the future.

Huge shout out to Cellular Mobile Services at 329 Warren Avenue in East Providence for their super professional service today repairing 2 iPhone Screens! One which was so shattered I didn’t think there was any hope for it! Extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Was in and out of the store in about 25 minutes and have 2 practically new looking, functioning phones with a guarantee on their work. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to Cellular Mobile about four times in the last two years, from broken screens to battery replacement to replacing my charging port, never had to come back a second time. The employee I worked with today was extremely friendly and as helpful as she could be. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my phone as it is a technical problem and is an Apple product. My fix would need ri be performed at the Apple Store.

Called around 6:15 pm asking if I could get a cracked iPhone SE screen replaced that night. I was in at 6:40 and left with a brand new screen at 6:55 Fast, professional quality service! My daughter is special needs and had an aging iPad that weve been desperately trying to keep alive b/c many of her apps are no longer supported. To the dude complaining about them fixing your screen and then you broke it again the next day, I did the same thing and I had a warranty but since I didn’t read it (also I signed it without reading) when I went back they showed me on the receipt thing it clearly said doesn’t cover broken screens so they were super cool and gave me a discount for another repair! I am very satisfied with the customer service here. I went there to check if they can fix my phone coz it was flickering and sometimes the screen is black and it freezes all of the sudden. Cellular Mobile Services in Wakefield has earned my trust! I brought my iPhone 6S in for what I believed was just a simple battery replacement, but during the repair a more serious problem was discovered (phone couldnt properly charge ANY battery). The store called me back and demonstrated the issue and recommended that I place a claim with AT&T. They showed me how the original battery was bloated and pushing the screen right off the face of the phone and recommended I not charge and use the phone again. They removed the SIM for me and recommended I use an older iPhone I had as a backup until my new phone arrived through AT&T claim process.When I asked what I owed for this fast, honest diagnosis, she said there would be no charge! Other shops may have just replaced the battery even though that wouldnt have solved the issue.I will bring my devices to Cellular in the future.

EDIT: I previously had a very poor experience with this location and wrote the below review. The owner called me personally in 30 minutes and promised to make it right. He fixed my screen for free and also included an iPhone charger. This completely changed my experience with this company and I’ll be back if I break any screens in the future.Previous review:I got my screen replaced and was told it would take 30mins.. I came back 45 minutes later and they hadn’t even started. They up sold me on a screen protector saying that it was supposed to be more durable.. it cracker within two days. When I brought it in for them to replace the screen protector they told me there was no warranty and said “of course it would break if it was dropped”. Then just repeated that there’s no warranty....the service was mediocre at best and their products are inferior, I would recommend any other place to get your phone repaired.
