I own Platinum World Auto Parts And Towing so i have to give credit where it due. The lady and guys on lot moved quickly when i went to pick up customer car. Then few weeks later i needed invoice for reimbursement from insurance company Alicia i think that right name but had no problem emailing me so i can get paid for my service.. They also got a very nice color coordinated office.
The police kept my car for 6 months‼️ they held 4000 in kash, and all we was doin was having a Bachelor party. They tried to steal my money. I had to get a good later to get it back. Then the grays still charges me for 2 days. They left my window open and they is a crack in the windshield. Tire blew out on the highway 2 days later
Other than the costly prices (for EVERYTHING), the front office staff was very professional & respectful. I would hate to have to use them EVER again. Hence, if you have access to another towing service pls call them. If I knew what was in store dealing with this company, I would have left the wrecked vechile on the side of the road. They charge $75 to pick up a freaking bumper 🤦🏽♀️ & then SOME.

Was in a car accident, other guys fault(totaled both cars). So I paid the $575.00 for towing to their facility plus 12 days storage. But I needed my vehicle towed home & paid an additional $238.00(all money orders).. they refused to give me a receipt for having my car towed to my home. Red Flags... so now I have to call back & speak with the owner/manager, because I need the receipt for reimbursement from the guys insurance. Stressful is an understatement!

Very Uncaring, Disorganized and Rude!!My son was in accident on March 11, 2020. The car is registered to me. Advised MANAGER that I am sick with a cold and am not allowed to leave the house due to the current virus scare. I told her I can send her the insurance card with my ID and the registration is in the car. She laughs and states well he needs power of attorney and you have to find a way to get a notorazied letter for him to get your belongings. I repeated I have been told NOT to leave home, she continues with well Im at work and thats our policy so you will have to find a way to get your things.The customer service agent and manager are rude, disrespectful and are very unprofessional!!Update:Actually went in a couple of hours later, received great customer service from someone that wasnt there earlier in day!! Jahara, I GREATLY appreciate you and your professionalism is unmatched. She deserves kudos beyond compare for the company!!

First of all, the lot is cluttered and dirty full of folks cars God knows people probably need their cars from this lot but it is apparent that they are money hungry and predatory. This company towed my mother’s vehicle in front of my apt after an East Point police officer who was patrolling the lot told her that she could park there. Unethical crooks. She literally was told she could park there, was there for less than 10 minutes, and they still made her pay even though she wasn’t in the wrong. When you know better, you do better and it was very shady how they didn’t care to hear her “story” and charged an extra $7 fee for using a card to pay. Shame on you all. You wouldn’t want your mothers treated that way on your property especially if they checked beforehand and were TOLD BY LAW ENFORCEMENT IT WAS OK TO PARK THERE.
The young lady was very rude to my grandmother due to a VERY loud TV playing trash jazz music. We told her we couldn’t hear her and she continued to stay seated at her computer and service us from there. We had to shout our business from a small window to get anything completed. Horrible service. This place is a joke.
My car was towed against my wishes. It was on private property after an accident.I told the driver not to tow it because it was totaled and the dealer had not yet sent the title .Now they towed it anyway and i tried to sign a release for the car but they said i couldnt do it without a title which we both knew and thats why i wanted to have it towed to the junkyard in the first place. Its been 3 days and i owe upwards to 800 dollars. Still waiting on the title but Im still being charged .They even charged a clean up fee for the debris but Im the one who cleaned it up. I have the pictures. I have it on my pickup truck .This is theft by deception .Theyre crooks .Once the manager realized he was caught in a lie he started screaming and hung up .Dont use this service. Theyre using the law to commit a crime. They have a no consent license but that only works on publicly illegally parked cars. Its our own always doing us wrong .Just be aware!!!!!!
They will tow your car to this nasty vehicle your vehicle to their nasty lot filled with glass and car parts. Don’t let them tow anything for you!!!!

This company is a hell. I went to get my stolen car found by the police. There is a man working in the reception, he is very poorly educated. This is the worst place Ive seen in my life
The most unprofessional place Ive ever seen from the lady in the front office to the tow truck driver there all rude an have attitude problems who gets mad because customers come to their business wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemies an going threw the reviews I see Im not the only one that had this problem.
Really sucks car got stolen and totaled, they have real attitudinal problems and they are so unorganized.
