Went in today for the first time to get a new hair style cut. Everyone was very professional and everything was disinfected and clean. I was reassured the whole time given I’ve never been there before by the barber who cut my hair. He was very gentle and nice. I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service and the fun atmosphere. I enjoy Spanish music and it made me feel like I was out enjoying my time while getting a new hair cut. Definitely recommend this place.

Got a fantastic haircut from the owner Gerry yesterday. No barber ever took such care and worked at every detail as this experience. He carefully listened to what I was looking for but offered great advice as well. Result was just terrific!The shop definitely has a Spanish vibe, barbers chatting in Spanish mostly. But no problem at all with English. As an English only speaker, I felt more than comfortable and welcomed. Shop is not all glitz, just a clean, comfortable place. If you’re all about a great haircut, no better place!

Reliably good cuts, friendly staff, I always walk in with my kid well after they close and they are always gracious business owners and take care of us anyway.

This place was the real deal. Super friendly and EXTREME attention to detail. First time here, and Jerry cut my hair. Absolutely nailed the fade and trim off the top. He seemed to really love his job, as he was singing along with his Spanish songs the whole time while cutting my hair... dude was in the zone! I will 100% be back and recommend this spot to anyone who wants an awesome haircut.

I have seen barbers attend to far more clientele then this barbershop and Never have I Been turned away like I have at this shop. The owner is picky (Gerry) and your money is not good here unless they feel like cutting your hair. It’s impossible to schedule appointments ahead of time and forget about getting a haircut on the weekend unless you somehow make their (reserved list)... As a veteran I would never step foot in this place again! I’m sure that a response will be followed by my review but in business you should always strive to satisfy the customer. All of these other reviews don’t matter if your only striving to statistfy old clientele and turn away new clients.

Well all I can say is ... WONDERFUL!!!! Experience... my son is 3 years old and has a hard time sitting still ... the staff at this barbershop was very welcoming and pleasant. My son was able to sit, get a GREAT hair cut and leave with a smile. I have a hard time with babershops due to being a single mom taking her son for a cut. To be exposed to macho egotistic places and deal with that kind of energy. ELEGANCE STAFF WAS RESPECTFUL AND POLITE!!! I am going to continue to bring my son there for his hair cuts. So I went there this morning with my special needs 3 year old son and I was waiting for the owner to finish the man he had in his chair so he can do my son and he knew it ! So after waiting for a while the baby was getting impatient and started crying so my fiancé brought him outside as shes out there window she notices that he has been done wit the cut and was sitting there brushing the same spot on the mans hair and taking pics procasinating so that he doesnt have to do my sons hair! So my fiancé comes inside with the baby and says what is the problem he says oh my buddy here in the next chair will do your son as soon as he is done with the client that is in his chair not to mention that that client had came in after us that place is pathetic I only went there cuz I can basically throw a rock and hit it from my house its that close! So I told then there barbershop was horrible and walked out!!! End bring your kids nor your self there your worth much more! Its a dirty barbershop it smells in there as a grown man I would never cut my hair there I went cuz my sins a baby and has a pain to cut so mistakes end matter but if you want your head ti be butchered by all means go for it!
