I have been coming here since I got my first car in high school (over 20 years now wow). Gus is a stand up guy, Ali is also one of the best. They always get the car back earlier than expected and provide the service you need, no surprises. They are VERY transparent and give you all the options at hand. Love that. M & C is by far my favorite auto repair service. They are always very helpful and quick to work on my car. I have never gotten the bill for my repairs and was surprised. It is always fairly priced for quality work.

I go here for all my car needs because I know and trust the guys here! They always run every procedure before me before they do it! As a girl I feel comfortable going here and knowing I wont be ripped off or conned! They take care of my baby aka my car, thus I always feel safe leaving my car in their hands!! Ali always explains everything to me and tells me what needs to be done now and what can wait without making me feel pressured to doing everything at once there.

I originally had a specific problem with my BMW 5 series and had issues with a lot of dealerships and auto shops however, when I went to M & C they fixed my issue without a problem. I then decided to come by for regular servicing on my second visit. Ive been coming to them ever since. You cant beat their pricing and effort . Ive had a ton of experiences with almost every shop in Nassau County. Honestly, M & C is the best out of everyone, you can always count on them for great service and they always treat you right. Definitely try them out!

I have a 2006 Mazda 3. Took the car in 4 separate times. Dropped it off each time before they opened. I had to call back every time to get an update and didnt get my car till 4 or 5 in the evening. They had about 9 to 10 hours to look at my car each time. Check engine light came back on after each time. Either they dont know what their doing or their so busy that they dont have to take care of each vehicle. Unless you got time to leave a car with them a day or two, I would steer clear of this place.

Moving from a place where your have a trusted mechanic to some place new where you have no idea who you can trust is scary. M&C have worked on my 06 GTI three times since my arrival on Long Island. Everything from $10 to $800. Ive never felt cheated or ripped off. Theyve done what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.
