I called and spoke to a gentleman who quoted me a price over the phone. I agreed to the quote and said how soon can you get over here to tow my car. I had a tow truck driver at my house in under 30 minutes! The communication was great from both of them with quick follow-up calls and texts. The tow hook-up wasnt easy, as my vehicle was in a difficult spot, but the driver made it happen! I had cash in hand from phone call to tow in under an hour. Im still amazed at how quick it was. Mind you, I had another place quote me a similar price the evening before and we had an appointment for noon for them to pick up my car. I received no call or text by noon, so I followed up with a phone call to see where the driver was. I spoke to someone who said theyd get back to me, and I began to lose confidence, so I went online and found Atlanta Cash for Junk Cars. The call was made at 12:35pm and the driver had my car hooked up and towed by 1:30pm. IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! UNREAL! I cant thank these guys enough! Hopefully this review will bring them more business because they work hard and deserve it!

Let me preface by saying I’ve been trying to get rid of my car for almost two weeks ever since I got a new one and transferred my insurance over. The Maryland DMV kept calling me saying it’s illegal not to have the the old car insured even though it’s just completely dead and sitting in a covered garage. Every other company I called before Atlanta Cash for Junk Cars either didn’t have a truck small enough to come into the covered parking garage, or set appointment times and just never showed up. I was getting annoyed with the whole situation until I called Robert at Atlanta Cash for Junk Cars and he asked me a few questions about the car and I explained how it’s in a covered parking garage. He said no problem and asked what time I would be ready. After being stood up multiple times by the other companies, I honestly didn’t think he would show up after he realized his truck likely can’t fit in the garage. I said 5 but wasn’t super hopeful. Robert called me at 4:45 to check and make sure I was ready and I was honestly caught off guard because I thought he wasn’t coming! I said yes I’m ready and he said he’d be there in 15 mins. Sure enough he was on time, super polite and friendly. But the best part is he looked at the car, handed me the cash, and was off with it. So happy ! So much stress lifted off me because of them, and it was a much easier process than I thought it would be. Literally showed up, paid me, and took my ugly dead old car away 🤣Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I called several times to arrange the sale of my car. I told the owner initially that i had to travel 4 hours to get to Atl. I asked if he needed to see the car before we came. I have a relative who could show him the car. He asked if I had pictures. I sent pictures and he made an offer. I drove 4 hours only to be offered half of the original price. I said no and sold it an hour later for a much higher price. If I could give a score lower than 1.... i would.

I met with the driver, he checked out the car and asked for the title. I handed it over. After getting in the tow truck with his partner he asked for the keys. I said Are you going to give back the title?? He literally said If he was white I wouldnt have asked for it back. I only asked because he had yet to give me any money. I responded by saying Actually, Im 100% black (not that it should matter) and I would do this to anybody because I dont know you. I was very offended by the comment because he wouldnt have spoken to me as such if I had appeared older and/or had a darker complexion. After offending me he asked for a review. Seemed shady, dont go alone. The one star is for prompt service._______________________________________________________________________In response to the owners comment: The only reason I was paid BEFORE the car was moved is because I asked!!! The driver would have had the title, registration, and keys in hand. Thats not good business. The card to get the truck out of the PUBLIC garage was lost but I offered to pay the lost card fee that was located on the box. And they ended up not paying anything!! What he said to me was ignorant and uncaused for. What did being white have to do with the car or me wanting a fair trade? Learn to speak to customers without discriminating. Please stop calling me the business is done.
