Dee is my girl she hooked my hair up and made me happy made me feel like a woman again and these hard times I recommend going in there and letting her take care of you she will do anything it takes to make sure youre satisfied at the end of the visit and she will do anything to make sure they look that she gives you is the look that you can be proud of

The lady in there just gave me the rudest attitude for no reason, I tried to explain that I understood she didnt realize I booked an appointment online, and it was no big deal to me, I was nice and going to leave but she just kept going. I tried to understand that she was maybe in a bad mood or has had a bad day but that gives her no reason to talk or act like that with someone who was trying to be a customer, while she had a client in the chair basically screwing up their hair to.

Very unprofessional and lacking common courtesy. Everyone that works with the public has a professional obligation to treat everyone with respect. Turning away a potential customer because you dont mess with white people is unacceptable.

I’d give none if it was possible. I just stood there for 5 minutes looking to schedule a cut and color and to purchase some products and was never once acknowledged. I stood feet from the stylist and nothing.

Had Nikki as my stylist and totally love my hair. She was amazing and totally attentive to my requests and very professional. Smart Style you better hold on to her because my business will be following her where she goes. She did an amazing job with my color, highlights, cut and style. She made suggestions but listened to what I wanted as well! Nikki you ROCK! My experience was 100% top notch

Rachel is fantastic! She is very meticulous and cares about doing a great job; not just pushing clients through. Im in about every 2 weeks to maintain a short cut.

Made an appointment online, got there and was told there were no appointments available and she had her next 2 slots already booked. She offered for me to stay and would try to get me in if she finished early or her 6 was late but I left. Not upset with the stylist, not her fault and grateful she at least offered to try to get me in, but SmartStyle needs to fix their garbage online system that allows people to make appointments when there are none available.

I had Dion cut my hair and she did an amazing job. Very friendly. Already have appointment with her for color and highlights. Come see her. Shell treat you right

This is my 2nd time coming to Dion and let me tell you, she is amazing! She gave me a relaxer and a short haircut that I can easily maintain and it is so cute! She also cuts and perms my grandmothers hair (she has caucasian hair) I have very course hair. Shes very versatile and has worked on my hair when it was long and just cut me very short. I would reccomend her to anyone! Very nice and very good hairstyling. I will be back.

I sm not happy with my hair will see how and if they gix it

Booked an appointment tment for 1215 for a childs haircut get there and tokd no appoibtment was made. So we had to wait an hour even after we got an appointment setup the day before. Very rude people working there!! Be more professional or find a better job! Walkedout and going to your competition because this place is a joke and so is your staff!
