I went in earlier in the week and I definitely felt discriminated against in this store. Im sorry I’m not privileged like everyone else in this town and store but you don’t have to make fun of me for it.

I got very curly hair and she do an amazing job straighten it. So If you are looking for hair cuts, hair color, hair anything, go here! Staff is professional, experienced, and friendly.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE. I don’t even know how she was hired to do these. They are so terrible. Not even words to describe how bad and uneven they look. Will never be coming here again, my eyebrows are RUINED

Not sure what the other reviews are about but this place has been more than excellent!!! I have been to this same place since I was very young! Heidi has been my go to person for the past few years and I would highly recommend her!

Usually get good haircuts here and this time it ended up choppy and super uneven and the staff was not as friendly as they were in the past. Wont be returning and getting it fixed elsewhere

Great haircut

They fit me and my two sisters in on short notice appointments and finished well before we expected. The three hairdressers were pleasant. All of us left very happy and the prices were very affordable.

Jen cuts my childrens hair. Ive been to a lot of barbers but she is by far the best. Their haircuts are perfect every time and she is very engaging with the boys. Love her!

The Supercuts in East Longmeadow was terrible! First of all they were really rude. They lied to one of the people that walked in after me, they said there was a 45 minute wait when there was only two people a head of the them when there were 2 people working there and my hair cut only took 10 minutes which brings my to another point the woman who was cutting my hair told me that I couldn’t get my hair cut to the length I wanted because she said I would work with the hair style I wanted, which is not true and also I ended up having to cut my hair again myself when I got home because It was all different lengths. I had some pieces of hair that she didn’t even cut! I will just say don’t waste your time going there because your going have to go somewhere else to get to get your hair fixed. Also the prices there are ridiculous!

Great customer service called a head walked in took my daughter in with in seconds of saying her Sheela was smiling and friendly my daughter loved her hair cut we will be back thank u again for such great service

We always receive the greatest cuts and service. To think that for many years I spent $80-$100 to get my hair done and now get BETTER results, in far less time and much less money.

Well I Read the other reviews and some aren’t so kind but I think going in for five years now and my hairstylist Hiedi is amazing I won’t go anywhere else actually have never had a problem with anybody that works there I think they’re really good people and Considering it’s just a haircut and your only there for a short time I found it to be a pleasant experience

Tried this location multiple times and everything was good at first but over time both my son and I received poor service and bad haircuts from multiple hair dressers. I tried to contact corporate customer service but never had any type of response from them. This location and this company will not be getting any type of business from me.

I go there when ever I dont feel like doing my hair myself. I always aim to have Ashley because shes professional and funny and doors her job well. Ill only go if shes my barber. For 12 bucks its an ok cut.

Awesome!

I did go back and this place is like a ghost town. One woman cutting only and she refused to get vaccine! No wonder people are avoiding the salon. Children cant get the vaccine and reports show more are getting Covid and getting hospitalized with it.
