Had a tremendous repair experience at Providence Bicycle. My 9 year-old came home one day with his front tire rim severely bent / damaged. We assume that someone ran over it with their truck, making it unsafe to ride. Providence Bicycle called around and found a replacement rim for $225, which seemed bonkers even in Covid. Barak decided to remove the spokes and repair the rim himself. I didnt ask him to do it, but he insisted. The bike is now back in safe riding condition. We will be back in the spring to purchase my wife a long overdue cruiser bike. Thank you for going the extra mile...and then some!!

Had a great experience here! Brought a bike I got on craiglist around to make sure everything was working. The service was quick and they were super transparent about what they thought I really needed/didnt need to get my bike ready to ride. Came away feeling like I got a honest and informed opinion.

Went in with a squeaking sound when pedaling. Thought it was bottom bracket issues. Josh spun the pedals once and knew it was a bone dry chain. He lubed it up and adjusted my front derailer....no charge. All this on my lunch break and the place was busy. Im now a customer for life. Dont be fooled by some expensive bike shop. This is where its at. Thanks again Josh!

Had just bought a womans trex navigator bike on one of the Facebook yard sale sites. It looked brand new, but was 12 years old and I was certain it would need something. Took it for a ride on the East bay bike path and it seemed to be in working order, but my daughter who commutes by bike in Denver made me promise to get it looked at. The shop owner was very encouraging. Put it up on the stand and checked the gears, brakes wheels and tires. Also oiled the chain for me. No charge. Told me it was in great working order and that I had gotten a good deal. It was reassuring to know that the bike was safe to ride as I am recovering from a hip/femur injury and my Physical therapist recommended biking. No sales pressure, but I did buy a lock and some chain oil and a water bottle holder at a reasonable price. He installed the clips and holder and helped me get it back on my bike rack as I had installed it the wrong way. Will definitely return for tune ups and any problems. Wish I could remember the gentlemans name to thank him again.
