Been going to Pete and Jacks for years. Straight up no nonsense shop who stands behind their word and work . They are very accommodating to your needs and very knowledgeable on both foreign and domestic vehicles. Not many shops around like this any more. They have been my first choice to work on my vehicles for many years.

I had the worst experience with this place. I had to have my car towed to this shop. I needed to replace the engine and radiator. At the beginning they sounded like people you can trust, but in the end they took advantage and I had no other choice but to go to this shop at the time. I got a different price at the end than what originally was showed to me on the estimate, the final price was much higher. I looked at the items and they padded the bill with labor for the oil change, antifreeze flush, transmission fluid change, and other things. Any other place just charges for parts in this case, and labor is a part of the engine change. I know that they worked for about 1 day on my car. I spoke to them around noon about the estimate and they said they would start the work beginning with the engine, and when I called back the next day, they said the car was fully done and ready to be picked up. And my bill came out to over two full days of work plus parts, the brands of which I don’t even know because they refused to provide me with them. Very shady and dishonest place. I will never go back to this place, and would never recommend anyone to use their services.
