This Insurance Agency has been much better than others with whom i have worked. They are very responsive to requests and have always been professional and courteous.
I used this office for 2 years then I was told they couldnt accept a cash payment because it wasnt their policy. Who doesnt take cash?! In my last dealings with Bradley Moskowitz I was charged when the defensive driving class came off of my bill. $155 that I was not notified about until 5 months had gone by. Had I been notified immediately I would have taken the class at that time and not let a five month Bill accrue. Needless to say this was not great customer service. I would suggest moving on at least to another agent if not another Insurance Company.
Bradley was very ambitious about investigating ways to save me money on my home and auto insurance. Offered creative various ways to do so and was very responsive. I was over insured with some stuff and under in others. Saved me overall $1000 per year and without sacrificing coverage.

I had numerous insurance policy’s with this company for roughly 2 years. They did a phenomenal job with get competitive quotes and even switching and adding new policies when needed. Everything was great for the exception of dealing with Lisa Tucci. I completely understand that she’s been doing this type of work for a very long time and “knows best” but if a customer insists on having a certain amount of coverage that would be sufficient for what you need it for and Lisa comes along pretty much demanding that you need better coverage, it’s a turn off. I respect anyone who gives an opinion but to force something on a customer is not very professional. Which is why I left All-State and switched to State Farm. Not only am I dealing with people who are trying to help me for what I’m trying to do but they were much much cheaper. I do thank them for the 2 years of service that was given to me but my advice to Lisa Tucci is before demanding what kind of coverages you think they need, try to understand the situation first. Not every situation is the same.
My agent Lisa has been overwhelmingly helpful in assisting a number of changes in my complicated house and car situation. 5 stars!!
